Ok, so I've heard that the original restaurant location was a little better. My legitimate review is based on the food court location inside the Greenwood Park Mall. I have my review based it on appearance, taste, and tenderness. Pros: *I received some samples of the meat through the cashier at the cash register. I liked that I was able to taste before buying. *They are better than "microwaved munchies" like Luca Pizza, just saying!! I mean you can't get any worse than your neighbors! *The appearance wasn't horrible. It sure wasn't going to win a championship ribbon, but it would have received a ribbon just for participation. *The meat was moist and tender, but too much of it. Too thick for plastic utensils in a mall. *Out of the nine food court locations (Chik-Fil-a, Beefcake Burgers, DJs Hot Dog Company, Charleys Subs, Japanese Teriyaki, Holy Guacamole, Asian Chao, Subway, and Luca Pizza) you should be happy....you aren't dead last! Cons: *The Beef Barbacoa tacos (what I ordered) was just a thick cut of meat that took up nearly the whole taco shell. Yes, it's cooked that way, but not nearly practical to eat that way for your customers. I like it a bit more cut up after the cooking process. *The taco shell had a saltier flavor than what I'm used to. *Each component which entered my mouth lacked amazing, moan-worthy flavor. My boyfriend hates eating Italian with me to hear me say "WOWOWOW!" Unfortunately, Holy Guacamole wasn't an "OMG" experience. It just lacks good taste and uniqueness. It is lacking an experience that could attract a variety of age groups.

Wow. I was surprised over the weekend when I went to the mall to find Holy Guacamole there. This was the most amazing thing that could have happened to me. I love your queso dip and I tried the Mexican torta (sandwich) Cuban style and it was great. Can not wait to visit again. Thanks for adding a location

Awesome place. I usually eat the mexican pizza. I have to mention that the tamales are out of this world. This is a second location and they are locally owned and operated not a chain. Fresh food all the time. Keep up the good work guys I love it.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
