It appears that many of the ratings are focused on food other than the pizza. The pizza is gross! There is no sauce and no bread where the actual pizza is (but plenty of crust). And it was even gross cold! Tastes like bad college pizza. The mozzarella sticks have spinach in the breeding (which I was interested to try), but even those weren't good. It was done quickly, though, and the service was fine, which is why they get 2 stars.

Let me start by saying I am a New Yorker. Not that that is out of the way, I love this place. Good pizza, good heroes, calzones, you name it. I even enjoy a black and white cookie once in awhile. This place makes me feel like I am back east. I cannot give it a bigger compliment. And it has good service which makes me feel like I am in the Midwest. Best of both worlds.

We love Little Pops!!! We are from NY so we know what the pizza should be like and they never disappoint! Great Caprese Sandwich and Garlic Parmesan Fries. The girls that work up front are always smiling and friendly. Fast delivery and looking forward to stopping in to eat in the new addition to the restaurant.

My family LOVES Little Pops. We visit almost weekly. We are always telling our friends how your pizza tastes just like home to all us relocated New Jersey/New Yorkers. The menu is like home. I just wanted to thank you so very much for taking care of my family. You guys know how much we love your restaurant. The pizza is straight from NY. From the garlic knots, to the black and white cookies, to the zepole served the right way in a paper sack, the food is legit New York style Italian. It is THE BEST. Well, I want to let your customers know that my husband was hospitalized this week for a few days. When he finally got the all clear, all he wanted was one of your delicious chicken parm sandwiches. Michael, the owner, not only delivered his sandwich personally to Edward, he brought it free of charge and said "Tell him to get well so he can come in again for the hard roll sandwiches on Saturday!" - which he knows is my hubby's favorite! You not only made my husband happy, you normalized our very nerve-wracking week. Thank you so very much from the Mooney family!

I thought I had previously reviewed little pops, but I guess not. Let me start by saying that I believe customer service is just as important as the product. Little pops has both great service and awesome pizza. The owner this afternoon offered me free garlic knots while I waited for my pizza. It is so rare to find genuinely nice owners who care about their business and customers. The pizza is NY style and although I was born and raised in Chicago I can love NY style pizza and this is the BEST. We've tried the veggie, pepperoni and cheese and it never disappoints. The garlic knots are to die for. If you haven't had a chance and are in the area, Little Pops is a must try. Thanks Mike for your hospitality. You guys will always be our go to for pizza!!

As a native New Yorker, I can 100% confirm that this is outstanding New York style pizza! Also enjoyed the garlic knots. Best thing, though, was Mike, the owner, who comes around and checks on each table. He is so friendly, funny, and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back! It is well worth the drive (east side of Naperville).

I love Little Pops. They've always been super nice too. They go out of their way and deliver it to me in Bolingbrook. I like the sauce which might be the most important pizza ingredient on pizza. I get pepperoni with garlic.

Checked in to introduce the parents to New York pizza without having to fly to New York! We ordered 2- 2slice and a pop lunch specials, a small italian wedding soup, and 3 garlic. Vicki gave us an extra garlic knot since she saw there was 4 of us. There really was no need, but that was extremely generous of her. Mike came out to check on us and actually remembered me...talk about making you feel like family! Here's your 5th star, Little Pop's Pizzeria! Good luck to you on the expansion! We can't wait to come back and visit!

I finally found NY style pizza in Naperville! The crust is nice, thin, and crispy. The slices are the type of slices you can just fold in half and eat like a sandwich. Slice is $3.50 which is great if you are having a craving for pizza but don't want to order an entire pizza. I will definitely be back for more! since the "jumbo slice" is pretty thin you might need to get 2 if you are really hungry. I felt myself still wanting another slice after I finished mine.

  • Kara C.

This place is authentic, just like the slices I enjoyed when in lived in NYC. It will be even better when they finally open their expansion seating next door!

