Atmosphere and location was great. Appetizers were exceptional. I had the potatoe crusted grouper which was prepared perfectly. My husband had the BBQ ribs. The portion was huge but the ribs were very fatty. Service was spot on until we paid. Our waiter assumed that we were going to leave all of our change as a tip and didn't return it to us. We were going to but this shouldn't be assumed! Other than that - it was a wonderful evening.

Stopped last night for dinner. Good food, good service. Five people in our party, five different entrees. Food arrived in a timely manner prepared with all the special requests fulfilled. Very relaxed atmosphere. $26 for two without alcoholic beverages. You might want to consider making reservations during golf season.

Hmm, the first person to review this place. I wonder why. It is pretty easy to find. The service was excellent. The view of the golf course was pretty. Finally the food was good and not too expensive. If you tell them you saw their ad at the Inn at Pokagon State Park, they take five dollars off your bill. If that is not "as good as it gets" I don't know what is. We ordered the Grouper, fried Lake Perch, and the super duper burger . No complaints from any of us. A full service bar with a potent Cosmos for the wife and she was quiet the rest of the way back to the Inn. Excellent! For those of you that like iced tea, they brew theirs right on the premises--none of the fountain mix stuff. My son who drinks diet cola like there is no tomorrow, quickly got his own pitcher. They have live entertainment on Friday's. Our server was Amy. Ask for her when you go there. We will when we return.

Nice place to stop on a road trip through the area, not far from the highway, friendly people, nice environment, and also great food. The lady friend recommends the Mulligan Salad and I did enjoy my steak salad. Would have loved to have tried the crab mushrooms, maybe next time! :-)

Stopped in for lunch recently and enjoyed the experience. The burgers were delicious, a good size, and a decent price. We ate in the bar area and enjoyed the view of the golf course. Our server, who was also tending bar, was excellent. She kept our glasses full, made small talk, and also kept an eye on us if we needed anything during our meal. Overall, a great experience and I have it on my list to visit again!

Wonderful place to have a good meal at a decent price! We had the prime rib sandwich and the black and blu burger - both excellent! Service was very good (thanks Todd!) and atmosphere was family friendly.

Once a year, I go to Angola on business. My friends and I have been eating here for over 10 years. The food is always great and the service is wonderful. Over the years we have tried most of the menu. We have not found a bad item, yet. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and keeps things lively. The beer selection is very good. We have been at Mulligan's a few times St. Patrick's Day. A great time indeed! The locals love this place.

My family and stumbled upon this place during our stay at Pokagan State Park. There is a great deck overlooking the golf course where you can sit if the weather is nice. The inside seating is not quite as scenic, but comfortable and clean. The food is pretty good with a lot of American and Italian options. And, the service is friendly and helpful.

This may be a good restaurant, just not the day we visited. Our experience was pretty bad. First, the waitress wasn't meant to be a waitress as she forgot just about everything through the meal. We think she forgot to place our order as it took forever to get served. Once we got the food it was even more disappointing. I think we'd have been forgiving of the 45 minute wait if the meals were good. They weren't. Anyway, like I said, maybe we just had a onetime bad experience. We just won't go back.

Stopped here with family while staying at Pokagon State Park. Have been staying at Pokagon for years, but have never come here, don't know why. So glad we did this time. Great service. Good prices. All four of us liked our food and our server Kim was great. Will definitely be coming back.
