We go here at least once a week and have never been disappointed. Our friends live in Delhi and Western Hills and always want to come here when we go out to eat. Great food and the best service.

Was not impressed, beef enchiladas without any cheese was very disappointing. Plates were very hot so it came from a microwave. Will not be going back...

Just moved to Bright , IN in May. Drove past this place in gas station plaza to try several others. We were in a rush one night and decided to give it a try. WOW! Very friendly staff. Nice size place inside. Food is very good and portions are ridiculously large for the money. 12 inch quesadilla LOADED with chorizo, steak and shrimp plus a bunch of veggies and really good refried beans for $9.98 . We, 've tried several items and all were way above average. This is a place we would drive miles to go to. Amazing it's literally 4 minutes away in little Bright,IN.

Always good food, served quickly by friendly staff. Restaurant is always clean. There is ample parking but it can be crowded on weekend nights. I would highly recommend Los Primos!

I have had numerous items on the menu but two stick out... Carnitas tacos and shrimp quesadilla. The quality and price can't be matched.

Friendly, warm staff that make you feel welcome. A relaxing fun atmosphere, and excellent food quality that is fast. I can't praise this restaurant enough. From the first time I ate there two years ago to today I am regularly impressed by the service and food I order. I would say that this is definitely the top restaurant in Bright.

Cold beer was just the right temperate, but our waiter was annoyed by my questions on pricing and sizes. Also, their prices were not right on the receipt. They were annoyed that I questioned the receipt.

My wife and I went here for dinner a few weeks ago looking for a sit down restaurant near our house. We were pleasantly surprised to find this place in a strip mall connected to a gas station. Don't be put off by that, this place is excellent. They'll also fix things for you that aren't on the menu.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