As a native New York boy, it is simply not possible to find real pizza in the Chicago suburbs. At least that's what I thought. This is a small place, thank goodness they're expanding since there just isn't much seating. Currently, there are no fountain drinks. The refrigerator that had the soda cans and bottles was at sixty degrees. That's simply not cold enough. we asked for some cups with ice and they said that didn't have ice. So they need ice, the chance to get a glass of water instead of a bottle. But then we found out they had just got the refrigerator that day so they were still figuring it out. So that's certainly forgivable. Ok, onto the food. Garlic knots. The reviews for these have been amazing. I can't go that far. Good garlic knots have a crunch on then and these were just chewy. Good dough, plenty of garlic, but that crunch was sorely lacking. The marinara sauce was nice and zesty though. We got a large pizza, sausage and mushrooms on one half and meatballs and roasted peppers on the other. The sausage was round and sliced which is how I remember it coming on the East Coast. Just an amazing pizza, the ingredients were well proportioned, and just a magnificent flavor. We also had the Arthur avenue sandwich special. Roast beef, fresh mozzarella, fried eggplant and roasted peppers on toasted bread. It was a great combo. I also got a free order of Zeppole and little did I expect to get a grocery sized paper bag with about thirty little donuts with a ton and I do mean a ton of powdered sugar. Treated like bits of deep fried heaven. The service was really friendly as we were checked on and I think we got a few extra Zeppole. There were a few kinks which hopefully will be solved with expansion. But the quality of the pizza alone makes this a place with returning to. Wow.

Oh my goodness. This place is amazing. I've spent the last week in Chicago and this is by far the best. New York style. The owners were friendly, the employees were sweet, friendly. You need to come here if you are ever in Chicago. This California girl is sold.

Everything is amazing here!!! Try the grandma's pizza, and the Caesar salad. Also, the garlic knots are a must!! This is a great example of New York Style Pizza.

If your from New York than you'll appreciate this pizza. It's some of the best we have had in Illinois. This is true New York pizza! Good job little pops!!

I was ordering some pizzas for work for a party we were having, and to be honest, I hate Chicago style thing crust pizza. It's all we ever get, and it just tastes horrible. Sorry to all of your native Chicagoans. I grew up in New Jersey and the pizza I grew up on is the pizza I prefer - greasy and delicious, cut in triangles, and not crackery. So I decided to search Yelp to see if anything near work had some variety and I ran across Little Pops. Boy am I glad I ordered from here. First, the people were very nice. I called the night before to ask if I could order 8 pizzas when they first opened at 11:00 AM. They said they'd be happy to. The next day, although the driver got a little confused about where we were, we got our delicious pizzas for lunch. The staff raved about the pizza - and I had no idea how many former New Jersey and New Yorkers we have in the area. They all talked about how the pizza reminded them of the east coast. I agree! While it;s not 100% the real thing, it's a really good copy and definitely the best I've had in the area. The slices are also humongous. I ordered way too many pizzas because each person ate one slice and was very full. So the price of the pizzas are totally worth it since they're so big and filling. The pizza also tasted good leftover, and I love me some cold pizza. So Little Pops, I salute your dedication to bringing real pizza to the Chicagoland area. Please stay open forever, and I promise we will order again the next time we have a work function that requires unsucky pizza.

Baked Ravioli with mozzarella was just right, but it took second place when the Homemade Tiramisu showed up.

