Jimmy John's does have a great thing going for them. They do make a great sub, no matter what you order, in 5 mins or less. I'll have to say that it cant exactly be rocket science to slap meat, cheese, and vegetables on a roll but, like a snap from center to QB, your sandwich is in your hands. Now if they could just figure out how to have the same speed in making a hot sandwich I would be completely sold. You'll know when that day comes because Jimmy John's will rule the world (of fast food, anyway). Dont forget to check out the walls in their stores, they always have some pretty funny signs that give me a laugh.

I know that Jimmy Johns slogan is subs so fast you'll freak, but this is a little ridiculous. It was noon and the place was packed. I ordered 2 subs to go. I had them in under 5 minutes. WTF! Not that I'm complaining or anything. :)

I have adored JJs long before I was an employee there and I can say one thing for us- the sandwiches are amazing, the bread is always fresh baked, and the meat and veggies are ALWAYS sliced fresh and aren't from a factory like Subway's. I just love everything about Jimmy John's.

Recently relocated back to Indy and Jimmy Johns was on top of my list as a place I had missed for a quick sandwich. They still do not disappoint. No BS, No Chipoltle flavored flavor of the month specials. Great sandwihes at good prices and fast. My go to sandwich The beach club Hold the tomato & mayo add bacon & mustard.

My office has ordered from this store in the past. We're "out of their delivery range" as we watch them deliver a few doors down to the elementary school. So we go in to pick up our food and it never seems to be ready in time. We have short lunches and limited time. By the time the food is brought back to us, the orders are wrong. They won't help us out and bring us what's forgotten or wrong so we either go back or go without. Attitudes are given to us when we call about them correcting the problem. We've pretty much given up on ordering from there. I'll give it a two only because they've gotten my order right when it's been delivered to my home address. However, "freaky fast delivery" is a lie.

Good sub but the restrooms were not up to par with other Jj's I've visited. There was urine on the floor and no paper towels to dry my hands with. They were not busy and there were four employees in the kitchen area just holding up the counters with their butts so really no excuse.
