We stopped at Dairy Queen in Goodland on the way home. The experience was terrible. We ordered our food, paid and then waited for the food. The employees and other random people were wandering in and out of the kitchen carrying personal drinks and food. One of them was carrying a baby too. The last straw was when the cook came out of the kitchen, used the restroom without washing his hands and went back into the kitchen. We left without taking our food. My next call is to the state health department. Do not go to this Dairy Queen!

Overworked, understaffed, and under paid. The lady was slamming our blizzards on the counter, the kitchen looked like a mess, and the place looks extremely rundown. I just don't know what else to say. I can understand her frustration at being the only visible employee there trying to do like 3 jobs but it was insane. I feel bad for them but even worse for the customers. The lady there was also rather grumpy about the number of blizzards we bought. Making a statement in front of us "I'm surprised they didn't just come in." In an extremely sardonic tone. I really don't recommend this DQ.

I had a grilled chicken salad that was pretty good. Others in party had onion rings that they said were excellent ! The husband likes fried and was excited about the $5 lunch that included dessert Down side---the place was infested with flies and the cashier had on a uniform but there was food dripped done her entire front!!!

I am a local - do yourself a favor and do not eat here. Slooow service, the staffers are rude and unintelligent, and the place is filthy. The sub-par food isn't worth your wait one bit. I haven't been there in years - a Blizzard isn't worth the effort anymore.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience I have EVER had. All I wanted was a small blizzard. I waited over an hour for it! Where you milking a cow in the back and churning the ice cream fresh? I even got to witness one of the staff making a drug deal in the parking lot. Every employee was dirty, the store was filthy. There was plenty of people on the clock to have fast service and a clean store. There was one kid that was WAY too young to be working the grill. I have never been in a restaurant where employees wore gym shorts with their work shirt on the clock. Whomever owns this store needs to fire everyone in it and start fresh. This was absolutely ridiculous.

I've been here several times on long trips, specifically stopping because it was a DQ. Every time is the same - dirty and the staff definitely wants to be elsewhere. They can't even make a simple cone an easy order. I give up.

Soooooooooo Slooooowwwwww. Sat there while they cleaned the ceiling waiting on my Cheeseburger and onion rings. 20 minutes in the drive thru. i know that onion rings take while. but I'm pretty sure they were not cutting and breading them fresh. I'm never going back to that one again.
