I am surprised there aren't more reviews on Mr. Gatti's on Yelp. It has been in Boonville a long time. Tonight we ordered a pizza to go. Prices were $10, $12, and $14. We got a $12 large thick crust pizza, which comes with three toppings. We chose mushrooms, sliced peperoncini, and ripe olives. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes when we pulled into the drive-through. We both thought the pizza tasted really good. There was a lot of cheese, and the toppings were very generous. Fresh sliced button mushrooms. The crust was stiff enough to hold a slice in your hand to eat, but it was still easy to bite through and chew. No tough crust here! Since we didn't go inside, I don't know if they use a brick oven. The tips of the mushrooms were just a little burned (in a good way), and we thought the pizza had a bit of a smokey flavor. It made the pizza even tastier. I put a few of the pieces on top of the box by the logo, and took a photo for you when we got home, since there weren't any photos up yet. We were glad that we tried Mr. Gatti's. We would not hesitate to get pizza here again.
