I am from out of town and have come by Starbucks twice this week to get some work done. While I was there I just happen to read the past reviews and I am happy to report that something must have changed recently because I have gotten nothing but excellent customer service. At one point I looked at from what I was doing and noticed that I was sitting beside the manager. We chatted for a a while and she was very pleasant. In regards to refills - I always get two, or three, refills per visit. I have never had any trouble getting a refill no matter what Starbucks I am in. The last time I was in town I frequented the other nearby Starbucks. The service and food at that Starbucks was just as good, however, I would note that the Internet was not as fast at the other one as it is here.

I had heard great things about the new Toasted Graham Latte including how you can taste the coffee so I got one as soon as I was able to. I am sad to say that it is just alright nothing special.

What a shock As you might know I review for excellent or poor. Starbucks, The ubiquitous coffee shop. I go there primarily because of the convenience. They are everywhere I am. So I dropped my money on a mocha. They did a good job. I got stuck working there for about an hour. At 10:10 AM I asked to get a decaf put into my cup. I was informed that they do not brew decaf after 10 AM. Seriously?! They wanted to upgrade me to an Americana instead. I guess no one told them how close the Panera is.

As an ex partner out of state- I was pretty disappointed at the fact that I waited 10 minutes for someone to say something. Anything really. The partners looked like they hated their lives, and did not complete the drink my family and I got- toppings. Or even acknowledge it if they were out.

The drive thru takes a bit of out of the way navigation to access, but I always have great service here! My order is always correct and served promptly. As a Starbucks junkie, I can say that this is a tightly run ship! Everything is clean, neat, and well-stocked.

What happened to customer service? We've been drinking Starbucks consistently for like a year now because of their little points card.. We've always gotten free refills back in Hawaii and at this place as well. I've always assumed it was a part of their points program.. I'm at the West side Starbucks a few days ago and the girl at the counter tells us that refills are only available at the window. So, we reluctantly throw out our old cups and buy new drinks. So, we go to this Starbucks last night and pull up to the drive thru for our refill and the gentleman on the speaker says they only do refills if you've actually been sitting inside. Fine.. We pull up to pay another ten fucking dollars and my boyfriend apologizes and asks him to throw away his old cup (the one he was going to use for a refill). The guy told my boyfriend that he can throw it away in a bin outside if he'd like. I never thought I'd say this, but, I'm done with Starbucks.

I just recently moved right now on the street from this Starbucks location... I've been in here a few times so far and the service has been great! They were selling their plastic reusable cups for one dollar but only had one left with a lid.. The manager gave it to me for free!! Made my day

This Evansville Starbucks is a few blocks west off I-164 and shoehorned among strip malls on the Lloyd. It has a drive-thru, but is a little difficult to access as one must maneuver between buildings. Service was slow (by Chicago standards) and less friendly than expected for Southern Indiana. Drink orders were correct, but the napkins we asked for were not remembered.
