Stopped for a cocktail and the service was quick and friendly. The place was clean and bright. We looked at the bar menu but didn't order because we had other plans for dinner. Other patrons ordered the tater tots fondue , which was served in about 5 minutes and looked hot and good.The restaurant was quickly filling up as we left, so get there early.

Very nice place with friendly service and tasty food. We all got the signature chicken fingers and they were great. The only downside, if you are into healthy eating, don't look at the nutritional information. So don't eat this every day, but when you do ENJOY, its worth walking an extra mile.

O'Charley's is A-OK. It was almost like a Denny's or Friendly's or Perkins. Food was very cheap. Food was tasty. The Host was a kid who was mumbling and half asleep and wanted to be anywhere but there. The server (Kevin) was very in to his job. It was an ok place to eat especially for families that might be looking for something decent while keeping the price down. They had a bar there but I saw no patron at it. I would visit O'Chaeley's again.

No idea what these people are talking about, I really like the food and service at this location. I've eaten here twice and was very satisfied both times. My only critique is that the yeast rolls could be much... Yeastier.

Super fast food. But that's easy when they slop things on a plate. Soup-like artichoke dip, cold, purple "medium-rare" steak and cold macaroni for the baby. Good grilled chicken. Super disappointed.

The only bright spot was our server. He was swamped and kept us in drinks and rolls. Didn't have enough people on and steak was horrible.

I never tire of saying how much I despise O'Charley's, and yet friends and family continue to want to go there. The menu is somewhat slight, and none of the food is particularly tasty. One of our party ordered nachos, which were just sad. One word of advice: NEVER order the nachos here. The rest of us ordered salads, which were . . . salads. Our server at this location did not know what was included in some of the salads on the menu, even though there were only about 5 salads listed, so my salad came out slightly different than what I ordered. That being said, the server was extremely nice, and the manager was constantly roaming the place checking on diners' satisfaction.
