First I'll start off my saying that this isn't a place I'd typically go to hang- I never really enjoyed their wings. But they have other menu options which are well worth a try. This particular location isn't exactly close to where I live but I still have managed to make a trip once to sometimes twice a week this past month. Of course I go straight for the bar, it's a comfort zone. But not just because they have a wide selection of beer's; but because they have Christina! She's a short haired blonde with a great personality. I think she used to be a cop? Anyways, she always gives me great recommendations. She's professional and knowledgeable, will for sure be back to visit her.

Can you believe it? I have actually never been to BWW until this past weekend. That being said, I certainly enjoyed it. I mean what's not to like? HDTV's everywhere, beer, and pretty good food. I only had a burger, but it was pretty good IMO. It wasn't crowded when I went, therefore we had pretty quick service. no complaints from me.

The atmosphere is terrible, unless you enjoy having to yell across the table to your companions. If you want to watch the big game and drink, you would probably be better off in a bar. The food is pretty mediocre. On Thursdays they have a special on boneless buffalo chicken, like 10 percent off of boneless. Every time I've had the boneless chicken at BWW (basically it's glorified chicken nuggets drenched in various sauces), the chicken comes cold encased in a chunky, thick, almost rock-hard breading. It's like 50% breading, 50% chicken. It's pretty bad, I should've sent it back and paid extra for the regular chicken wings. The server asked if we wanted any carrots, celery, or ranch or blue cheese. Who wouldn't want ranch with their chicken? So of course I say yes. And they come in a tiny container, so I ran out pretty quick and asked the server for a second one. When the bill came, I got charged 60 cents for each of the 2 little things of ranch dressing, plus the 2 dinky sticks of carrots and celery. That's pretty absurd, and the waitress gave me attitude when I asked why she didn't inform me they were 60 cents each. Next time I should take 2 dollars and flush it down the toilet and it would be an equal waste of money. This place is pretty bad. I'd recommend you bring your own ranch dressing if you have to come here.

Great food and great environment. They did switch to Pepsi from Coke and I like Coke Zero. I guess I will have to have a Beer!

It really doesn't get much worse than BWs. Don't get me wrong, the wings, fries and beer selection is decent, but not great. The atmosphere is terrible. The projection TV's and music are awful. The service is sub par. The whole place smells like a fraternity house. It's perfect for teenage and 20 something boys, but guess what, I'm not in that demographic. I don't choose to go here. I get stuck going here once or twice a year. That's all I can manage. If you want a better sports bar experience, go to Kilroy's in Broad Ripple. They get it.

Terrible service, mismanaged. Took three tries for the kitchen to get our order right after our server put it in correctly (not exactly a complicated order either). While the order was being corrected, we observed managers constantly pulling our server away from tables, which prevented us from getting drink refills. It was nearly 30 minutes from when my food arrived to when they finally got my wife's order right - my wings were cold. Adding insult to injury, when I asked the manager to remove the wrap from the bill, she was rather snide and asked why I thought she should remove it. She was well aware of the issues as she'd been keeping us from getting replacement drinks and brought the third attempt to the table, I assume to attempt to be seen as the hero. Told her that it was absolutely not our servers fault that the kitchen couldn't get it together or that she wouldn't let her server work her tables. Then I tipped our server nearly 50% of the bill for having to deal with her managers on a regular basis.

A pleasant surprise. I have not been in over a year and what a change. The wings are moist and big, not the norm of over cooked and dried out. The service was over the top compared to last time I walked out for never even being greeted.

I've been going to this BW3 for years since it's close to my work. It CONSISTENLY and nearly without fail delivers poor service and food that has taken so long it pushed lunch to 2 to 2.5 hours long. I am sending this in hopes it gets fixed. I'm really tired of waiting for my food at this place. An honest review- out of about 30 times I've visited, 25 times have been sub-par, meaning it took 50 minutes or longer to get our food.

Good food, as always. Waited a good 10 mins after we were seated before anyone bothered to take our drink order. Appetizers came out pretty quickly. EVERY REFILL of our sodas WE had to go hunt down a wait staff. Food = 5 stars. Service = 2 stars. We notified management. They said they would talk to their wait staff, and gave a 25% discount. We will try this location again.

Not really a fan! Here's why. The food is your standard BW-3's buuuuut the service here has always been lackluster; even when the place is empty. It often takes awhile for the wait staff to take drink orders and there have been several occasions where we've been left to get our own refills or go up to the bar to get them.

This location of Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty nice. I have always had a decently pleasant experience here. The traditional wings are the big deal here, as the name suggests. I have tried almost all of the sauces, and not one is bland or unpleasing. Try the Blazing, it is something else! The Mango Habanero is my favorite wing sauce. Go on Tuesdays and you get 45 cent wings. Thursday's special is Boneless wings, but I'm not sure if the pricing is the same. The staff is always fun and attentive. TVs are everywhere, so this is a great spot to go watch the Colts without having to go to an actual bar. As for ambiance, I prefer to go to the location in Castleton.

I've been to this location a few times. It has a pretty large bar area and it's always a good time. The staff is attentive even when it gets busy and I like that. It seem like they just move faster as necessary based on how busy it is. I like that the manager on duty always comes by to see how things are going and he even remembers my name which is always a plus!

I really like this BWs, and it's so much better than the one in Castleton. It's bigger and I find the TVs were easier to see from various spots. We had great service, our waitress (I believe Me'shelle) was good about refilling our drinks without being asked. And since there was 6 of us, and we didn't all arrive at the same, she was good about checking on us at different times and was patient and attentive when we all wanted food at different points since we were there to watch the Colts game. I'd definitely go back to this BWs & certainly prefer it overthe Castleton one.

Standard Buffalo Wild Wings fare: overpriced wings, watered-down drinks. Nothing especially good or bad about this one.

Sit in the bar area and let Kasey take care of you... she's worth the wait! Good food here too.
