We've been here 2x now on our way to bike races in Indianapolis. I try to be good on my diet and this is a great place for eating good. GREAT service!!!! Tim brought out our food and was probably one of the friendliest servers we've ever had! The whole experience was great and we will be back whenever we are driving through! Thanks again!

Super great casual food when you want just a slight step up from fast food. Extensive menu of soups, salads, sandwiches; a few pasta dishes, nachos with chili and cheese, and great entrees for kids. Atmosphere is light and casual and generally the staff is super nice. There's usually a slight line during peak times but it moves fast, and food is never too long a wait. Sweet tea isn't as out of this world as they make it out to be, but it's good... good enough for a displaced Southern girl like me. The food is slightly overpriced, but it's generous portions... so no complaints. Overall, a great place for a quick lunch during the workweek or more relaxed one with kiddos on the weekend.

This location has a tea bar. A TEA BAR! It's the best thing ever.

First time going to a McAlister's. I love this place! This is 10 times better than a Panera Bread. All of the food is just the right portion size and quality for the price, which is the main thing I hate about Panera. And the service is soooooo much better. We didn't have to wait in line at all during busy lunch hours! There's tons of options: soups, sandwiches of all kinds (toasted hot, grilled, cold), salads, and baked potatoes. And of course they are famous for the tea. Most people get the sweet tea, but I like mine unsweetened. It's really good! For lunch I got a Pick Two option: half turkey reuben and half white chicken chili. Both were very tasty and filling. The white chicken chili isn't white at all, they put in lots of tomatoes and I'm not sure if they used navy beans? It seemed like there were some kidney beans in there! It was really good but interesting. My only complaint is some of the servers were kind of weird. You're given a little card, one side is green and one is red. Just like a Brazilian steakhouse, you flip the card to the appropriate color when you need something (like a tea refill). But our server was old and slow, so some other server filled our tea. He came over and started joking that we abandoned him, but we hadn't really talked to him at all so it came off weird. All in all, a solid choice for lunch. I will be back!

Overall this was a great lunch. The order-taking process is well designed, with a front counter that has several stations ready to take your order. Food quality was above average, although the noise level was a bit high the day we visited.

I'm addicted to their teas! Really like that they have free refills & the lemon slices are large enough to actually add some extra flavor. The manager will even come by & not only ask if everything is OK, but also get you a refill.

Food was fresh and delicious! I ordered take out and was offered a glass of tea while I waited. I have a feeling I will be eating here again during my short visit in Carmel.

Tuesday's and Saturdays are my favorite days here because of their cheddar potato soup! Best. Soup. Ever. I love this place for a quick bite and the food is oh so delicious. I normally get the cheddar potato soup in a bread bowl and half order of the chipotle griller. The sweet tea is to die for as well. And their pickles...if you're a fan of pickles please try their pickles. They're so delicious. Definitely a great place for a cheap quick meal! It never disappoints.

Yeah, a new McAlister's Deli! This one has a complimentary table of condiments of crackers, olives, banana peppers, jalapenos, etc. Check it out! This time I got their limited blackened chicken spud ole as well as the chicken tortilla soup combo special. Good.

Too many favorites to mention them all! The pick two is awesome because you can double up on them:) Mango yea reminds me of summer and is refreshing with just the right amount of sweet! Today I'm going with the super tender French dip and a cup of an all time fave, chicken tortilla soup! #yummy #satisfying

We had gotten a take-out order for lunch at the office. I am gluten intolerant and very displeased to find there were croutons on my salad when I had asked for them to be left off. Now I am unable to eat half of the food I ordered. My coworker was the one to pick up the food and she told me the tea bar attendant was very rude to her when she asked for a drink carrier. He apparently just threw it across the counter to her. I enjoy McAlister's food but this specific location needs to get their rude employees under control (although I did not experience it first hand, this is not my first encounter at this specific occasion that I have had to deal with someone with an attitude) and either improve the ability to take orders or the kitchen needs to slow down while making the food to make sure it is correct. The food is great, but the customer service- not so much. Very unhappy, will be talking my business to a store with better trained employees!

Stopped in for a carryout lunch at McAlister's a few days ago. This was my first-ever visit to a McAlister's so I went with a pretty simple order -- a deli sandwich with potato salad. The food was great, especially that potato salad. The menu is also varied and much more than just chips and sandwiches. Service was good and as mentioned there are a lot of extras available at the condiment counter (pickles, etc.) -- a nice touch. The dining areas were very pleasant and several notches higher than any fast food joint. The only thing I didn't like was having to wait a few extra minutes while the people at the counter conversed with a customer who was apparently someone they knew. No big deal, but that kind of thing has always been a pet peeve of mine. I also thought that the friendliness was a little bit overdone -- I know that some places like to lay that kind of thing on for the sake of "atmosphere", but personally I can do without it. Just saying.... This place definitely hits the spot for lunch and I'll be back -- can't wait to try one of the club sandwiches.

Very good service and always well staffed during dinner hour, which is why we choose this location over several closer to our home. Kids favorites include the Bacon Spud and Chipotle Chicken sandwich. I recommend the Shrimp Caesar Wrap, which had a good balance of salad fixings, large fresh shrimp, and not too much dressing.

McAlister's has pretty good sandwiches and a good system of ordering. Can't really find anything wrong with it!

I am so pleased that this McAlister's Deli opened just 5 minutes from our home! I have always loved their delicious, fresh-brewed sweet tea, and in the past I found the foods I tried to just be so-so. However, I have tried two new items that I highly recommend - the taco salad and the chicken club. The taco salad is a large bowl of super-fresh ingredients, and the chicken club is made with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, and yummy honey mustard. My son brought me home some of their mashed potatoes with gravy, and they were delicious. Very good service and very good food!
