I usually check in here regularly (about once a week) for a quick bite to eat before my walk home from work. The food is your average Wendy's food. Nothing spectacular. However, the staff here are very welcoming and do their best to meet your specifications. I ordered a frosty and forgot to specify chocolate. They had no problem with this, and promptly made me another. Since they had no use for the vanilla, I got a free frosty! They also had no problem with giving me a large water (they're supposed to only give a small). I hate spending money on beverages like soda from restaurants, and I dislike having to ask for refills as well, so this is a large plus for me. I haven't been recently, but I'll check in every once in awhile (mostly for that frosty).

There's something wrong every single time I try to eat here. The dining room looked like a disaster area with trash and flies everywhere once. Tonight the chocolate milk I purchased with a kid's meal was not only opened, but half empty. It was eight pm and all of the outside lights were off. The drive-thru associate answered her cell phone while I was waiting for my food. My burger was good enough but the wrapper had greasy fingerprints all over it. It's unfortunate, because I do like Wendy's. It just seems like nobody cares enough about this one to hire, train of retain quality staff. I don't think raising the minimum wage to $15.00 an hour would help that. Just....bleh.

This is my first time in this restaurant. The fries are good and hot, but i am trying the new Tuscan chicken ciabatta sandwich. It's clear to me that it was precooked, kinda dry. And the only diet drink they have is diet coke.

I received mailer coupon for a free single burger with any purchase, so I thought I give the new burger a try. Well it was a waste of my time...all the hype from Wendy's is muck! The burger just has a buttery bun that doesn't improve the overall taste of the burger. SORRY Wendy's I predict you wont survive in this world of FIVE GUYS / STEAKnSHAKE and CULVERS....(These 3 are great fast food burgers) Wendy's: listen up: when you had a great thing with the salad/soup bar years ago..you took it away....then you constantly change things for the worse. So how in the world do you expect to survive doing business like that? Wendy's founded the $1 menu then tried to take it away...then cam back with smaller servings for a $1....McDonalds even beat you out because they have kept a great dollar menu! Please get it together!
