I'd like to start with that I used to work for Jimmy johns and no one understands the delivery area. They don't set the rules, corporate does..so complain all you want but they have small delivery zones to keep up with the freaky fast slogan. Period. Also, the station is self serve. Bag your own shit, take as many napkins you NEED. But they do deliver to my office and might I say..they made a damn good sandwich and considering the fact that I'm so picky with how my sandwich is made, they did great. You go willowbrook!

I ordered for delivery and what more can I say than they were prompt and got everything I had asked. Most delivery orders you feel you are waiting decades for but not at all with Jimmy John's. I ordered the number 2 big John with avocado spread, which I highly recommend, and it certainly hit the spot!

Came here once. I requested the whole grain bread. The girl started to make my sandwich before I completed my order. So when she handed it to me I noticed it was on white bread. She immediately told me I was wrong and that they always come with white bread (with attitude). The cashier had to come over and explain that I did order the other bread. What happened to the customer always being right? Extremely rude! I called one time to order. This location is in willowbrook and we live in willowbrook. When we explained our location they said they only deliver to 63rd street. We live off of that road like a few feet and said we would pay extra. They refused. Sandwiches are okay but with this location I've had poor customer service so I would suggest going to another one.

Subs are not so fast when you order delivery. I don't know if the delivery guy just got lost going around the corner or if it was so busy it needed to take that long. But 45 minutes for a sandwich and a pickle is ridiculous.

Just called all 3 Jimmy John's near my home for a delivery. First one took my order, and then called back to tell me I'm out of delivery range and they would refund my money. Next location, Darien, was a bit more helpful and told me to try Willowbrook. So I call Willowbrook and I'm out of their delivery range too??????? So I ask if he knows of any other locations and he says nope not off the top of my head and hangs up. There aren't any other locations nearby me. I live in Westmont. Ridiculous and unhelpful.

Love the Gargantuan! Not the healthiest options for sub sandwiches, but they are damn good and very fast! My 3 year-old loves this place too, and he is as picky as they come when it comes to food. Bread is made fresh daily and the vegetables and meats are fresh and of good quality.

Every time I come here I find myself the only customer here. This is very convenient for me because i get quickly served but sometimes i wonder how does this place survive? I like their sandwiches. Just like I would like a sandwich from other Jimmy John's place. My favorite is a Turkey Tom with cheese on it and jalapenio chips on the side. A very nice combo. One more thing that i like about Jimmy John's is their posters and sighns on the walls. Cool and inspiring.

This Jimmy John's is just like all the other Jimmy John's, with gleeful employees who assault you with smiles and, "HOWYADOIN BUD"s. I think they must train their employees with some sort of GLeeMONEX-type thing in the mornings. That, or they are robots. Well, there was a brief respite from the gleeassault today, as there was a wait 15 or so people for our sandwiches. No hiyas or HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!s. Just a long wait for my average sandwich. This place, otherwise being pretty new and empty, hasn't usually been this busy when I've stopped by, and I continue to like it wayyyyyyy better than Subway for a quick sandwich. SEE YOU LATER SMILE SMILE SMILE HAPPY FACE.

I would appreciate if I spend $25 on three sandwiches that you would at least bag my sandwiches for me. I thought it was very rude and disrespectful that you asked if I needed a bag! And then just put it on the counter and had me do it myself!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
