Worst carryout experience. The food is always ready late, they've forgotten our sauces multiple times and typically don't give us the entire order. We've decided not to go to this location anymore.

They are so SLOW here!! Lunch took two hours. They didn't have a couple draft beers available, yet did nothing to appease my friends for the trouble. The food came out warm, but not hot. The wings were chewy and cold instead of crispy. We spoke to the manager, but he didn't give us much of an apology. Patronizing here in the future will certainly be difficult, as it was such a frustrating experience.

Bartender last night was amazing! Bloody Mary and margaritas galore.. Wings were meaty, crunchy, and moist. Fun memories here!

Meh. There are so many other, better, non-corporate places to get wings. Almost all the wings I've ever had, at any B-Dub's, have been small, cold, and sad. The sauces are fine, but you have to have a good wing, not just good sauce, for good buffalo wings. And almost everything else on the menu is fried. Save your money and get some good wings almost anywhere else.

This was my first real visit to this location. It's pretty obvious I haven't been to one in a long time, as I keep referring to it as "BW3" still. I mostly know about this Buffalo Wild Wings from my sister and dad that used to watch basketball in here on a weekly basis, as well as my friend that brought me here. My visit was last night, a Saturday. It wasn't too crowded, but had quite a few people in there. There was space at the bar where we chose to sit. We didn't have to wait too long to be acknowledged & had a reasonably good bartender. There was a pretty big selection of beers on tap. I spotted one I was interested in, Dale's Pale Ale, I believe it was. The little lady behind the bar was very cool for offering me a sample of it first in a cute little glass. I thought I'd give it a shot and she brought me a tall draft. I sipped on that for quite awhile as it was a pretty large beer for me these days. When I was a little younger, I could have tried a few glasses of different beers. But, alas, I have now achieved "lightweight" status. I also noticed they had both kinds of Dos Equis in a bottle and Foster's oil cans, among other things in the cooler with a glass door. My bar companion and I perused the menu. It seemed like prices were fairly high on most things and I find it odd that their burgers don't come with anything. I think if one were to pay ten bucks for a hamburger, it would be nice if they threw in a few fries. Not what we were ordering, but an observation. Not a whole lot on the menu for vegans, but things I could make do with. They had a veggie platter with hummus that also came with naan and tzatziki, but was about nine bucks. I went for the three hot pretzels, which were pretty good, but not necessarily anything to rave about. I'm pretty sure the spicy mustard with them was Guilden's, which I like. Companion's nachos were missing the queso that was requested on the side and the extra jalapenos, but bartender tried to fix it right away. Turns out they were out of jalapenos, which was a little strange. They did have decent salsa though. This BW is essentially broken up into two rooms. The section nearest the entrance is more for people with kids, I suppose. There are claw machines, etc. near the door making it feel a bit Chuckie Cheese-esque. That area also seemed rather hot and humid and a bit messy. The other section, where we were, is made up of a larger dining area as well as a very long bar. I did see you have to be 21 & over to sit in this part. The bar was brightly lit and colorful, clean and comfortable overall. I would say the best seat in the house if you are going to imbibe or eat here, although it was cold & quite the opposite of the other section. I wasn't too uncomfortable, but my friend was freezing. Pretty large television screens with a great picture. They also have high-tech trivia machines that are touch-screen. My friend told me about the trivia screens and that was one of the main reasons why we ended up here. Seemed to be some regulars at the bar that my companion knew. All in all, a decent choice for a night out that is also close to home for me. It could use a little more attention to detail when being cleaned and I could personally do without the "kiddie area" right by the front door. Not a bad place to get a snack, but for dinner, I would go elsewhere and come back here for drinks and trivia or sports. A little nerve racking for me that you can't smoke inside, but that appears to be the norm for most of Marion County. It wasn't a hassle to go outside and come back in. Not sure if I'll become a regular here, but it would be nice to come back during basketball season & watch the games with a tall one. Well, maybe a not-so-tall one for me next time.

I had a drink and a few appetizers here fairly late on a Friday night in the bar. The server was very nice. I ordered a tall vodka and orange juice, and specifically said not a double. When she brought it she told me that she accidentally rang it up as a double. After we stared at each other in silence for a few seconds, I said, "sooooooooo....." and then she said she would take it back and get another one. She came back a few minutes later and said the bartender said to just keep it (this seems like the obvious solution, why waste 2 shots and pour a third when you can just use the 2 you already poured.) I thought it was a pretty good deal until I tasted it, at which point I thought maybe the bartender meant to say that he had actually forgotten to put any vodka in it at all. The mini pretzels were delicious. Hot, fresh and really good with delicious sauces. The mini corn dogs tasted and looked like vienna-sausages in corn dog breading. Not very good and not very many come in an order. OVERALL VERDICT: Drinks - WEAK Food - some good/some bad Prices - ridiculous for what it is and how much you get, obviously trying to make up for how much they spend on pay-per-view sporting events and NFL Sunday Ticket TV's - a lot, everywhere, all over the walls Disclaimer: I don't come here very often.

