Not bad. Pretty standard mex fare, but served quickly. Down at the bottom of a right hand page, I spotted the tacos paisas. Definitely closer to what I wanted. We checked out Velia's Tacos off the square and walked out after having read the menu. Carreton didn't have enough pork for me, but in relation to other nearby options, it's ok.
Love their fajitas, get em every time we go! The staff is always super friendly and even take time to interact with my two girls. The other day we went and before I could even ask they brought out a small plate so we could just share food with the youngest. Its like they are always one step ahead of the game. Will keep going back for sure.
Always a great local place to eat. Service and food are consistent. Have really only been disappointed in one dish over the years. For those who are local- it's a great idea for catering a small party or graduation. We used them for the latter. Yeah, we had to pick up the food ourselves since we live in the outer reaches, but- plenty of food for the number of guests...which meant leftovers!!! We consider that to be a graduation present...especially having an extra gallon of salsa and lots of chips...that duo is nearly a signature item. Only complaint I have is the sweet tea...but I'm not sure it's fair to rate this place on something such as that. (I'd have to be from Carmel or Zionsville to get that petty!)

Good pizza here. Ma & Pop operations but with a great menu. They have pizza and other dishes. Always served fresh and hot. Fast service and great prices.

Stopped to get a quick bite to eat but couldn't check-in--something about Yelp being down for maintenance, in the middle of the afternoon. This is on S.R. 32, east of U.S. 27 across from Winchester Furniture Showroom and in front of Orscheln farm store. The parking lot is a bit odd. I'm surprised that there hasn't been an accident. Inside, it's a typical but small Burger King with the new TV/monitor panels for the menu. As I talked to the cashier, I learnt that she'd be working there for 8 years. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo, which isn't an official combo any longer. After filling my drink, I returned to waiting and noticed her making milkshakes while talking on her phone. We know how nasty and germ-y phones can be. Why mess with food at the same time? I got my food, sat down at a booth--none seemed cleaned recently--and it was acceptable, but not great. I suppose I was weirded out by the use of the phone. Of course, the two guys discussing comic book characters rather loudly might not have helped. I really don't care what abilities Batman has and what powers Superman has. I only wish I'd had my headphones with me at the time. They must be crowded after a basketball game but McDonald's is near and Pizza King is closer to downtown, along with Pizza House.

This place looked like it had potential but it's severely lacking. We were seated right away so that was a bonus and the only good thing that this place had going for them. Our waitress didn't have a clue about anything. That is not an exaggeration! I asked several questions about the wine selection and pricing on bottles to which her response was "Um I think we sell wine by the bottle but I'm not sure" She didn't offer to go find out either. My sister in law asked "How fresh is the Lobster Bisque?" Waitress "What do you mean by that?" SIL literally had to explain to the waitress what she wanted to know in detail. The waitress said "I assume it's fresh but I'm not sure" again, didn't offer to find out. We ordered our drinks and it took a long time to get them to the table. The kick is that this place was NOT busy. When she brought the wine it was already opened (poorly and not at our table), she sat it down didn't show us the bottle to ensure it was the correct one or pour a taste test for the person who ordered it. She also didn't pour the first glasses either. When I went to pour the glasses I found that one was pretty dirty. I asked for a clean glass. After a good amount of time the waitress brought back a wet glass and asked me "Is that clean enough? I tried to wash it" WAIT WHAT!? Do they not have enough glasses, are they limited to just 2?!? And why if you washed it was it not dried before presenting it to your clients to pour wine in? Food was ok, nothing amazing but not terrible. My SIL said the Lobster Bisque was good and my brother loved the Jalapeño Poppers. I must say the poppers were good. We were planning on ordering more drinks so we could sit and visit longer after we finished dinner the waitress disappeared and never came back. We finally gave up and decided to go up front to the hostess stand to pay our bill that was never dropped off to us. We had to wait for a short while but someone grabbed our waitress from the back. The waitress asked us if everything was ok and we said that we were planning on ordering more drinks from the bar but since she never came back we decided to leave. Her response "oh, ok" No apology or attempt to right the wrong. She said earlier that she has been there for 5 months and although I wouldn't expect her to know everything I would expect her to have the common courtesy to go check on questions and give the appropriate responses. All in all we will not be back. It's worth the drive to Muncie or Richmond for a semi expensive quality dinner.
Continues to go downhill. Nice place, but service is SLOW and food barely edible. Hot foods are served cold. Management needs to change!!
Thought we would give it a try. After 15 minutes of waiting for a waitress we called the restaurant and asked if we could get a waitress at our table. It took a bit to get our beer. We both had tenderloins. They were nice size and a nice thickness. But, not a $9.99 sandwich. I had Mac n cheese. It was good and I would recommend it. The kitchen was a bit noisy with yelling and laughter.
