This is legit fried chicken. Deep frying foods is Indiana's specialty and Sgt. Peppers does it well. Two thumbs up for the feast!

Had Sgt Peppers for the first time last night after returning to Indy from Bloomington... The chicken tenders and fries were unreal!!! Everything was melt in your mouth good, and the portions were HUGE!!! I wish you had a Noblesville location!!!

This may very well be the best fried chicken in the world. Certainly I've never had better. It's easy to keep drumsticks and thighs moist and tender, but breasts and wings? Both juicy and meltingly tender with flavorful, crispy breading. Just couldn't be improved upon. Another must-try is their signature fried potatoes, which are actually kind of a cross between what we Hoosiers think of fried potatoes and homemade potato chips. Outstanding. The biscuits are another must-have. The decor was nothing to write home about, but the place was neat and clean. You place your order and pick up at the counter, so service is limited but very friendly, and the manager checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and see if we needed anything. There are only two things I didn't like about this restaurant. First, I HATE televisions in restaurants, so disregard the missing star if this is something you don't mind. Second, I would have really appreciated and honest-to-god tossed salad choice as a side. It was a wonderful dinner despite the televisions, and we'll be back!

The good: breading on the chicken. The bad: only two menus. It was lunch time and there were no chicken legs available. We ended up having to wait over 15 mins for our order. The tables were not clean. I had to ask to have our table wiped off and you would have thought I asked for a million bucks. I won't go back

I just keep forgetting about this place. It's pretty good. Only 3 stars because it's fried fried fried. However, it's really good and they're chips are homemade and incredible. They also have corn nuggets, which are my favorite. They're not on the menu, but be sure to ask for them! Anyways, it's a good place to eat, they just announced that they do delivery and have a large dining room. It's a bit dated, but hey, it's a local eatery, and there's nothing better than local in my opinion. They can get costly. Family of four, be prepared to spend about $30.

Catered a family event recently. Owners were really friendly and took care of everything. And it was the BEST fried chicken. Will definitely make this a stop on every trip home.
