In town for a basketball tournament and needed to find something good to eat. We checked out Yelp and the previous reviews were spot on! The food was delicious and the service was good! We couldn't have been more pleased.

Wow... Like finding finding a diamond in a coal mine. Normally, I'm nervous about trying Chinese restaurants in small towns, because a little competition tends to make restaurants try a little harder. My son and I were out in the middle of BFE and found this little joint right by the highway, and after reading some positive reviews on yelp decided to drop in for the buffet. It was about 11:30 am on a Tuesday. The dining room was clean, the food was great (hot, fresh and tasty) and the service was top notch. Since we were just "passing though", I don't know if I will ever eat here again, but I'm glad we found this little oasis when we did. Update: Made sure to stop here again on May 26th, 2015 on our way through Kansas. This place is just as good as the first time we visited. Even though we arrived a little later in the lunch rush (about 1 pm), the food was still fresh and delicious.

Went back again this past weekend and the food was so much better. I guess I our first trip was just bad timing. Crazy thing is how much better everything was even though they were busier the 2nd time. Will be back.

Never would have guessed there was a Chinese buffet of this quality in small town Kansas. The buffet has a wide variety of entrees and desserts. There is a salad bar as well. Great food for a good price. Even driving by on I-135 is worth the stop.

This was right next to our hotel, we ate there for convenience sake. We got there 45 minutes before closing but the food was hot and mostly fresh. They don't use MSG. The food tasted great, there was a good variety, although not too much vegetarian options for my friend. (They had a normal salad bar). I enjoyed the pepper beef and the jalapeño chicken. That chicken was spicy! Great crab Rangoon, decent dumplings and chicken-on-a-stick. Friendly service and good food- worth a visit!

The 3rd star is to give them the benefit of a doubt since it was 8pm. The soup was the best part of the buffet. It was clean. The items had set out too long the breading on fried items along with the dumplings and egg rolls were tough and chewy. Food was very salty and the ice cream was more like ice milk. I won't go out of my way to come back.

Unbelievable selection of food, decent service, good prices....... definitely a bargain for the price. The atmosphere is what you might expect for a buffet, but who really cares is the main object is a quantity of decent food at a fair price!?

Food on buffet has good flavor but it's cold. Fried dumplings are great! I'm not a Lo mein fan because it is usually bland, but theirs is tasty. It's inexpensive & the place is pretty clean. The service is excellent.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
