ITs ok pizza, what you expect from a buffet. For the price it's ok. All you can eat plus a salad bar and a game room for the kids. Friendly staff and a clean place, we stayed at a hotel down the street so it was convenient for us.

Oh. My. Goodness. CiCi's Pizza located at Meadows Shopping Center, 6028 Central Ave, Portage, Indiana, is disgusting! Due to the great commercials, my husband took the family there for dinner. Due to the dark, dreary interior, initially, I was hesitant to enter the place. (I should've turned around and drove us to a REAL pizza establishment!) Inside, the interior was dreary and some of the booth seats were torn. Children were running around and the parents didn't care. The customer base was...put it this way, we would NOT shop or live in the same areas. Customer base consisted of women wearing WET swimming suits under their dresses; dirty, unruly children; white and hispanic trailer trash, ghetto rats and people without table manners. Ugh! Since 10 out of the 1 pizzas contained pork, we order a custom pizza with chicken. Waiting for our pizza, I made a salad from the pathetic salad bar, which consisted of lettuce, red onion, mushrooms, pasta salad and croutons. No, tomatoes! Yuck! The pasta salad's dressing tasted like watered down HOT SAUCE and the ranch dressing was horrible! Pizza arrived hot. Horrible! I wanted to throw up!!! Thin crust; cheap, imitation mozzarella cheese; hunks of green pepper and nasty diced, processed chicken. The pop/soda machine didn't have ice. The 'brownies' were made with cheap cocoa powder, imitation vanilla and other inferior items. (Yes, I am a baker!) Many of the overhead lights were either out or low. The atmosphere was horrible. I could not wait to leave! In fact, I was the first one out of the door. You have to be desperate and/or broke to eat here because anyone with a good palate would not eat in this horrible place! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Positive things about this location: 1) VERY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES 2) NOT LOCATED IN/NEAR MY HOME

Came here with a group of friends, and wasn't very excited about the visit. You get what you pay for with food quality, and service. The workers would reach over our table, and the floors were stickier than the Mac and cheese pizza should have been. The cheese shakers were on the cleaning cart as well. If Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue came to this place, e would have shut it down.

Worst pizza you'll ever eat. My kids can make better tasting food. You get what you pay for

The food isn't gourmet quality, but the staff is ALWAYS friendly. The restaurant is clean and the food service area is well maintained. There's always a new pizza coming out and the staff always offers to make something special when I've been here. I like bringing the kids here because there is always something for everyone. We have 4 kids and it's hard to find a place everyone agrees on. This is one of the few places we don't need to worry about.

Great prices. hands-down the worst pizza of my life. The pizza is like something you would make in middle school home economics class.

I went to Cicis for my first time and I was in love. Never in my life had I been anywhere where every staff member looked happy. The people literally smiled the whole time.

Good place to take the kids so they can stuff their faces. Not the greatest pizza but okay.

I would have given this place five stars, but I think they could have a more expanded menu besides pizza, sweet rolls, and salad. I have seen more variety at Golden Corral. Yet this is the only decent place that makes fresh food because everything else in Portage is actually fast food restaurants and most people don't want to eat in places like that. I only come here when I am up in Portage staying at my cottage just on the outskirts of town. It's an ok place just needs to look at expanding their menu a little more.
