I really like Gemato's. I ordered the brisket and hot links combo. It was a good size portion, tender brisket, not overly spiced hot links and great sauce. Cheaper than Dave's Famous but just as good. This place is in the old Cal's Roast Beef location on 111th in Worth. They have a decent sized menu with BBQ, Gyros, and other selections.

Wow. This place was great. I had the fall-off- the-bone baby back ribs and delicious brisket. Their sauce is unique - tangy and sweet at the same time - and very good. The Greek potatoes were browned and seasoned perfectly. My wife had the Mediterranean Chicken salad. It was huge and very fresh. Large chunks of Feta. My daughter had the Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries. The sandwich was tasty and her fries were crisp, hot and melt in your mouth buttery. The staff was very nice and helped us out with the order, knowing that it was our first time there. We will definitely be back.

I had been informed about this excellent Naperville BBQ restaurant. To my pleasant surprise, I didn't have to drive out to their Naperville location since their Worth locale is close to where I reside. The baby back ribs were delicious. The pork falls off the bone rather easily. The ribs are served with a nice coat of bbq sauce. They don't have bbq sauce bottles at the tables, so the generous bbq sauce serving on the rib is a plus. The buffalo wings were not tender. The chili was average at best...not tasty...just kind of there. The side of cole slaw is a small sample style serving. Finally, the price of their food items are high. They don't offer combo meals...their sandwiches, fries and drink must be ordered separately. And your entitled to only one refill. It's not a restaurant which has servers. The orders are placed at the front counter and the food is picked up at the front counter when your number is called. The tables and chairs can be a little sticky from the bbq sauce since they don't seem to have anyone cleaning the tables nor chairs. I don't believe I'll return unless it's for a baby back full slab of ribs order carry out.

Best BBQ Beef Ribs in the area, it's a must try. Came here a month ago had the beef ribs and now its a 2 days a week visit for me they are so goood. There are a couple beef rib spots in the area but nothing compares to this place.

I live in the area and always passed this place and thought it was like all the other restaurants that opened up there and ended up shutting down, but I was definitely wrong. This is the first place my husband and I know of that sells beef ribs aside from Banderas, my husband always gets the full slab of ribs.. Which he LOVES. We order chicken nuggets and fries for my son, they taste great; he can be pretty picky with chicken but theirs are always a hit for him.. And as for me I always try something different, the chicken gyro wrap and the Mediterranean chicken gyro salad and the chicken sandwich are always a hit(with a side of fries too of course ) I really can't complain about the place it's very clean, has a cute Western theme set up/decor, and great employees/chef. Definitely recommend this place. Two thumbs up

This place wasn't the planned place where we should went for dinner but we had some unexpected problems while on the way so we just dine here. The fact that this place was the closest restaurant but this is also the only place that serves fine beef brisket in the area. The place was really good at night, Ambiance was 10 star. Amazingly good ambiance, we got sitted very fast even though we didn't got any reservations. This place has amazing service. Ordered the Pulled Pork Platter and it was really great. The tender Juicy Pork while having on it was magnificintly delicious. I guess this is the best pulled pork that I had since I was in New York. Thanks for the chef who made our meal. It was a great dining experience. Love to come back.

What a hidden gem. We had pulled pork, bbq chicken and ribs. Not a fan of the fries. Nice select of beer. Great food, clean friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Have been to this Gemato's location a couple of times and have tried a few things off of their menu. They are real deal BBQ and one indicator is that they smoke a ton of different items. They have fantastic smokey BBQ ribs, that are even on special Mon-Tues. An essential side with any order are the Greek Potatoes. They are seasoned perfectly and are a delicious upgrade to your average fry order. The BBQ beef brisket sandwich is another must try item. If you are looking for something on the Greek side of the menu, The chicken kebobs and the chicken gyro plate are also very tasty. The restaurant is great for dine in as they have a few beers on tap and also nice take out option on the south side.

Visited again, still great. Continues to answer the local need for BBQ. Yum :)

Place is very good! Wasn't sure considering some of the reviews but just your typical mouth breathers. Some thought it was strange you ordered then sat and Greek owned BBQ places, apparently they've never been to the Patio, Pit, Nicks, or Billy Boys. BTW all Greek owned and order then sit. Anyway we all loved the food, everything was good kids meals included. I thought the ribs were better than the patio or Nicks.

We ate at the Naperville location before we discovered the Worth location. We were not disappointed. Same amazing favor. I always go with the half slab of ribs. It is mouth-watering good. If you have never gone, you are missing out. They need to open one in the Northwest suburbs now! :)

Very generic, if the McRib is your standard you might like this place. Should have known when we walked in and saw the posters for Gyros this wasn't a true BBQ place. The cole slaw was good though.

The food is decent. However, .99 for a substitution of Greek potatoes for French fries? .99 for extra 2oz. Tzatziki sauce? And 4.50 for a Heinekin? This is pricier than downtown! There is equally good for at many other gyro joints. I say stick to the BBQ. Their other items are way overpriced!

I've decided to put up a 2 star review in the hope that it gets the manager's attention. The Gyro is great. Up until my last trip, the onion rings were great too. When food costs as much as the food costs here, and $11.50 for a Gyro and Rings is steep, you just can't make the mistake of serving someone a bunch of bits and small overcooked pieces in with their rings. There's no excuse for it. You really need to keep an eye on the help. It's not about me accommodating the fact that you only want to serve me the remnants of what you had left. It's about you making sure that each time you get repeat business, you knock yourself out to keep it. March 22, 2015....saw the owner's response quite a while ago. First visit back was more like I would expect. Certainly a high price, but worth it when the quality is very good. Keep it up!
