Love this place !!!! My favorite entree is the Fajitas Funditas it's amazing . This place has awesome food for an awesome price and the staff has always been great . I used to go to la ranchera down the road for years but am surprised and feeling disloyal to say I like this place better
Good food. Good service. Reasonable prices. Clean. What more can you ask for, drink specials? Got those too. Try the Chroipollo. It does not disappoint. This place had more good reviews before, including one by me. Don't know what happened to the old listing.
This place is excellent. Great atmosphere and super nice waiters! Big portions and always good. Nachos and salsa is great! My husband and I shared chicken fajitas and also had 1/2 price fried ice cream. Also took home a take out order for my son of bean and cheese nachos and a chicken quesadilla. He said the nachos had too much cheese but he loved the quesadilla. We will definitely be going back!!

seriously, the food Is really great...we had heard that the prices were high before our first trip, but after trying the food, the quality is worth the price....we have been 3-4 times and love the convenience of taking the kids along to a place were mom and dad can have a beer or drink with dinner and yet the food is pleasing to the whole family. love the décor, love the large TVs so you can watch the sports, only disappointment is that Diesel's isn't open on Sundays to watch the football games....waiting for that day to come, gonna Facebook friend them tonight..........
Awesome Tuna Melt and Thursday is dollar beer day had 3 beers and a tuna melt all for 10 dollars
Excellent burgers and interesting atmosphere. Service can be awful at times. Pricey. UPDATE: service has improved. Now give it 4 stars.

Oh Beehive! I drive by this place nearly every weekend in the summer, and literally each time I have looked over to my husband and said "I really want to go there some time." Well this weekend was the "some time" I had been waiting for. This place seems like it belongs in Indianapolis ratehr than tucked into a small building in Danville. I really loved the vibe I got walking in. It was rather early on a Sunday morning, and the staff greeted us with smiles and asked us if we had any questions about the menu. The only question I had was how fast can I get that cinnamon roll I'm eyeing into my belly. The Beehive has a great selection and is sure to please almost anyone. They have delicious pastires and baked goods for breakfast, made to order soup and andwiches, fro yo with assorted toppings, any coffee drink you can imagine and a little fresh produce mart. What's not to love? All in all, I think I have found my new favorite pit stop while I'm driving along 36. Thank you to the friendly staff!
I went to the Bee Hive about a week ago. The Bee Hive is a cute little café in my hometown, Danville. It is a café aimed towards organic and natural food sales. It is very spacious and cozy. It has a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and lots of seating: couches and tables. I was greeted immediately after entering the Bee Hive, a young girl came out and helped me out with learning the menu and gave me a list of the guest favorites. I ordered the Nutella latte and a caramel brownie. I told her to only add one shot of espresso instead of two, seeing that I am not a fan of bitter taste. She made my Nutella latte and grabbed by brownie. She also heated the brownie up so it would taste fresh. I paid for my two items and was a little taken back by the price. The price was a little high but I didn't mind because it was my first time. I took my items home and tried the brownie, it was a little too bitter and rich for my taste but the Nutella latte was very good, had a nice flavor. I would definitely go back again and try a different dessert. I had my eye on the Honey Pecan Bar. I liked the atmosphere of the café and I liked the staff. I was overall impressed and I can't wait to try something new when I go back.
I just want to say that this place keeps getting better and better. My husband and I LOVE coming here any chance we get. We've samples each of their signature sweets & all of them are out of this world delish. The Honeybean Latte is always perfect. The staff know us (they are awesome!) and remember how we like our drinks. The pastries, both sweet & savory, are just rich & wonderful. In the mood for a wonderful sandwich? Stop in. It has everything we could ever want in a hometown cafe. :-)

This location hasn't been remodeled yet, so its still old school. They don't even have the free style coke machines. So sad. But for down marks on a decor that is from the 80s they make up for in service. The girl that took our order was super friendly and even made suggestions which is so unusual for a fast food place. Our food came out correct and the fries were hot and fresh. The guy that was working the drive thru and even gave us our food was surprisingly friendly. He even made conversation with me as I walked up to the counter. I think what surprised me the most was that he was leaving for the day, changed into street clothes, yet walked behind the counter to take someone's order because no one else was up front. That's how customer service should be!