STOP EVERYTHING. I FOUND MY BELOVED NY STYLE PIZZA HERE IN NAPERVILLE. Actually, let's be fair. Chris L. found it and kindly sent me a message, noting in my other pizza reviews that I hadn't yet been sated here in our little suburb. BUT NO LONGER, FRIENDS. The same damn DAY I received Chris' message, I got home and told my husband we HAD to try it. He agreed, and we quickly ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni, half sausage. We live way too far for delivery, so we drove on over to pick it up (side note: is naperville not the MOST confusing sometimes? Like on what planet do I drive from Naperville, through Lisle, to get to a place in Naperville? Who even knew this location was technically Naperville? Does Naperville actually ever end, or can you end up in like, Naperville Alaska? Because seriously. So much Naperville). When we drove up, I was pensive. It's a reeeeeal hole in the wall looking place and is not exactly pretty. BUT, I was here for my NY style pizza. The place can look however it wants. When the hubs got the pizza into the car, it smelled heavenly. I was getting pumped. We made the long trek (haha ok 16 min trek but WHATEVER) back home and, I opened the box in awe. YES. THIS WAS IT. Thin floppy crust! Huge triangular slices! YES!!! I took a bite - and it's delicious, too! It's foldable, it's cheese, it's amply topped with your choice of ingredient - it is RIGHT. I don't need to order pizza from anywhere else. I've finally found it. My fat kid sojourn has come to a close. I damn near ate half a pizza. P.S.: just in case huge cheesy slices of greasy delicious pizza aren't enough gluttony, take my word and order the fried dough with cannoli filling and chocolate drizzle. It's like a freakin diabetes chimichanga and $%*T it is so GOOD. It's soft, it's crispy, it's literally oozing delicious, sweet cannoli filling. Omg. So good. So very good. Thank you, Naperville. Thank you for being boring enough for me to maintain my quest for perfect pizza but interesting enough for me to find it. Thanks for having Chris L.'s who alert you to delightful NYC pizza. Thanks for being weird and windy and seemingly having Lisle in the middle of you and THANK YOU for Little Pop's Pizza because it is a delicious thing.

Ok. New York style pizza is awesome. I really haven't had decent NY style in the Chicago suburbs. And I tried. I'm ashamed to say I've been resorting to Dominos Brooklyn style which is ok but not yummy. Enter Little Pops. I'm gonna keep this short. I've only ordered delivery from these guys. And they have straight-up great New York-style pizza. They deliver fast. Pretty reasonably price. I've tried the sicilian, white pizza, garlic knots. Yeah, they're all good. The plain-jane cheese large pizza...it's a home-run. Sauce is great, slices are the same size, crust is yum-o. Is it the best NY style pizza ever? Probably not. For Chicago it's damn fantastic and I hope they keep churning them out. This may actually become a problem with me having them deliver ever week. Too bad.

So delicious! Owners Mike and Vicki are gracious and warm, always putting the customer first. The food is homemade, hot and scrumptious; the way it should be. Bona appetito!

Sorry but I'm going to have to dispel some of the hype about this place. The service was definitely 5 stars. The young lady behind the counter couldn't have been nicer. The food is another story. The garlic knots that everyone is raving about were hot and garlicky. The interior was soft and undercooked, close to raw. We got a minestrone and a pasta fagioli. The minestrone was overpowered by some herb that we couldn't identify, maybe oregano or thyme. The pasta fagioli was average at best. Next we had two slices, one cheese and one sausage. I was amazed that the sausage slice had almost no flavor. The cheese slice had a little flavor but there was no pizza sauce on it except at the very outer edge. Maybe the lack of sauce is why the sausage slice had no flavor. The crust was thin and crunchy on both. We still prefer Traverso's thin crust pizza to this one. Note: Little Pop's is expanding. The store front next to them has signs in the windows that say Little Pop's Coming Soon. Also, Little Pop's currently has no adult beverages. Maybe that will change when they expand. I don't know how you can run an eat-in pizza place with no beer and wine.

Oh, lord, being from NJ, hubby from Philly, we could not even believe that we've lived here since 1996, and FINALLY have what we consider delicious East coast pizza!!!!! We've had the pizza and antipasti salad, both amazing. The young people manning the front counter are just so nice, as well. Can't wait to try the calzones, strombolis, ect. Thank you, Little Pops!!!

