I get breakfast here all day long. You order 2 eggs and you get 3. You order 1 egg you get two....Its a nice little surprise. The omelets are huge as logs! I love the fresh squeezed O.J. When deciding where to go in town and you love fresh squeezed O.J. then you should come here.

We stopped here after leaving Ft. Wayne (8:00 am) to head back to Chicago. Very convenient off/on location right on Rt. 30 just as you enter Warsaw (heading west). I ordered the Greek omelet and 1) asked to add spinach, and 2) requested egg substitute. No problem. It came with a generous side portion of hash browns and pancakes (both very good). The omelet was huge and, I don't know how they did it, but is was feathery light. Delicious My wife had the one-egg combo with sausage links (Brown N' Serve?) and a side of hash browns. She said it was good. My son ordered the thin french toast with a side order of hash browns and bacon. He finished it all. Now for the best parts. The fresh-squeezed orange juice is as good as you get in Florida AND it only comes in one size: XL (16 ozs). Same for the tomato juice. Then, the bill came: $43 with tax. OMG. Three entrees, three large fresh-squeezed orange juice, two extra side orders, coffee...and it came to about $14 per person. In Chicago, this would've cost at least twice that amount (probably more) and it would not have been as good. The restaurant itself is very nice, too. Clean, bright, recently renovated (?), family friendly, and spacious. Very highly recommended.

Maria's has amazing food. AMAZING. Food. As in the fries are probably some of the best fries I've ever had. As in their fried chicken was addicting. The omelettes are made with FIVE eggs. I don't think that I've ever been to a restaurant where the omelettes are made with that many eggs. So the food tastes fantastic. The portions are huge. And the bill? Omg cheap. Like I got a seafood omelette, pancakes and hash browns for less than$10 before tip. My friend got the fried chicken with fries, a salad, a biscuit, and a cup of coffee for $11. Why only 3 stars? Service, while charming, was super slow. I had to ask for utensils three times. Maybe it was because the place was busy but our server was so overwhelmed. More than that, the place was not clean. I tried not to touch anything. The bathroom by their banquet hall had holes on their walls and was just... disgusting. I'm by no means a germaphobe but tried really hard not to focus on the environment when I ate. If they update this place - and give it a deep, deep cleaning, I would definitely up my rating to five stars and label it as one of the best hole in the walls I've ever been to.

I've been coming to Maria's since they opened, and I know them to be loved in this community. However, it's just not as good as it once was. The omelettes and frittatas have been dry (three separate occasions), and the plating is just not appetizing. I got a skillet this time (because of the dryness of the other breakfast items I used to get). It was good, but the eggs looked like they had been sitting out for awhile. The hash browns were overcooked to the point of almost being burnt. My husband got an omelette that was dry, with overcooked hash browns. His plate also looked bland and unappetizing. My sister and mom got salads. The Cesar salad was weird tasting according to my sister, but my mom loved her taco salad. I remember when we first came here, the plating was beautiful and the food cooked well... Not too dry. They've kinda lost some of their magic, and that's the reason for the 3 stars. I will eat here in the future, but it's nothing to write home about... Sadly.

I have only ever had breakfast but it's been great every time. Fluffiest omelets I have ever eaten. Friendly fast service. I highly recommend Maria's.

We went for breakfast yesterday, and it wasn't anything that makes me want to go back. It was crowded, but we did get seated right away. We both got a skillet: Hobo and Gypsy no ham. The Hobo came out first with the wrong toast on it. Not a big deal, but the next skillet came out way after. That meant he had to eat his breakfast without his toast, and I ate mine with cold toast. By the time his toast came out, he was almost done eating. The cheese wasn't melted underneath the eggs, and it wasn't seasoned very well either. The skillet that was supposed to be the Gypsy came out as a Hobo which was also not a huge deal because I like cheese, eggs and potatoes BUT it was a lot of mistakes for two easy dishes. The waitress was very nice and apologetic, and they took some money off the bill when we asked to be charged for 2 Hobos instead of 1 and 1 more expensive Gypsy that we didn't get. We also ordered a short stack because it's the Pancake house. They were so-so. There was a large party of soccer players from a neighboring college, so it is a good place to fit large groups. Overall, there are other breakfast places around town we will try next time in Warsaw. Sorry Maria's- it wasn't that good.

If my friends knew I was rating Maria's at 3 stars they might skin me alive. Some people adore Maria's. I think the food is ok and the prices aren't bad. But the atmosphere is awful and it will never be my first choice for eating out.

Great pit stop on the Chicago - Ohio trek. Top notch home style breakfast food with efficient, friendly service. Love the pancakes served with real butter. Omelettes are huge and fluffy. Oh and fresh squeezed OJ! Avoid the chains and stop in here. Yes the decor is pretty awful but who cares.

This place has HUGE portions. Three of us ordered the fried fish platter and I am pretty sure we each received two whole fish along with fries etc. Waitress was very friendly and the service was outstanding. The menu was also much more than breakfast stuff. They had Italian and Greek sections of the nearly ten page menu. Definitely worth a try.....

Nice place for breakfast in the area. Omelettes are huge though and can be easily shared between 2 people.

Big menu selection. Breakfast lunch or dinner all good. Be sure to try the chicken enchilada soup. If you like picante ask for their fresh made house hot sauce. Muy bueno. Giovanni & waitress's very nice. Large portions. I like the 5 egg omellette, but if you are more of a grazer the fruit salad plate looks appealing.
