I've gone to Gibson's everytime I visit Chicago. This time was at the Rosemont location since we coudn't get a room in the city for less than $500. I'm a big fan when you can char the meat on the outside and yet keep it a medium rare on the inside. It tasted great but you can't have this too often since the consumption of cholesteral and carcinogens aren't healthy but every once in a while.... We shared nearly 34 oz of meat between three people (including one bone) and it was more than enough. Every item comes in huge portions so you need to be aware of your appetite and SHARE. Nothing like a steak in the mid west!
Good, but overpriced.
Farm raised fish? Really Gibsons? How can you charge those prices for farm raised fish. It was inedible, so fishy and stinky it was like getting salmon at Denny's. I know times are tough but come on! Don't order the fish!

Nice little hole in the wall. I always get the tacos. Simple and delicious. Their hot sauce is really taste.
the bomb ! this is the hidden jewel in this neighborhood. awesome flavors and friendly service. everything i had was perfect. no surprises just authentic seasoned fresh mexican food. i will definitely go out of my way to come back here when im close . highly recommended.
As a Mexican, I can tell you that these are pretty good tacos! As the only Mexican joint nearby...why go to the near by opened Taco Bell that is loaded with sodium and nowhere near as good (I am guessing everyone by now knows absolutely nothing in Taco Bell is real Mexican food).. If a place has awesome tasting salsas...they truly know their food..and Cilantro's salsa's rock!! Yes it can get pretty crowded but that is only testament to the fact that it is Taco heaven.. The only reason it didn't get five stars was because one time I did witness a cook do something that wouldn't be considered "kitchen etiquette" (using the same knife to cut meat and veggies) but I would like to think this was an isolated incident as the other times I have been back..I have not seen anything like this happen again.... Their rice water and hibiscus water are also pretty good without being super tart and overly sweet.

Great steak and convenient location (close to the airport).
We go to Morton's because of the 7 star service with 5 star food..The wife and i spent almost 400 bucks on dinner last night and could not have been happier with my steak, seafoods, sides, drinks and 3 deserts (2 to go :) Thru the years Patrick the GM has always been amazing..If i have one complaint it is that Landry's has redecorated to a more modern feel..I get it. I just loved the old school feel and the pig on the table. To the staff at this Morton's keep up the amazing job and see you next month for our birthdays.
Sautéed Brussels sprouts were still raw...just barely flash sautéed...they had a nice smoke flavor but way too bitter b/c they were so undercooked. A surprisingly nice portion of scallops accompanied the 6oz. filet mignon which was well prepared, but not the nicest cut of beef. The bottom mushrooms rocked and I really enjoyed the Cab Franc by the glass. Was very disappointed when the waiter dropped a dirty fork on my white shirt and he didn't even apologize or acknowledge the stain that resulted.

Great Indian Authentic Indian food!
I took home the Dinner Special. 1) There wasn't enough food for $21. There was more white rice (meaning 'filler') than anything else. 2)The rogan josh component.....wasn't rogan josh. It was just bone-in fatty pieces of lamb with virtually no sauce. Most Indian restaurants that are trying to be somewhat upscale will give boneless lamb pieces, in a tasty gravy. I threw this out. 3) The 2 pieces of tandoori chicken were a bit overcooked and dried out. 4) The naan was half dried out and stiff by the time I got home. This is not my usual experience with take-out naan. 5) The rest of the food--dal makhani, chicken tikka, seekh kabab---tasted fine.
you know someplace has to be pretty fantastic for me to go twice in three days. Well I can say that if I hadn't had so many leftovers from my first trek to Maharaja, I'd have been there three times in a row. This time I had the aloo and corn tikki appetizer, which was amazing. For me to be impressed with non-meat dishes is quite a feat. I also had the tandoori chicken pakoras - they've ruined me, I will never be able to eat 'boring American Fried Chicken" again. I tried to save half for the next day, but they pulled me into a fugue of joyful tastiness that I couldn't escape from. Finally, I had the gosht masala (called bhuna gosht on the menu) and I had flashbacks to being a kid and living on this stuff. It was absolutely brilliant. My only complaint is that my stomach isn't big enough to taste everything I want to taste, but I guess that'll just mean more leftovers for me. Lastly, their Gulab Jamun was perfect - warm, sweet, soft and tasty. Served up in a martini glass, it was the perfect finale for an amazing dinner. I hope that i can get through their entire menu before i have to travel home.

I wasn't happy that United Airlines sucked and caused us to miss our connection flight back to SFO, but had to look on the brightside. I always wanted to have Chicago style pizza in Chicago and here was my chance. My fiancé and I ordered pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and had it delivered to our hotel room. The pizza was MASSIVE! We should have ordered a small since we had a lot left over. If I could have taken the leftover pizza with me on the plane, I would have. After our trip, a friend of mine mentioned that they can ship pizza as well. I looked and confirmed this on their website. This could be dangerous and I will pretend to not know that they can "Ship A Pizza." I will keep that in mind though when we are craving a Chicago style pizza pie!
Waiter is extremely rude, discourteous and disrespectful. Waiter is extremely rude, discourteous and disrespectful. Waiter is extremely rude, discourteous and disrespectful. Waiter is extremely rude, discourteous and disrespectful. Waiter is extremely rude, discourteous and disrespectful.
Lets say I am in love with there deep dish. You only need one slice and you will be full. The salad is really good also. The pizza is worth the wait. I see why they have so many of these restaurants in Chicago. When I come back to visit I will stop by and get my pizza fix.

