On business and wanted something local. Wow! A Quesadilla big as my head and Negra Modella on tap. Score! If you are in Muncie, Gas City, or Marion and want authentic local Mexican this is a must!

Done! Too many times I have left feeling funky. Today three of us left and were sick all day. By the way, their salsa tastes like it has cocktail sauce in it. Yuck. I'm officially done.

Decent tequila selection, and given the quality in the unexpected location that it is in, it is actually quite good.

First time and we were very impressed. It was very busy on Cinco de Mayo, but the service was still fast and accurate! We had cheese dip with our chips and the salsa was very yummy! We split the Casa Grande Fajitas and were not disappointed. Will definitely be returning!

Overall I would have said three stars until the next day. A little overpriced for decent food, service was fine but.... It gave me the worst food poisoning!!! Throwing up for hours. Awful experience I will never return and would advise others to steer clear.

four stars was misleading....I seriously worried about my health after driving to fort wayne after stopping here. This would not get 4 stars in San Francisco. Heck, this shouldn't get 4 stars in Gas City. I should have kept driving.

Just an average Mexican restaurant. The food is fine. Nothing special. Have been there a few times and sometimes the service is good and sometimes pretty bad.

This is my favorite restaurant in Gas City, and I eat here regularly. They provide great value - reasonably priced, and their food always fills me up. The service is always quick and painless, and the staff is friendly and non-intrusive. By the way, their queso is fantastic, and I personally recommend it with their chips or on any burrito they serve.

Great authentic food. Huge menu with combo meals and specials. Nice venue with seating for larger parties. Super attentive staff. Never had an empty glass, salsa bowl or basket of chips!

Good food, great service. The house margaritas are fantastic, the chips and salsa are average. Service is quick and friendly. I recommend this over any other restaurant in a 10 mile radius.

Menu is fairly typical as far as selection goes. Atmosphere is quite nice, certainly above average for a Mexican restaurant. It seemed clean. The service is fast and friendly. The food is not necessarily different than many other similar restaurants, but it was definitely fresh, hot, and tasty. I usually judge these kinds of restaurants by their fish tacos if available, and these are decent. Price is pretty much on part with similar places (pretty chap). I've been to several Mexican joints in the area, and this is one of the top two, I would say. If you're jonesin for Mexican fare, you can't go wrong here. 4-star generally means better than average to me. Would rate this place 3.5 stars if the option was there.

I'm a fan! Fast seating, friendly service, and they make a mean fajita...

Food is always good and the ingredients are fresh. They package their carryout really well. My only complaint is that the price seems to be different based on who his ringing you out. We can order the same thing everytime we go but its never the same price twice. Its not that expensive so I have never questioned them on it, I just find it curious that they don't seem to have a price sheet they follow.

Food is good and price is reasonable. Waiter service can be slow at busy times.

We have been here a few times and the food has always been exceptional. Chips and salsa come with the meal. The portions are very large. We have had many different menu items and have no complaints on any of them. The service is also very good and very fast.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
