This is a four star dinner not restaurant. It is large and clean with Beatles and Beach Boys playing in the background. The service was fast and the food exactly what I expected. It is right on the main street but not well marked

The Service - friendly but waitress did not refill my drink until i was finished for a while, charged me for a drink i did not order, i had to seat myself, and she pick her nose on the floor. The Food - Came very fast but it looked and tasted microwaved, Veggies last their color and were awful, and the soup tasted canned. The Check was more than i thought it was going to be. i probably will not be back, although my friends tell me the breakfast is much better.

We'll this is the only non fast food choice in Spencer. I've been here twice for lunch. I've had the turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes and this time the mushroom Swiss burger. It's not gourmet but it's much better than mcdonalds! They have breakfast all day and lots of specials.

We went here for a late lunch during the week. Large dining room with friendly staff. Lots of menu choices. We both ordered gyros and they arrived pretty quickly. Good was ok.

Sweet Owen is a fairly new restaurant in this small town and has really not met up to expectations. All open seating with booths along the walls, it has traditional American fare. They made me a salad with withered tomato and rubbery cucumber--unforgivable in this region of farms and woods. So that's the problem. They're not above putting out a plate that shouldn't have gone out. Had they been more picky about what they serve, I think they would have kept and gained customers that have tried them, been disappointed and not come back. Hopefully they'll read this and take it to heart. I'd eat here more if I felt I could trust 'em. So far, I can't. Service has been consistently good altho the noise level from staff activity like vacuuming has been too high to dine comfortably.

Stopped in here for brunch. Great service. Wide variety of food. Breakfast served all day. Corned beef hash house made hot and delicious. Eng muffin actually toasted not slapped on grill as so many places do. Eggs cooked perfectly and everything served hot, not warm. Will definitely return. Spotless restrooms. Hashbrowns did not appear to be reheated either.
