Yes, I know there are plenty of mom-and-pop pizza shops in Brownsburg and yes, I know their pizza is much better than Domino's, but when it's a weeknight and I just want something quick and cheap and there's an email with a 50% off coupon tempting me from my inbox (Whaaat? A large 3-topping for $8?!)... Well, sometimes I'm weak. I like Domino's better than any of the other big pizza chains, and their recipe retooling a few years back certainly paid off. I don't expect it to be gourmet, I just expect it to be pizza. I'm never there long enough to interact much with the staff but they've always been quick and polite.

I do have to say, for an inexpensive, quick pizza... It's pretty good. I have ordered here a couple times and I have never had a bad experience. The food is always good and the staff is always pleasant. The only thing that slightly disturbs me is that every time I order at this restaurant, I watch the employees assemble my pizza before they bake it with no gloves on. The cleanliness of this store could be a bit better.

Nothing wrong with their pizzas. They overcook 'em like the chain has been doing for years. I have a problem with this particular location's management. They have never once honored a coupon that we receive in our neighborhood circulars because they are for other Domino's stores, but they don't send us any of their coupons, and they are the only store in our delivery area. So instead when you say you have a coupon for such and such deal, they start hmming and hawing about, "Well, I don't see that we have that available." They then proceed to offer you a deal that is twice as expensive. Eventually they would offer something similar that they were running and maybe we would accept. Their pizzas arrived hot and burnt as usual, and since I was a regular customer, they knew where in my development my house was so they no longer needed directions. I always paid by check. Now they flat out refuse to honor any deals, only offer menu price when I call and refuse to accept my checks. I have never ever written a bad check, or even floated one for that matter. I asked for an explanation and they said that their manager was tired of making special arrangements for folks. Well, I'm sorry Mr. Manager, but I've worked for a place that has a restaurant. Special orders and arrangements is how we make money. If we refuse the special arrangements, then we are refusing business. The customer will take his business elsewhere and then write a scathing review on Yelp, which will take away more business. Now ask yourself, was the refusal to bend worth going broke?

Management issues here. Beware. I have ordered Chicken Kickers from Dominos once a week for two years from a location in Connecticut, where I used to live. I've never paid for sauce! I recently moved to Brownsburg, IN and planned on continuing my tradition here at the local Dominos. I ordered Chicken Kickers three times in three weeks. They were undercooked the first time, but good the second time. I recieved them the third time without any sauce. I called the store and kindly mentioned that they forgot the sauce. I was told that I should have asked for the sauce and it cost extra. I mentioned that I recieved sauce for the past two weeks without asking, but whatever, I just needed some sauce. I was then told that I could come get it, but they were too busy to deliver some. That really ticked me off, so I grabbed 30 cents and headed for Dominos. I walked in and said, "I would like to purcahse some sauce." I heard that manager from the back yell, "just give it to him." I replied, "no, I will pay for your damn sauce." I then slammed the 30 cents down onto the counter, got my sauce and left. I did email the corporate office and recieved no response. I didn't order from them again until recently. It has been six months. Food was cooked ok and guess what..... I didn't ask for sauce and got it anyway! All was good until I started in on my breadsticks and pulled a hair about a foot long that was cooked into the breadsticks. I have just sent that picture of the hairy breadstick to there corporate office as well. Wish I could post it here. Stay away!

Love the the new menu and recipes. Right now they have a deal if you order on-line. Then they send you a $5 coupon via e-mail. We used the $5 and the coupon on the box. We got 2 med. pizzas, Parmesan Bread Bits, stuffed Cheesy bread, and a 2- liter for just over $20.

Terrible service and driver...drivers will claim they don't have a receipt and then jack up the price of the order and pocket the rest. How can a 6 slice cheese pizza and 1 order of breadsticks be $21?!!!! Will never, ever return!!!
