A buddy and I were on a road trip last November and we passed through town early on a Monday morning. After breakfast we decided to look for a place to have a beer. :) We walked into this bar at 10:00am to find about half a dozen customers already seated. We ordered Bud Lights, and three people converged to hunt for them. The owner then mentioned the the distributor hadn't brought them any yet. The bartender apologized profusely as he had to give us regular Budweiser, but we were perfectly fine with that. :) The L-shaped bar is huge, unusually long for this type of bar. The owner later informed us it is 54 feet long. We got to talking with the owner, and we were surprised to learn that he had been in poor health until recently and as a result the bar had actually been closed for the past 5 months. In fact, we walked in just minutes after he opened the doors for their first day back open! Indeed, we soon heard another customer excitedly call a friend to say "You'll never believe where I am right now!" :) The owner took us around on a short tour of the bar, showing us all the things he was having to put back together and showing us the artwork and paintings his son had made as decor for the bar. We told him all about our travels, and I began openly taking pictures. In a flash (literally, except falsely so as you'll see in a moment), the bartender dashed over. "Are you okay?" he asked the owner. "I saw the flash go off and saw these guys taking pictures of you." The owner calmed him down and told him everything was okay. The funny part, though, I didn't even have the flash turned on. After the walk-through we went back to our seats and we noticed a siren light mounted on the bar in front of B. The owner noticed us notice it and flipped a switch, causing us both to leap from our seats due to the extremely loud buzzer sound it made. We always love finding bars where we actually get to meet and talk with the owner. It was a really nice stroke of luck that we happened to walking in here first thing on re-opening day.

BEST pizza I've ever had!! The pizza sauce is amazing, I always ask for extra. This pizza place is family owned and the service is always great as well. Of all the places I've lived, I'll always crave this pizza. Hands down the best!
Remarkably poor service from high school kids who couldn't care less. Throw some basil in ketchup and you too can have Joe's Pizza at home! Their toppings look like they were cut with a samurai sword. All around a disappointing experience. It's only the best pizza you've ever had if you've never been anywhere else.
Best pizza in the world! Best sauce you will ever taste! Delivery is a little slow at times but the wait is worth it. Fare prices, not to expensive. Location is kinda hard to find for someone who's from out of town but that can't be helped. I love me some joes pizza!

Their food and service was amazing! We stopped here on our way back from a trip where we drove using the 'side roads" rather than the interstates and are so glad we did! All their pasta is made fresh daily on site and the quality shows in the taste and tenderness! My daughter ate the butter and cheese spaghetti and the light flavor really brought out the freshness of the pasta. I had the Ravioli Trio (2 large raviolis each of meat, cheese and mushroom) baked with a meat sauce - DELISH! I am drooling right now thinking of it! My wife, who was set to drive the next leg and didn't want to face a carbo-crash had their turkey burger and she said it was perfectly cooked and had a lot of flavor. Go there and you won't go wrong! Also, don't be afraid of taking the back roads and bypass the expressways - see America, not just the ribbons of asphalt!
Place is decent place to eat if you have no other options in Italian food. Our waitress was a little slow keeping out glasses filled. Ordered eggplant parmigiana and it was okay. Sauce tasted somewhat watery and fettucini was more al dente than what I prefer. Wife ordered mediterranean pasta and feta cheese was supposed to be in the dish, but was not. Their soups, chicken noodle and ministrone are both homemaded (one of the good parts of the restaurant)! Nice quiet restaurant for the most part, just wish the food was actually more italian tasting than what it is.
Menu offers a lot of choices thus was hard to decide since this was our first visit. Been trying to watch my weight so got the seafood trio which was outstanding. Wife got the Bruschetta fettuccine and was also awesome. Salad bar, that came with the meal, was also good with a lot of choices. You know how tell yourself you are going to only have a small salad to save room for your meal, and next thing you know your salad plate is full. Service was good but generally slow.

Good breakfast specials. Wife ordered the philly cheesesteak skillet and I ordered the veggie omelette. Nice waitstaff and good small-town feel to the restaurant. Coffee specialities are also available.
Pretty good place to eat, I would recommend it to my friends. Food is always hot and fresh. I love there Philly steak and cheese. However it is a very small place and you feel like people are sitting right on top of you. The staff could pay more attention to each table as well. The young staff is careless but If you get one of the older servers you should have pleasant experience.
Not bad. Okay diner food for the price

Pretty run down....older building needs new carpet and new booths, but the food is very good and the portions are very large...breakfast all day is huge...the omelets, American fries and toast can be as low as $5.00 and the omelet and potatoes are huge....the wait staff is experienced and on the ball. We have been eating here for years.
Just passed this place and try to get something for lunch. The restaurant looks old and with a lot of older people in it for lunch. I ordered a chicken macaroni soup, it tasted a bit sour n that is it. No other taste at all. The soup looks bad n tasted bad. I also order a chicken salad, it taste ok, nothing specially. Chicken is a bit dry. I will not return to this place.
Have had great service and the food is good and price is reasonable. Lots of friends frequent the restaurant.