Excellent Nyc style pizza. Apparently they have one in NyC as well and the recipes are all exported to the Naperville location. We ordered the White Pizza which is hands down the best white pizza we've had - better than Pal Joeys which makes theirs too greasy or Lou Malnati's (you can sub olive oil and garlic for tomato sauce on any non deep dish) which lacks any flavor. Little Pop's puts on the right amount of oil and garlic to give you flavor balance with the ricotta and mozzarella on top. We ordered ours for delivery and the crust underneath was nice and chewy and not a bit of grease! Perfect! We also ordered the zeppoles which were great- totally reminds me of a cart vendor in little Italy in Nyc I always get zeppoles from! Also got mozzarella sticks which are thinner than Lou Malnati's but are much better - they're crisper and more balanced. They were half and hour late on delivery but called in advance and let us know they weren't happy with our pizza and were making a new one for us. Sent us some awesome brownies and fried mac and cheese for free and we couldn't have appreciated it more! Believe me the wait was worth it. They're. A family business and it shows in the product. No you can't get three pizzas for $15 here but the one you get is much better quality and I'll pay for quality over quantity anytime. Sorry Neo (downtown Naperville) this is my new go to pie place.

Best pizza in Naperville!. Very friendly owned by a family, they have super yummy garlic knots, highly recommend.

This place is great! New York style pizza and garlic fries are among my favorites but everything so far has been really good. The people that work in this place are very nice and you feel like family whenever you stop by. Truly a hidden gem.

Little Pops has potential, but Little Pops is full of themselves. Its easy to claim actual NY style pizza, however it's also easy to find similar tasting "upper end" chain establishments that actually use real cheese as well. Cheese is Key! Cheese is Taste! They boast "The Best NY Style Pizza in Chicago". Swing and a miss, this is Naperville pizza! And how appropriate at that! Only in Naperville... Here's the rub: I like a pizza slice for lunch, however I should not have to wait for dinner time to receive it. This place is slow to the point of insanity, like watching paint dry! The taste is A-OK and the crust is intriguing and actually the highlight of my visit. Hey, they need to fine tune a bit, or maybe a bit more before they lock the doors...forever!

  • Katy J.

We absolutely LOVE Little Pops. The pizza is the very best around and the garlic knots are amazing. The service is also always excellent. We were told by the owner that they will be serving beer and wine once their dining room opens and we simply cannot wait for that. This place is a true gem!

This pizza was amazing! Walked and chose slices, they heated them up. Ate inside. The slices are huge! Big slice for a good price. The sausage is delicious! Garlic knots were so good. Had to go up for 6 more. Don't leave without eating a brownie or the fried dough! They won't disappoint! I will be back for sure!

I was in the mood for a small meal and something sweet. Yelp says check in at Liilte Pops for a free desert. Good deal...so I thought. What it doesn't say is you don't get to pick the desert, and you either have to get an entree or large pizza to get it. Bummer. I feel duped. I ended up getting a slice of pizza and some garlic knots. I also ordered cheesecake, but they didn't have any. All and all the pizza and knots were ok. I'm leaving a 2-star rating for the unethical way in which I was lured to the restaurant. I thought I was going ot get a free desert because it says you get a free desert when you check in. It's not until after you check in that they tell you about the fine print, and for that I will not be returning.

The best pizza I've had since New York City. High quality ingredients, the cheese is amazing!!! From the pizza to the garlic knots to the garlic fries to the amazing cheesecake absolutely amazing!! The owner was very friendly and inviting. This is my new spot! Highly recommended!!

This is the real deal. Legitimate NYC pizza. They nailed the crust and the flavors are perfect. I am so excited this place exists. This is the only place I will be getting pizza from going forward.

