I decided to try their "new" pizza and stuff. The pizza had a good flavor. Took little to no time before it was ready. I ordered it on a Saturday around 5 so I expected a wait or delay but there wasn't one at all. My only complaint was the cheesy bread. It looked (and tasted) like the box it came in. Really dry and not much cheese to really consider it cheese bread. I'm guessing it was made the night before and just sat around under a heat lamp. As for the pizza...ok so I lied I have another complaint. I know this is a chain AND I'm highly spoiled with Chicago but their deep dish pizza is a slap in the face to this Chicago girl. Seriously? That thin baby crust you call deep dish is called regular pizza crust to the rest of us. I don't want to see what they call regular crust. My guess is thin...paper thin. Anyways, I'm giving this location 3 stars because they were quick to prepare my pizza but for the company as a whole, keep working at improving. Rename the deep dish or google deep dish pizza, you'll be in for a surprise there.

This is a delivery review. The food is okay, for a low budget fast food chain. But the packaging is pretty terrible for certain things. Tonight, I ordered a medium pizza and some chicken. Not chicken wings, but those odd chunks of chicken you get with bacon and what not. Not sure what to call it. I got the delivery just fine, but I didn't notice that they don't fold the chicken boxes. When I turned the corner in my hall in my apartment, all of the chicken flew out one side of the partly folded box and landed on the floor. That is pretty poor packaging.

I like the food, and typically the wait time is short. This trip gets 3 stars because I like the food, but there was an excessive wait time and the service basically sucked. Below are some gripes, so that hopefully the Manager will see this and know what we see on the other side of the counter. Mass chaos and frustration as orders poured in Longer than necessary wait times for every order I witnessed. There were about 10 people sitting in the store waiting for carry out. One guy told he had be sitting there for 30 min and not one pizza had come out yet for anyone. I saw one come out for another man but the order was wrong. I ordered online and paid online prior to my visit and when I arrived it wasn't even started. They announced that it was ready, but I still stood there for 5 min while no one attempted to actually give it to me. One guy asked someone else to do it even, to hand me something. As if that is such a burden. It is your job. The manager is easily rattled and has no sense of process when things got hectic. He leap frogged orders when customers got upset, he kept asking for info aloud (to whom??) about another store location, as if that information will somehow help his team become more efficient in this moment. He does a poor job speaking with Hispanic people, butchers their names, and seems to be especially impatient when taking their orders. The gentlemen whose pizza I saw come out was Hispanic and it was wrong. The online pizza tracker is a nice idea, but you have no way of actually doing this. It is simply a best case representation for moronic consumers. Mine showed ready for pickup, and when I arrived it wasn't even started. A gentleman tried to use a Domino's gift card but was told 'the system was down', and asked to pay with a credit card. That system wasn't down apparently. What a load. The team looked scattered and inefficient. Teamwork was 100% absent, which is why the times drug on, and tensions rose. These are all things that compliment and exacerbate one another. Figure it out. The manager started making phone calls to get other workers to come in. How does that help you right now, or in the next hour? Focus on the task at hand, and move through it. Manager spent too much time making food instead of conducting his orchestra. End of rant. My advice to other shoppers is to understand going in that it may be awhile and exercise some patience.

Yes, this is a chain. But I have to say that I'm pretty impressed. I decided to order pizza after getting home from work and having no motivation to cook dinner nor go somewhere to get dinner. I placed an order for a Brooklyn style and a Philly Cheese steak pizza (there were more than just me to feed). I placed the order online and was entertained by the online pizza tracker. The wait was the normal, about 30 minutes but I was impressed that the tracker actually gave mr peoples names, including my delivery driver. The order was made correctly and arrived fresh and hot. The pizza had good flavor, was not over or undercooked, and was just delicious. I will admit that I was a bit leery as in the past (several years ago) I didn't care for their pizza as to me it tasted like cardboard. But the new Domino's has changed that perspective for me, and I'm sure I will order from them again.

Slow Saturday, decided to have pizza for an early dinner. Arrived 15 min before order was to be ready (placed it an hour ago online before running some errands). I finished my tasks early, and think I caught them with the pizzas already made.
