Salsa Michael! You have to order it. AMAZEBALLS, not on the menu. The staff here is really nice, and always very welcoming. Dos Equis on tap in frosty mugs the size of a rain barrell. Arros con pollo con chorizo is a regular goto.

Another good addition to the Noblesville Mexican food scene. Part of a succession of restaurants run by a group of wonderful people in this area, this place is much better than Las Rocas, where most of the employees, and likely most of the customers therefore, are from. These are the people that were once La Charreada, in the good old days. This place is pretty good as far as Mexican food around here goes. It's similar in most ways to Rio Grande Fresh Mexican Grill. The food is fresh and tasty, but not up to the par of El Palenque. Well, what is? I don't expect that now, or ever. This is close, though. This place is solid.

Excellent food and service! Best Mexican in Noblesville! Everything came out very fast and all of the staff are very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend Maria's to anyone looking for a decently priced meal that is great quality!

After my last visit to Las Rocas I knew something was missing and I came here and there she was my favorite waitress that used to work at Las Rocas. Maria's is a great little Mexican joint that is sure to please. Great service with a smile and good food!

My husband and I ate here for the first time last night. We really liked the food and the people were super nice. I had chicken - he had steak. About four hours later, my husband started having abdominal pain. He was up from 11pm-4am with constant vomiting and diarrhea - yep, food poisoning. Today he's still having stomach pains and trying his best to keep water down. Needless to say, we won't be returning to Maria's Mexican Grill.

Very good-recognize several of the staff from another place in town that has gone downhill. This place is Employee owned now from what I am told. Appropriate sized portions and all excellent quality. Worth the drive from anywhere.

We came here because of all the good reviews on yelp. There was 8 adults and 2 highchairs. Food was ok. The server served the hot dishes over both of my 1 year olds heads, and put the salsa in front of them. She was very nice and cleaned up their hands immediately but serving over their head made me a little nervous. My brothers chimichanga was the smallest portion I've ever seen and everyones beans were runny. Not one person got a refill, that's one of my biggest pet peeves and the table was never pre bussed, and we had to request silverware and straws. Try blocking two one year olds from everything on the table, doesn't make for a very relaxing time. It was so hot in there I was literally wiping my face bc I was sweating! It had to have been almost 80. I thought the food was a little better than ok, but I seemed to be the only one who thought so.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