We heard about this place from a neighbor and thought we'd give it a try. We are pretty picky about our pizza and this little hidden Jem hit the spot! There are only a few tables inside and 2 outside so don't expect a big restaurant! You can order either by the slice (huge!) or an individual pizza or pasta. We had: bacon chicken ranch-5 stars, spicy sausage-4stars...could have been spicier, cheese-4 stars cuz it just needed the extras but our daughter likes it plain, and the star of the show....THE WHITE pizza-5555 stars! It was amazing! We also tried the knots and they were ok, but a little heavy on butter....but really, I mean it's bread and butter so what should you expect? Oh, and the homemade Tiramisu....awesome and flavorful, and well worth saving room for! We looked over the menu and there are lots of things we'd like to try in the future. Also, for parents of picky eaters...they have a good basic kids menu that fits everyone's needs. The staff were friendly and attentive! We waited just a short time for the food and it was perfect temp to eat! Hopefully they will consider delivering to us since we are a little further away because this may very well become our pizza night hot spot! Overall better than any chain pizza and better than many of our local pizza places! Welcome to Naperville Little Pops!

I'm a Chicago girl, so not normally into NY style, but this was fantastic! The mozzarella sticks were amazing.

My son & I tried out Little Pops for lunch today. We started with an order of the Mozzarella Sticks and each had a slice of pizza. Food (5 stars): The mozzarella sticks are homemade. They are quite large, we couldn't finish the five in an order. I really liked the breading, but one of the sticks was not fully cooked. As it was just one, I chalk it up to a colder spot in the oven. My son had a pepperoni slice & I had the meat lovers. Both of us really enjoyed the pizza. It is a NYC style slice. Nothing negative to be said about them! Service (5 stars): The lady behind the counter was lovely. She was friendly and obviously committed to making our experience great. Atmosphere (3 stars): The location is tiny. There are four tables inside and a bar rail (although the bar rail stools were all turned and unusable). Additionally, they have two sidewalk tables, which is where we sat. As the strip shopping center is in a housing area, it was pleasantly mellow. My biggest problem: way to much Jesus music. It was lite pop rock Christian music blaring out of the speakers. It was annoying enough that my son was eager to get out of there despite the good conversation we were having. Two stars definitely come off for the terrible music. If they replaced it with just about anything, it would be better than that. Overall, good food, good service, horrible Jesus music.

I've been looking for a place to get a slice for lunch and my search is over. I haven't had anything else here but the slices to go and they are amazing. NY style slices with a coke for $4.75. There are very few places in all of Chicago that have a great slice and this one is in the top 5 for sure. Great crust, great toppings and perfect cheese.

    (5)
  • Lou S.

Overpriced, cold, dry cardboard crust. Very rude staff.

  • Megan M.

I grew up in the northeast, and if this place were on the corner when I lived in NJ or NY, I'd be satisfied. Here it's like a little treasure. The chicken parm is great. The pizza is unassailable. Their version of Italian beef with garlic bread is inspired. If you're an expat north-easterner drive miles for this place. If you're local, I have to imagine, it's still darn good.

  • Law Man L.

It is hard expanding my horizons, because when it ain't broke, I don't fix it. It is hard to order anything but the precious NY pizza, but I do... sometimes. The calzone is great. (Eggplant and mushrooms is my favorite.) All the desserts are terrific. Love the zeppoles and cannoli (even fried), but Black & Whites make me feel like a little kind again! And today I tried the Veggie Roll for lunch. It rocked! Delicious, and filled with yummy healthy veggies. Multo bene!!!

We stayed in the city over a weekend and had a great NY style pizza, so when we got home, I wanted to try and find something like that here in Naperville. After reading reviews on Yelp, we decided to try out Little Pops. It's a little ways away from us, so my husband picked it up. By the time he got it home, it wasn't quite hot, but it didn't matter. I have to say, it was really good!! The only thing that I would change if I could was a little more seasoning. They have a great italian blend seasoning on top, but there just wasn't enough of it. There was a great amount of cheese, the slices were large and foldable. I would definitely order from here again.

Awesome authentic New York style pizza. The garlic knots are great too. Service is also excellent!

Just wow. Not only is the pizza amazing, but the cannoli is amazing!! I love that I can order a whole pizza or just grab a quick slice.