I've eaten at several bww in the past and this is the worst location I have been to. The first time I went with my wife the service was very slow and they got our both of orders wrong either on number of wings or type of sauce. The second time they refused to serve my 25 year old wife a beer (no problem the 1st time). We asked to speak for the manager but he wouldnt come for 15 min so we left. It also took them 10 minutes to get a table for 5 together since they need manager approval to shift tables in a half empty restaurant. If any other location is accessible for you avoid this one.

I normally really like BWW, but this one is passable. The food is usually pretty decent, but not the best BWW I've had. The problem with this place is that it is soooooooon slooooowwwww!! Every time I've been here it takes forever to get food. I've always gone during busy lunch hours, but this place is never busy. Sometimes my group has been the only people in there. It's very bizarre. Overall, good if you have time and you are craving BWW. Otherwise seek out a different one.

Love this place, we are such regulars that they have our drinks on the table when we walk in.

Its another Buffalo Wild Wings branch. Food is the same, wings ands fries. However, this branxh always run out of the seasobal or limited sauces. And you end up getting the regular sauces. I've never had the chance to dine-in. If you like greese food, then this is the place !

Seriously the worst. The service was terrible! Didn't get our food for about an hour. The waiter didn't even know the menu and was extremely awkward.

Absolutely awful service. Would never come back. The server took forever and then our food took forever and a half. No. Thank. You.

To begin with, the restaurant is nice and really suitable for group, especially if you want to go to a restaurant and watch a football game. They have big TV screen with several small one around. The decoration is also so sporty! Good point for it! The waiter for my table is quite good looking and nice. There's another table that all the waitress come and sing Happy Birthday also! However, you go to a restaurant, first and foremost, to enjoy the food. And to tell the truth, it's like KFC with more flavour. We tried the Honey BBQ, teriyaki, curry and the most spicy flavour of them. The Honey BBQ is the best among those. The most spicy flavour, is really spicy, but that spicy is not tasty, (my own opinion). It tastes like you deep your chicken wings in the spicy sauce that you can see in almost every fast food restaurant with chinese, vietnamese and thais name on it. Personally, I may not come there again.

This was absolutely an awful experience all the way around. I am writing this review as I am trying my heart out not to vomit. I ordered wings and a side of celery/carrots. My friend ordered a wrap with a salad. The salad came out with rotten lettuce. We asked for another salad and it came out once again with more rotten lettuce. Then we noticed there was no dressing so I suppose 3rd time is the charm. My wings also came out stone cold with the breading soggy as can be falling off the cold chicken. Lastly, my veggie boat came out tasting as if it was washed in the same sink as dirty dishes. The lingering taste of dish soap killed my meal. I guess we shouldn't have expected much given the appearance of the dining room. The floor was covered in trash and smushed food . This could be a direct indication of the sanitary state of the kitchen or lack of health standards. We will most definitely not be returning ever again. They're lucky we agreed to pay for our meal. I am praying I do not start feeling the effects of food poisoning later tonight as I submit this review.

Most horrible crap service ever. One server in entire bar. Two other servers sitting in dining room chatting, texting and ultimately being worthless employees. Worthless manager barely seen, and there's nothing going on anywhere except the bar! Worthless horrible sucky experience. Salad was ok.

After standing at the host stand for 5 minutes, we decided to sit in the bar area for "faster service" where we saw servers make eye contact with us, then go back to watching the game on TV, or sweeping the floor. When someone finally came over they said "sorry for the delay, we are slammed" and "the kitchen is very backed up right now" we haven't gotten our food yet, but please refer to the photo to see how packed this place is.

Bdubs is the best place to watch football. They have a ton of screens so you are guaranteed to catch every game playing at any given time. The food is just OK, but it works for when you're watching a game and you get hungry for a snack. Lately, I've been getting the nachos a lot; I really like their queso dip! In my opinion the food and beer are overpriced. They usually have domestic beer specials, but if you stray from the special be ready to throw down some cash. I don't know his name, but there is a male tattooed server who is AWESOME!!! Seek him out and sit in his section, then tip him well. He is personable, attentive, and way better than other servers we've had there.

