Everyone was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and nice. It had such a wonderful atmosphere. Plus the food is good as always.

4 for outdoor seating, 3 for salads, good tea and lemonade, my Ruben 1: processed meat, processed cheese, no real Russian dressing, bread no taste. Seems like this place should be a lunch steady, but not sure I will try again.

We had dinner here tonight (12/3/14). We had been to this location a few years ago, and they have made updates to this location. It is really nice and upscale. The girl who took our order was super nice. She offered us punch cards for meals and teas. Told us about there reusable cup when we asked. She was very personable. We ordered sandwiches and potatoes which where good. I love the pickle and peppers bar. The sweet tea was not as sweet in my opinion, but I do like my tea to give my a diabetic sugar rush. If I was diabetic. I did notice that no one was walking around asking about drink refills or did we need anything. Has this service been stopped? I hope not. It was a pleasant experience overall.

I'm extremely in love with the food here. I have to say they serve best sandwich ever. I had the New Yorker was good and my husband had a turkey one he just loved it. The staff here were very friendly too. I made an order in a different store and they actually made my order right away and freshly. I really love the food.

Always a great place to eat. Staff is friendly. Food is always good. Speedy service when there's not a million people in line. Best pickles ever!

Slow as can be. You can also see into the kitchen where I saw a guy eating while my food was being prepared. I just threw it away and ate elsewhere. It took so long to check out I didn't want to waste even more time trying to get my money back or explain to the staff why this was revolting.

Always a great place to eat! A wide variety of fresh foods to choose from and who can pass up the sweet tea!? I also enjoy the friendly staff and comfortable, newly renovated restaurant.

This is my "go to" spot for a "nice" lunch. Whether it be for work, for meeting up with a friend - whatever - it's a great place to eat and have options that aren't submersed in grease. I typically go for the BLT - ha. Crazy choice, I know. But, the BLT comes with your choice of a side and I typically go with the fruit cup. Fresh, delicious meal. If you're wanting to go during lunch, prepare for long lines and a full house. To any consumer, that's a sign of good business, though - am I right? There are McAlister's Delis all over the area. All. Over. It's not the cheapest lunch, but it's definitely worth the extra couple of bucks to fulfill your appetite. I've gone to this location the most and it's always clean and the staff seem to be on top of their game. Keep it up!

I have been here several times and enjoy their food. I love their sweet tea and their potato salad is spot on. The menu is big and there are options for even the pickiest eaters. Price-wise they are in line with similar sandwich places. Employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean.

I have had one of the best experiences at this mcallisters location. Alex (the tea-rista) was so wonderful and helped us taste many of the different tea varieties. She was so patient with us!! The food was delicious, and we were all well taken care of. Thanks for the great experience!!!

Very friendly and quick staff. I ordered an usual -- pick any two. Cup of tortilla soup & half of a spud ole. The soup hit the spot on this cold day. Nice restroom.

This is a great family oriented place for lunch. The staff is VERY nice, and it's always clean. My daughter and I LOVE the nacho chips appetizer that come with a mixture of the cheese sauce and chili for dipping. Reminds me of the Chik Fil A staff in Noblesville. That's a huge compliment.

A little expensive for a sandwich, but I have to admit the sandwich was quite delicious! I tried the Ham & Cheese Toastie, and it did have quite a bit of ham. It was grilled to perfection (not too burnt) and was very filling! And their sweet tea.... AMAZING. Not overly sweet but definitely tasty!

McAlister's does have good sweet tea... I'll give them that. I'm just not that big of a fan of their foods. It used to taste ok to me, and then one day I ordered a baked potato with grilled chicken on it. Their potatoes are pretty good - they are huge and they load them up with yummy goodness of all types: cheese, chili, bacon, sour cream, etc. The grilled chicken... disgusting. It isn't a regular chicken breast, but some over-processed weird schtuff with a gross taste and rubbery texture. Ever since having the gross chicken, I have been really turned off by the place altogether. The rest of the menu isn't bad, but I've never had a stand-out meal there that makes me crave an encore performance. That being said, I will probably return once I get over my gross chicken phobia, but I'll never get something with chicken on it again.

Been here many times, never a bad experience. This McAlisters is managed well. The outdoor patio seating is a plus.

$6.99 for a taco salad which consisted of 4 or 5 tortilla chips, some greens with too much dressing, and not much else. Avoid

The best thing about this place is the extensive menu. This place has a little of everything: salads, sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes, soups and wow! even some dinner selections including meatloaf, chicken, etc., kind of like Boston Market but without the cafeteria line feel. The patio at this particular location is a great place to eat on a nice day because it has the perfect "open air" feel, yet is covered by an awning from end to end so you won't roast while you chow. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and accommodating - at least they always have been when we've been there - and the iced tea is delicious. I am pretty picky about my tea, and McAlister's does it well. No powdered, citric-acid laden aftertaste here! On our most recent trip, I tried the veggie sandwich and it was not only tasty, but very generous. I would like to see a few more veggie-based items on the menu, but that would be my only concern.

It's a chain, so compared to someplace like Shapiro's it in a different league. But there are some things that make it worth a stop, especially for a quick lunch or grab-and-go meal. My daughter tells me the sweet tea is fabulous, and she's picky about her teas. My personal meal favorite is the muffuletta, which is really four sandwiches in one. I buy the full sandwich (huge, but 1/2 and 1/4 are also available), and take most of it home to eat for several lunches later in the week. It's like a gourmet ham, cheese, and bologna sandwich, with an olive and olive oil spread on a crusty roll. Very yummy. The side of mac and cheese is white cheddar and really good, as are the giant spuds, available with a variety of toppings. My son's fave is the Pot Roast Classic, and my husband likes their grilled chicken caesar wrap, although he's bummed they replaced their flax wraps with wheat ones. We asked a manager about it, and he said hardly anybody ordered the flax wraps so they discontinued them. Too bad, as they were a great low-carb alternative. Check out the menu online first before you go, because it's a little overwhelming if you just walk in and try to absorb it all, especially if there are three people at the counter waiting to serve you, as there almost always are except during mealtime rush. Service is usually very friendly, although every once in awhile I've had someone who's less than helpful -- usually one of their younger staff members who's maybe not fully trained and ready to face their customers. The good ones go out of their way to be friendly, chatty, and helpful.

Great food, great price, fast and friendly. Good place to meet for lunch or have a quick bite. The spuds are awesome.