I consider it a Mediterranean Chipotle. Great lunch spot, they are expanding and have a couple locations. They are always busy but the line moves quickly. It has variety so everyone will be able to find something they will like. Only issue is when they are low on meat it is cold and a little tough so is worth waiting for the fresh stuff.
Super clean super friendly staff. I went into the restaurant for my first time . My friends usually bring it back for me so I wasn't sure what to order. He walked me through the selections and my meal was fantastic ! I had the chicken bowl. The pickles, not something I would think would work are an awesome addition! The sliced potato fries dipped in the garlic sauce. Awesome. Highly recommend this healthy faster food alternative !
Good, fast, tasty food. Those are all words that come to mind when I think of Naf Naf. I ordered the Chicken shawarma in pita with just garlic sauce on it with a side of Naf fries. I was pleasantly surprised the "fries" are actually pretty good homemade potato chips. The pita was warm and the chicken was extremely juicy and perfectly seasoned. This is a great place to stop and get a bite to eat either for lunch or dinner with pretty decent pricing.

I had a very enjoyable time at the CMYE. It was good to see familiar faces and a few new ones. I was only there for about an hour of it after my commute and then trying to find the free parking (quite a feat). The servers were on it. Our drink orders were taken immediately and they cleared empty plates in record time. They also continuously brought out light bites and I found a few things to nibble on. I enjoyed the Pub Sliders and Pan Fried Crab Cakes. I'm sad to see they don't seem to have any type of Corned Beef Sandwich, but I would like to come back and try the Guinness Beef & Lamb Chili that I noticed on the menu. I was not impressed by the Skillet Roast Mussels or the Fish & Chips. The Mussels were overly fishy and the Fish lacked flavor. However, they make a mean Bread & Butter Pudding and Deep Fried Twinkie! I chatted with other Yelpers and sipped a Hard Cider. We ended up staying a little past the Happy Hour and didn't feel rushed to vacate the tables. I look forward to coming back and trying them again now that I know a few things they do very well.
My birthday sucked! My friends and I had reservations for 9pm on Saturday. Everything seemed alright til the waiter came over and said, "I guess I am your waiter." He never introduced himself and I had to ask twice for my drink. Once he brought my drink. My table asked if there were any drink specials to which he replied,"No". Funny because we found them on the specials menu. He wanted to take our dinner order right away. I asked for 2 orders of an appetizer since there were 9 of us and his reply was, "I guess." When we finally got our appetizer and began to order he confessed he was new and had no idea what was on the menu. Normal places do not let folks that are that new to work alone. Our dinner was great, but then the boom was lowered on us. Our waiter informed us that our table was reserved at eleven and that we are not being kicked out, but we had to move. "Move where?" I asked. He just shrugged his shoulders. We were getting kicked out. Security and the bus guy hoovered over our table as soon as we put down a napkin they took it, nearly full glass of water gone, and stood right there and asked if they could take the full cocktail the waiter just brought over. Our tab was still open, how rude could you possibly be. I was completely embarrassed that I had asked to come here for my birthday. With over a $400 bill and growing they would rather send us to another bar, who took better care of us. Note to anyone coming here, think twice.
I love the smaller more intimate help events were I can really get to know my fellow yelpers. This event was no exception! We were each given a drink ticket for a glass of beer or wine. I ordered a Magner's Cider which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was expecting Five Roses to provide us with only a drink and good company. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the appetizers they brought out for us to sample. There were so many things to try and plenty of each! I was able to sample a potato skin and Irish Slider. Both were yummy! This was the first time in my life that I have had mussels and I was a bit nervous since I do not like oysters. But they were great. One of my favorite tastes of the night was the salad dressing they out on the spinach it was sweet, savory and perfect! I would go back for that alone! I'm super jelly that I had to leave early for class and missed out on all the enticing desserts.

Overnight first time at this Hyatt Hotel. Read from yelp this restaurant sound pretty reasonable. For convenience, I went downstair for lunch. A choice of salad bar, BBQ beef brisket. Shredded pork, salmon, Marconi cheese, soup & cakes for dessert for about $20 that's acceptable to me. There's a menu for other dishes as well.
Sashimi was pretty bad. Bartender was really nice. Told him sushi was pretty bad but he didn't know what to say. Maybe he should have done something but I think it's separate from bar.
Dedicated place for breakfast and brunch. Smoked salmon was really good and the portion was so impressive.

We just got back from a 2 night stay. I decided to take the wife and kid with me on a business trip. I had pretty low expectations of this hotel - my experience with hotels near major airports has been terrible. We were pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was really clean. The bed was a little soft, but it's not the hotels fault I have a bad back. Free shuttle to the airport.
i have never stayed at the hotel but I work in the same building where the hotel is located so I often times come there for lunch. I have tried at least six different things on the menu and all have been tasty. The waiters are very prompt and plesant. I definitely recommend for lunch if you are in the area.
Very nice! Nice beds, nice bathrooms, clean! Everything they do is right on target! The only thing is the parking fee sucks, but i understand they have to gate the parking lot otherwise people will park for free an take the shuttle to the airport, and have free parking. I think they should charge a little more for the room and include parking. IMHO