I have lived all around Indy. I have been to the castelton, noblesville, brownsburg, plainfield, avon, 86th st, and this location. Of ALL of these, the Speedway is the best. My wife is an ex employee of this company from OH area, and needless to say is a fanatic about it. We always get the same thing. 20 wings, and the ultimate nachos. Speedway is always the best! My nachos aren't that mushy, nasty, "where's the meat" variety of nachos. They taste great, and are as fresh as can be with nachos. My wings are always cooked perfectly, just the right amount of sauce. We live about a mile from the Avon location, yet I still drive to Speedway to eat B-Dubs!! I will say the service is kind of slow, but if it being slow is what makes my food great.....I can deal with that! We typically do carry out, and the last few times Brittany has been been behind the counter. SHE IS AWESOME! Super nice girl, always goes through the order, lets me check it, all around great customer service from her! I have dealt with the manager there before, and he was the worst one i have dealt with so far. But hey, he's the manager, so who knows what he was dealing with that day! Customer for life!! Keep it up!

I usually dont like chain places and avoid them while traveling-but on a road trip this was the only thing that we could agree on. When stepping inside, my thoughts on the place were exactly as the previous reviewers stated below. There are a lot of TVS and seating area but overall BW is a chain, and not run the best in my opinion no matter which one or what state you are in. That said- I particularly wanted to review this location because we got excellent service while there. Our waitress (kari?) was so nice and treated 2 very testy people (we had just traveled 8 hrs in the car with little rest) very well. 1.) We ordered wings that were wayyy too spicy. It was promptly taken from us and replaced with complimentary wings. 2.) We were asked if we wanted lemon in our water (small gesture but thoughtful) 3.) Brought milk for us when our mouths were on fire 4.) was careful with our order and checked on us frequently 5.) offered us take out utensils and napkins although we were just taking our leftovers home Maybe it was just because I was traveling and appreciated the small things while dining in another city but overall although the food was just the usual- this standout waitress really helped a traveler relax and not feel like a out of town-er. For that, I am grateful.

Oh my god was going here a mistake. It was a Sunday night, no one was in there. For some reason we had to wait for a table to get clean, for 3 people, we there were a ton of Open seats! . It took 15 mins for our waiter to take our drinks. I got a specialty lemonade and it took another 10 mins for me to get it. The appetizer we got was molten lava nachoes or something, it was lukewarm and below average, just tortilla chips in a tortilla chip bowl with a gross sauce and barely any chicken. It took another 20 mins at least for our wings. He forgot my celery and it took a long time to get another drink. He also didn't get us our boxes, we had to remind him. He gave us extra things that we didn't need, like napkins (we had a ton) and drinks to go. (Which is nice) but I almost wanted to write on the check, it's sucks your paycheck is based off your performance. It was soo bad .... And then I got home and had the worst diarrhea ever. I threw my leftovers away. Next time I am going to wingstop or Scotty's !! NEVER EVER AGAIN

I ate here during a business lunch, not a restaurant I'd voluntarily visit nor have visited in years since my undergrad days. Service was a little absent-minded (as in getting my order wrong), but friendly. I chose the grilled chicken wrap with Thai Curry BBQ sauce and a small side of chips & salsa, attempting to order relatively healthy. The sandwich was swimming in a creamy, ranch-style dressing that didn't seem very Thai or curry, but I didn't bring it up to my server, because from the processed, plasticized quality of the chicken, I could see that my desired sauce probably wouldn't make much difference overall. My meal was cheap and the quality was poor. I admit that maybe I'd enjoy the place more if I had actually ordered wings, but I'd rather appease my wings-cravings at Chatham Tap, Avers in Bloomington, or Fresh Market's deli. Healthy options are abysmal here, but probably aren't a focus/strength anyway.

If you go there for lunch be sure you have 2 hours free. Gotta be the slowest cook at any BW3.

This BW's is kinda weird. There is a wall down the middle which completely divides the whole place. I wasn't a fan. Service is slow. Drinks are priced well which you can always count on at BW's.

Service at this location seems to take FOREVER! The food I got here did not do justice for the price... over $11 for a salad w/ chicken strips and a drink. I love Bw3's but maybe this location just needs a little help.

  • BJ A.

It is over hyped, even though it is a chain and all, I definitely had better wings. They have a vast amount of mild to hot sauces. The beer selection is as usual and they waiters and waitresses are less than spectacular.
