I only ordered take-out, so I cannot attest to their in-house service, but our to-go service and food was great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had to wait approx 2 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the pick up bar. The to-go attendant was friendly and helpful. The food was ready at exactly the time I ordered it to be and all the food was hot and fresh. Personally not a big fan of Chili's food overall, but this location is convenient so we thought we'd try it. I don't know that we'd eat her frequently, but for take-out I think it is a solid option.

Eww! Avoid the lunch specials. They might be able to fix them quickly but it's because they leave all the flavor out of them. I had the margharita chicken and it was just tasteless. Not sure this is the best of the Chili's.

I'm torn. The service for this place (for a chain restaurant) was entirely too pleasant to give a poor review. For a huge group, you would have expected a much longer wait for the food to show up or maybe a mis-order or pretty much any number of things that could go wrong with an enormous party! Nope, perfect. Great job Chili's staff! Unfortunately, the food was pretty awful - or at least mine was. The chili meat consistency was kind of like chewing cloth or cotton balls. A few bites in and I was completely grossed out. The BLT had two slices of bacon, about 10 leaves of lettuce and one thinly sliced piece of tomato. I should have just eaten the bun, which was surprisingly delicious. The worst part about this entire experience occurred at checkout where over 20 people had to individually swipe their cards on only two devices on the table. It took an additional ~45 minutes to get out of there. Insane. Maybe I'm not so torn. I won't be going back.

Omg so I hadn't eaten at a chilis in years. Their menu is revamped and they have a great deal going on right now 2 for $35! Great, easy, fun, date night restaurant to maybe give a retry if your experience wasn't the the best years ago.

Painfully Slow Food service time, we arrived just after 1pm on week day, they were not busy and we waited over 45 minutes for our food. Which consisted of an appetizer and a kids meal. The wait staff is very pleasant but something is wrong here.

Surprised our group had never been here since its been open a couple years now. Service was excellent! Especially considering it was a busy Friday night and we had a table of 6. (Heather was great). My salmon and shrimp combo were excellent. We will likely be back!

Our server ( Sarah) was super. Not too overbearing, but attentive, nice and prompt. Our food was mediocre at best. I had the ribs, boyfriend had beef enchiladas. Salad was blah, with white colored iceberg lettuce . Not worth the 5 bucks. Cheese fries were good though. Kind of like sports bar food. We defiantly won't go back. 50$ for 2 people.

Good food and lots of variety. Really nice atmosphere with the new design and you can pay at the table and play games with the tabletop controller. Seems like it's still trying to figure out the kinks and find its groove (it just recently opened) since we noticed a few hostess issues and they forgot to put in our appetizer, but they were very apologetic and compensated us for the mix-up. Very good service and friendly people. Will come back.

We tried Chili's shortly after they opened. That was enough for me. Thought I would try something simple to see what the food was like. I ordered a hamburger . How simple can that be. When the food arrived it looked decent enough but when I took a bite I thought I was chewing gravel. The bottom was burnt to a crisp. The server apologized and re-fired the order. 10 minutes later she was back with the new and improved burger. Wrong. This time I flipped it over before biting into it. Same results - burnt to a crisp. If a restaurant can't cook a simple burger what's the rest of the food like. I'll never know.

I've been to plenty of Chili's in my day. We arrived and was seated immediately. We had to wait however for 10 minutes before our waitress even acknowledged us. She took our drink order and asked if we wanted chips and salsa which we said yes to. It took her atleast 5 more minutes before she came back with 3 waters. The chips arrived later and we were ready to place our orders. She comped our chips because she took so long to get to us. We order the jalapeño appetizer which was so salty that it had to be returned. We got cheese sticks instead that was served to us warm....our entrees were terrible. Two 6 ounce steaks that were bathed in salt. The waitress was no were to be found and when I tried to get a manager I couldn't find one neither could the staff. There are these little machines on the table and if you play with them they charge $.99. Be aware because no one told us this. I had to dispute my bill on a lot of items. Will I return? Hecky naw!
