I know it is a chain, but I love eating here. Wings, Beer, Sports. They don't pretend to be something they aren't. Ordered Hot BBQ and Cajun Jerk. Washed that down with a Fat Tire Amber. Everything was great until someone ordered a tray of Blazing Wings. If there is any flavor to those, I didn't find it. Just heat, lot's of heat. I think there were 10 TV's visible from my seat and most of them were running different games. Head here for the NCAA tourney.

Only place we could find to watch the Bears game. Service was fine considering this place is PACKED.servers are friendly and nice. Like usual there is every game and even some poker on the walls. What else would you expect. My Bears lost but I still had a great time here. Now let's see what the check looks like.

I know that BWW isn't a fine dinning place. They are normally consistent on food and service. I went to get some wings and a beer while watching football. I sat at the bar, which had 3 other people at it. After taking my drink order Tiffany brought food to one other person at the bar, it was wrong. She took my food order and then brought out food for another person at the bar, it was wrong. She and a manager tried 3 times to get this guys order right, and failed. In the mean time a new person arrived and ordered. His meal came out in about 2 mins. Tiffany then looked at me and asked if I was waiting on food. She some how screwed up 3 of the 4 orders she took in that time. Maybe 20 mins. This place has terrible service, so if that is what you like go for it. I would recommend Chucky Cheese next door for better service.

It took awhile to get our food but when we got it it was good. Service was ok. This was our second time here and we were almost served someone else's appetizer that we did not order. The first time we were served someone else's food. Seems to be a pattern. A plus was the tablet game things that they had for the kids! It kept them entertained till we got our food. Other restaurants should take this idea!

I usually love Bws, but last night we had the worst wings I have ever had there!!! I ordered my favorite Desert Heat and when they brought them out it was like they forgot and just dumped the seasoning on afterwards as they were probably sitting in the window! If you could imagine like when you forget there is no holes in the top of seasoning bottle and dumped, horrible!!! Asked for celery and carrots, and carrots were slimmy and gross! Service was right on, did everything they are suppose too, no personality or conversation!!! Very disappointed, and sad because it's usually my favorite place! Not sure it'll be awhile before I go back

Once again Buffalo Wild Wings lives down to my expectations with there overpriced beer, small portions of food which is also overpriced and lack lustre less than stellar customer service. Why does anyone patronize this establishment. We ordered nachos and a couple of beers from our server, who to her credit was quick at greeting and taking our drink order, about 15 minutes later our drinks made it to our table. Another 15 and the nachos showed up. Silverware and napkins never showed up. When our main meal finally came 1 hour and 20 minutes into it the food was horrible. I ordered a grilled chicken salad that tasted like they lost the salt shaker on and left it under a heat lamp. Just a note salads are to supposed to be chilled. It is clear that there is NO leadership in this restaurant. I am tired of having BWW ruin every meal I try to eat with them. Go to Chili s or Raferties. Your service and food will be better.

As an honorary college student, I'm required to go to B-Dubs at some point in my academic career. Jokes aside, this place isn't just great for sports fans. In the very very numerous times I've been here, there was only one server who didn't pay enough attention to us. Otherwise, the servers are always attentive and the food is usually given within 15-20 minutes after ordering. I highly recommend the Grilled Chicken sandwich with a veggie boat for health nuts and boneless wings for everyone else.

Ok so I love me some B-dubs but today I went for lunch. I eat here often but today was my worst experience yet. I walked into the bar and seated my self, asked for a lunch menu and was looked at by my server as if I anoyed him. He returns in about 10mins. and asked me if I was ready to order. I hadnt even seen a menu yet. I told him I still would like a menu and he left to get one. 10 min. later I get up and leave frustrated. I saw my server flirting with 2 girls and not taking care of his customers. I gave him a shitty look as I walked out mad. I will be back but it will be a while after service like that.

More than 1/2 the time I've been to the Green River location they've either gotten my order wrong, or it's been cold. Servers are less than interested in helping and we usually have to get up and find our server to ask for drink refills. The TV's are plentiful and the layout is good for watching games so if you don't mind the service and aren't very thirsty, it's not a bad spot to watch the game. If you want BDubs, it's probably worth the trip to drive to the west side.

A nice place to watch the CUBS game when I'm out of town. Would have given it 5 stars but I told the manager twice the game was on WGN and he turned the New York channel on! It wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't lost and I had to watch every error replayed three times! Another thing I like about BWW is that they have naked chicken strips. Basically just grilled chicken, but it's nice to be able to order something that doesn't have 1000 calories and something very naughty about eating naked anything!

The food is good. With that out of the way, I don't ever remember the service being so bad. It seemed like they had an army of waiters, waitresses and servers (as any restaurant should on a Saturday). However everything was so slow. Our seat was in plain view of the food sitting under the hot lamps. I watched as the food kept getting piled higher and higher and still no one came and got it. It seems awfully inefficient to have all of those employees there and it still take 15min for drinks, 1 hour for food, and another 15min to get our tickets. Definitely don't go to this particular franchise if you have somewhere to be later.

I like going to Bdubs because their service is quick and effiecient. They have sports channels on all of their TVs. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I can go there and get deals on their wings. Not only do they have just wings they have many diffrent options to choose from for my friends and family.

I spent one night in Evansville and went here for dinner. The food and service was great. Beer specials were cool, I got a 23oz Coors for about $2.75. Good atmosphere and lots of fun and friendly people.
