((I used to work here. Do what you will with that information.)) It's a chain, so you get what you pay for. This isn't real Tex-Mex fare. I always stuck with the Triple Play appetizer - two orders of boneless buffalo wings, an order of Southwestern Eggrolls. The drinks are froofy and overpriced (think TGI Fridays). There wasn't an extremely high turnover when I worked there, but that was about five years ago, so things might have changed. The servers we had, if I do say so myself, rarely got complaints. Lunch during the week was always slow. You could get a table immediately. Any other times... good luck. There was always a pretty considerable wait on Fridays and Saturdays. I won't go into details, but the kitchen was not the least bit clean and the restaurant wasn't much better.

Definitely order the queso (I do everytime I'm here), I usually get the Chicken Crispers or Chicken Fried Crispers (both are very flavorful). The family enjoys eating here so definitely a +1 in my book.

I like this restaurant as compared to Applebees and O'Charley's and TGI Fridays. Their 2 for $20 deal is great. Two entrees, and appetizer, and a two desserts for 20 bucks. Can't really beat it. Good food. This location is near the mall. Kind of loud and busy. But good service.

The food is usually decent, but service has been horrible every single time I give this place one more chance. The chicken tenders are good as our the nachos. If they got good servers I might go back...

What a value for lunch. Great potato soup, perfect-sized chicken fajitas in individual cast-iron skillets, and 2 Samuel Adams made for an excellent lunch. I mean, there was nothing I could have complained about. How rare is that and the bartender kept soft drinks coming to my wife in a timely fashion. This was Chilis hitting on all cylinders. I mean, if you didn't like this, you just don't like their style of food. Ok, in the zest for complete honesty and transparency I must admit this review may be slightly tainted by the restaurant I came from before this. (walked out without ordering lunch at the Cheescake Factory, you can read about that on my first Yelp Review. This is my second. So, you COULD read about my horrible experience and be inclined to have to consider that after viewing the depths of hell, most other places look like heaven. However, after weighing this in and adding it up multiple time, the conclusion stands. Chili's lunch exceeded my expectations and restored my faith in the possibilities of great dining experiences in the low-priced chain restaurants.

When we are feeling in the mood for a dinner out and a healthier place we normally pick chilis. Most places have the weight watchers or healthy pick options on their menus and so does Chilis. But Chilis options are much more flavorful, to me. No one wants to know they are eating a pile of veggies when they really are. The environment has always been awesome. The host and waiters/waitresses are always kind. So if you're a TGI Fridays person, like me. You should give Chilis a try.

I came here for lunch with coworkers and I have to say that although the food was really good, the service was so slow. We didn't get our food until 10 minutes before we had to get back to work. Don't come here if you need to get your food out fast!

Don't really come here much but when my family and I have, has always been a good experience. The food is great the service is good and the atmosphere is pretty comfortable. Since the last time we've been here seems as though they've almost turned into Mexican food, they have a lot of it! Great place for dinner!

First of all, any place that plays Mmm bop followed by Cher is a place I need to be. But besides that, this location is one of the best I have been to. The service is great, the food is great, and the restaurant is clean. Tonight was no difference than any other time I have been here. We were greeted and seated right away. A girl came by and told us who our server would be and offered to get us drinks. When she came back she told us that she was actually going to take care of us and asked if we wanted to start with an appetizer. We ordered the skillet queso. Just before that came out (they weren't busy tonight) she came and took the rest of our order. When our food came out she brought us two new drinks and asked if we needed anything else. During the course of the meal she checked on us multiple times, and kept our drinks full.

I don't ever write bad reviews but when I do, it was sincerely a terrible experience. I not only visited the greenwood location not once but THREE times. I'm a firm believer in giving chances and I will say I regretted wasting my time here. My first experience left me with a rude hostess, and my family and I sat at the extremely crowded dinner table for 30 minutes and not one server or manager greeted us or took our order, so we left. My second experience was with a few mutual friends and it took the server 20 minutes to come to our table, she was extremely rude and I did not like the way she "finished" our orders before we were even done talking, so a manager was requested and she too was the rudest manager I have EVER talked to, so we left without completing our orders. My third and FINAL visit: service was better, she stayed on top of our orders and checked on us, but the food was cook improperly and burnt leaving it unedible. So I would hugely suggest new employees or maybe an attitude adjustment from most employees. But I will NEVER eat at Chili's again nor recommend it to anyone.

I used to love to com to Chili's but not so much anymore. They have a lot of choices and variety and everything is ok but nothing i have had was great. Perhaps the competition has just gotten better. This last time I ordered their shrimp and steak fajitas and I thought for the price the portion size was very small and I guess I expected a lot more veggies. The flavor was good but I was expecting great for their flagship fajita dish.

Great place for a quick dinner or lunch. Reasonable prices and great electric lemonades! It's wonderful that you can pay your bill and everything directly from the little machines at the tables!

Great place to eat, drink and be merry! I enjoy the lively atmosphere, there are always so many people there, but wait time is usually minimal. Great margaritas and hamburgers!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
