Good food that's pretty fast. Plus you can order online and they'll even deliver.

The only real saving grace of this restaurant is the Singapore Mei Fun. Over the years the quality really went down, so we started going to Mascoutah to Twin Dragons. They also charge if you want to sub something, or add a veggie, which would be okay if the price was reasonable.

Ordered a couple of dishes for delivery. It was great and fast!

Awful. I realize it's a take out place and I temper my expectations to fit that. However, this is bad even on the takeout scale. I've ordered delivery twice and both times they got my order wrong. The Hot and Sour soup was very bland except for a strong taste of celery. The other items were just bad. U cannot recommend this place.

There are a lot of chinese places recently. I think this one stands out for having the BEST lo mein in Southern Illinois. It has more flavor and vegetables than Panda Express while the texture is perfect. I also enjoy the soups, St. Paul sandwiches, moo goo Gai pan, and the crab Rangoon. Another plus for them is the late hours. Many nights they are open until 10pm.

Fast and yummy Everything on the menu is good I think what they call spicy is average- Ask for extra spicy if you like kick We think they have the best crab Rangoon anywhere

Above average Chinese food. Nothing special, pretty typical, but quality is pretty good generally. If you just want Chinese in O'Fallon, this place will do.

After only having China King (yes, with a "K") in the neighborhood, China Hing (with an "H") was a refreshing break. My usual dishes, Shrimp Fried Rice and Steamed Dumplings tasted cleaner, if that makes any sense. The shrimp was cleaner looking too, and I think they have more shrimp in their rice than their competition. Drawback: we ordered catering recently for a group of friends and family, and while the food was good and delicious for a fair price, the guy at the counter didn't seem to recognize us when we went back a couple of days later for a regular, to go, order. I know they see tons of people going in and out daily, but wouldn't we stand out? Especially when you have a bald guy and a girl with curly hair ordering the food? Ok, I guess we're not that memorable. :) We'll still eat here, but we were hoping for an extra "Hey there" or "Hi" when we went back. Minor complaint. We always order to go because we'd prefer to eat our dinner at home than there. The ambiance just doesn't invite patrons, but that's not what we pay for. The food is the focus, and as long as they are consistent in flavor and quality, we'll continue to eat there.

My girlfriend and I ordered separate orders of house fried rice to go. At the last minute she says "make sure mine has lots of goodies in it"....I joked quietly to her that since they are going to make it at the same time, in the same wok, that she was going to get "all the goodies" in her order and I'd get nothing but the rice....I dropped her and her order off at her work, and when I got to my hotel room, sure enough, opened up a large order of fried rice with NOTHING ELSE!...not even a single pea or carrot or tiny shrimp .....I called her and she told me she couldn't believe how much shrimp, chicken, pork, and veggies were in her order.......

Ordered a Qt. of chicken curry not a Qt. Of onions. Better to eat inside so that it's easier to complain. SMH!

Eat here all the time! Delivery is always fast and food is always hot on arrival. Special fried rice is great as is the seafood delight and moo goo gai pan. I also recommend all soups.

Yum! Got two special combo plates delivered from here. Crab ragoon is delicious and prices are fair. I got the beef and brocolli, fried rice, crab ragoon plate. I had enough for another meal later. Sauce for the beef was delicious. Took about an hour for them to deliver but it was also snowing pretty bad...we got about 10 inches that day. I definitely recommend.

Best Crab Ragoon I've ever had. Everything else was super greasy. The orange chicken was one of the better entrees that I have had here. Super fast service though.

Came here on our first night in O'Fallon (just moved from TX). Ordered to-go and food came out quickly but was clearly cooked to order. They have a large menu and I'll be excited to try some other things. Good value for the amount of food - my entree easily fed me a big dinner and a big lunch! You can see into the kitchen (something I like). The ambiance is meh - I would probably always stick to take-out. We ordered: Crab Rangoon -- pretty greasy even by crab rangoon standards. If you like the basic fried crispy with creamy good cream cheese then you're set. I think it was like $5 for 8 of them - good value. Sesame Chicken (came w/ fried rice & egg roll) - chicken was pretty good quality though I've had better. Sauce was just as expected w/ this dish. Fried rice had bits of pork in it which I enjoyed. Egg rolls were ok - also greasier than usual and pretty bland. I also got a side of sweet and sour sauce for rangoon dipping. It was yummy, I will probably get sweet and sour chicken on another visit. They deliver!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
