Went there on the word of a coworker. He said the burgers are the best around, but, it was a little early for burgers, so we had breakfast. We (my dad and I) ordered the country breakfast. It comes with biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs, bacon and toast, we also ordered potatoes. The biscuits and gravy were really good, semi fluffy biscuits, and the gravy wasn't like glue (like you normally find) and it had great flavor. The eggs were cooked perfectly as was the bacon. The rye toast was perfectly toasted (sometimes its just barely warm, this was crispy, like toast is supposed to be). The fries I ordered (I know, I was having breakfast, but someone else had the fries and they looked good) seemed to be fresh cut, and tasted great, though a touch greasy, but hey, they're fries; I used them to finish off my left over gravy, and it was delicious. The server was a little slow, but she seemed to be taking care of the whole place, and it was about half full, and she apologized repeatedly. Next time I'm in the area and need food, I'm going here. I might make it a destination when I'm looking for somewhere to go on my motorcycle, or a good place to stop for breakfast or lunch when going to Willow Slough to go shooting. Next time I go back, I'll try something not breakfast, and adjust my review accordingly.