I have eaten here quite a few times and all I can say is that every single time without fail, we have gotten great service and food. You can literally make any request to change any platter to your like and they will not think about it, they just simply do it to make sure that you're satisfied with your experience. There are other options, but I do like a place that has a family feel to it and this is it! (Don't forget to try the Queso!)
Place has gone down hill lately they started putting Red sauce on everything and there remodel seems like it will never get finished . I think there having financial problems . I love the new Los Patios restaurant right down the road on old 36 it has better food for cheaper prices don't get me wrong I have always loved la ra as my family calls it but they need to figure something out and quick or they may just be a memory
This is a really great Mexican Restaurant! The staff is courteous and Prompt. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone!

Pizza Paradise

Reviews:
My husband and I were hopeful that their change in name (used to be Pizza King in Danville over by the hospital) and their change in location would be enough to improve their pizza... but we were mistaken. We ordered breadsticks, spaghetti, and a pepperoni pizza. The breadsticks were the highlight of the visit and weren't too bad. The spaghetti was so-so. The pizza... I can't say enough bad things about the pizza. It was SOOOO greasy that about half of our 14 inch pizza was inedible. It was soaked in grease and would drip when you picked it up. The crust on the inner pieces was about 1/8 of an inch thick... and we did not order the thin crust pizza. It was just shrunken because of all of the grease. It was awful, just like it used to be when they were pizza king. On to the service... our waitress was quiet but mostly adequate. She was the most friendly when we were checking out and mentioned that the pizza was greasy. She took our phone number and gave us a "credit" on our account. I'm not sure what that means, but I won't be using it, since we won't be back there any time soon. The male server seemed nice to his customers and greeted us when we came in the door. However, a girl who I assume was a server (she was dressed in black unlike the others) was behind the counter and was eating pizza, as was the male server. I understand that you get hungry when you are working, but I think it's pretty gross to be eating in view of the clients when you're supposed to be working and serving food. This girl stood around and talked almost the entire time we were there, one time sitting down at the bar area with some people. I get it, you're teenagers and you don't want to work, but I doubt the owner of this establishment appreciates the image that you are presenting for his business. I really hate that this place is so close to where I live, because it would be a great place for my family to go and eat. Unfortunately, the pizza is still terrible.
After seeing the reviews I was nervous about eating here. My friends raved about the salad bar though so we thought we would give it a chance. It was only so so. The salad bar was very fresh and kept clean. I ordered the $16 drifter which was 2 drinks, 2 salad bars, and a 2 topping pizza. The pizza was at best average and greasy. I saw the fries that came w the kid meal and they were the frozen kind and completely burnt. Not very impressed and over expensive for the quality of what you receive.
Since they changed from Pizza King, I think the pizza has gotten better. They make an excellent pizza.

Frank’s Place

Reviews:
Unusual to see such a refined looking restaurant in Danville, IN. The atmosphere was very upscale, however, we were thrown off by the Styrofoam ramekins and plastic glasses. There was also a lack of music, which we find nice for ambiance in restaurants. We ordered the bread sticks, a cheese pizza, and the spinach roll. The food was spectacular. We're bringing the family back!
Great food and locally owned. Our favorite item on the menu is the stuffed pizza. The rest of the menu is filled with homemade Italian meals, priced comparable to what you would find at Olive Garden. The restaurant is housed in an older building and the interior brick walls add a nice atmosphere. The tablcloths, intimate seating, and lighting make this place a little more romantic than a typical chain restaurant. Definitely worth stopping in if you're in the area and in the mood for some authentic Italian.
Frank's Place is excellent. To think that it exists despite the Hoosier preference for mass produced chain food is a wonder, since virtually the entire menu is legit mainline Italian-- the manicotti is best in the state. Hands down. And ask for the clams; try the red sauce with it. It's like you're eating in Naples. Seriously. No complaints, It's like an oasis in the food desert of central Indiana. Pay no attention to the other reviews, authored as they are by people who prize saving a buck-twenty by eating at Fazoli's. Franks is a quality traditional Italian restaurant. The best around, under appreciated by the Hilljacks of Danville.

Salad bar is good but the owner is a real jerk! It even says NO SHARING EXTRA CHARGE on his menu !!! And he's too cheap to pay for fryer insurance so you have to settle for chips or an apple. WTH also you can only tip in cash so half the time the poor waitresses get stiffed and not because the customers want to . Also the owner has a higher employment turnover rate then Amazon lol he treats people like crap
Good food, but a little too much political stuff. Also, no hand soap in bathroom. Management does not allow tip to be included in the credit card payment!
Dave's is a Danville staple, the decor reminds us of what small town Indiana is all about! Basketball...farming...and patriotism! They have surprisingly good and diverse salad bar, and their spuds can't be matched! Being from Idaho, I can say these are the quality potatoes...it helps they are the super sized one as well. My personal favorite is the original spaghetti with garlic toast.
