    Typical Applebee's. food is ok. Staff is ok. Staff pretty familiar work "regulars" at the bar. Nothing special. I go there once a year because I like there food.

    Omg, do restaurants even care anymore if they have return business or not? Do they care about appearance or friendly service? That's how we felt when we left this filthy location last night. I won't lie, I wanted to walk right out the door before my 2nd foot ever touched down! Food all over the floor and tons of unoccupied tables all dirty. But a hostess reluctantly walked up to us "how many". We responded ". 2 for a booth please". She looked around with a dumbfounded look on her face, deep sigh and replied " I guess I'll clean one for you". She slumped into the dirty booth and spent a minute just looking at the dirty dishes on it like she couldn't imagine what to do next. Finally a server came by and removed the dishes so all she had to do was wipe it with what I couldn't help but assume was a dirty rag. She came back and led us to sit down at our wet, sticky booth. Well, there's not much more to this story. I got some bar naps and dried the table and there we sat for over 10 minutes without a word from another person....why we stayed that long I can't figure out. The only good thing that came from this experience is that the Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot was delicious. We were promptly welcomed, seated with bread and had drinks and and appetizer in the amount of time we sat waiting for a server at applebees. We were regulars at the bee in Louisville, but we've moved. I will never return to this location in Clarksville...maybe never return to an applebees gain....what a mess!

    We usually frequent this location several times a year. Applebee's typically has just plain ole good food. The majority of visits everything has been pleasant and they've corrected any issue immediately. So we are accaustion to a certain particular level of service. Today was not one of those days. We received menus with 2 for $20 but were charged $22. Reason we had an old menu mixed in with the rest. They did not offer to adjust bill. Asked about senior citizen discount, waiter was clueless. He came back with credit card and slip with -$4.00. This was nice but could not figure out how they came up with it. Figured it multiple ways and couldn't come up with the amount. It's getting late, waiter did not ever come back. Upon leaving, stopped by the bar manager and explained the menu mis-quote. She said there were old me yes mixed in the lot of new prices. She also knew of the issue. I had to prove a bit more to get her to offer to adjust bill. The $2 at this point wasn't worth the agitation. I mentioned they should cull their menus to avoid this happening to others.

    When we go here, we're mainly going for the location (near the mall) or for half priced appetizers. For instance, yesterday, I wanted to watch the game and the kids wanted to go to the mall to spend gift cards. We can go here and order some finger foods, they can walk to the mall while I drink beer and watch the game and then when they get back we can order a meal if we desire. It's comparable to other chain restaurants. Service has always been fine here and food is hot and accurate to what we ordered.

    Horrible just horrible, the food was just has bad has the service !! I had the bourbon street steak it was not seasond it was the greasiest steak I have ever seen in my life I wouldn't even bring the left overs home for my dog.... My family and I will never eat here again, giving everyone fair warning don't waste your time or money !!!!!!

    Terrible service! No kitchen should ever send out the adult meals before the kids! We sat there for 15 min after our food arrived before our daughters food came out only half cooked. No apologies. No managers to be seen. Asked to see if a manager was available and not even a manager working at the time. What a way to run a restaurant.

    The boneless wings are really good & inexpensive. It's Indiana though, so they still allow smoking in the bar seating. Other than that it's all good.

    They ran out of Pepsi and wings. They gave us chicken nuggets instead of wings. Gross. Mashed potatoes tasted like water. We have been extremely satisfied at other Applebee's, this one was a MAJOR let down.

    Enjoyed the Applebee's 2 for $20 deal. I really like their boneless wings and tend to get 1/2 bbq and 1/2 buffalo. Had a really nice server that offered to change one of our entrees if we did not like it. Fast service and nice staff; would recommend going if you are an Applebee's fan.