I do a lot of traveling for work and thusly get to frequent many different places to eat. Luckily Little Pops is in my home town so I can visit whenever I like! I've been several times and each time has been very good! I'm somewhat of a picky eater, but their menu provides many options I enjoy. So far I've tried the sausage pizza, white pizza, and chicken bacon ranch, all were exceptional. As one other reviewer mentioned their sausage is different than any other place I've been. However I enjoy the change of pace, it makes for a less bulky pizza slice, easier to fold over in true NYC fashion. My wife has also had their margarita pizza and says it's the best she's had, very fresh. She also said the salads were tasty as well, I'm not much for the veggies. For a new business is a densely populated area I'd say the service is top notch. A family owned upstart is bound to a have a smaller staff than a chain store or more established restaurant. I'll be returning to Little Pops as often as possible to try new and different things on their menu!

Had a delay with the pie- & they addressed right away. They are on their game.Pizza is as close to east coast as you'll find out here!

  • G B.

I grew up in jersey and this place is the real deal. Eat the zeppole fresh like down the shore at the boardwalk and the cannoli are perfect. The soups are like my grandma made and the large pie is the only way to go. To expensive? Do you know the taxes here? Forgetaboutit. To greasy? This ain't granola it's pizza. Really good pizza in a region of few NY style options executed as well as this nice family does it.

  • David P.

Word of mouth was right. This is truly excellent pizza that reminds me of the slices I used to get at dime stores when I was young. Pasta fagioli was also excellent. We're outside the delivery zone to the west in Naperville but it's worth picking up. First pie tonight and it won't be the last. Nice job!

  • R P.

Finally a place where you don't have to ask for a pie-cut pizza. Not a square in sight (except the homemade brownies). Pizza was fantastic, garlic knots were great, side of housemade sausage great. There's no fennel in the sausage but the fine grind is perfect and there's no 'junk' in it. Short of the fennel, I haven't had sausage like that since leaving home (New York, as it so happens). Service is phenomenal! Mike -the owner- made us feel like we just came over for weekly family dinner. We will definitely be going back! Tomorrow might seem too soon, but I'm pretty sure nobody is going to argue with me if we happen to end up at Little Pops right around lunch time.

I feel like I am betraying my birth city by loving New York style pizza but holy mother, this place is wonderful. Do yourself a favor and get some garlic knots while you're at it.

Thank goodness for Little Pops. I can fold a slice once again, the sauce is good, and the owners are friendly as can be. They are trying to do everything right - sliced sausage instead of crumble... baked ziti instead of mostaccioil, tasty stromboli... good stuff. As a NY transplant pizza snob, it's been a long wait in Naperworld for a real NY slice. Welcome to the neighborhood Little Pops.

  • Bill R.

Little Pops is the best kept secret in Naperville. This place should and will blow up. Everything on their menu is great, the service phenominal. Ordered it - on superbowl sunday - and they were late. Not only did they apologize numerous times for taking longer than usual, they compd some cookies and could not have been more kind and apologetic. The food is superb and the staff is even better.

  • Jay M.

This Is The Real Thing!!! My wife and I both grew up in NY/NJ and are really critical of pizza when a place claims to have 'NY style pizza'. I am an admitted pizza snob. Little Pops is like a slice of home. If pizza dough is made fresh and tossed there is a signature; the crust is thin but has some air to it, you get these bumps as it cooks, it has a chewiness around the edge like good Italian bread. Bingo! The pizza is amazing, the calzones are killer, the chicken parm I had this weekend almost made me cry it was so good. Check the toppings list, yes you can put eggplant parm slices on top of your pizza, the sausage is just like in this place I grew up next to, it's sliced Italian sausage pieces instead of crumbled...so legit my momma would approve.

Finally REAL New York pizza right here in Naperville. The food is amazing and they really know how to deliver on customer service. Great family owned business that is tops on our list! Definitely worth the drive!

I have searched and scrounged for a taste of east coast ever since I've moved here. Now don't get me wrong, it's not quite like true east coast style pizza, but it's easilly better than any pizza place around here, and it's pretty damn close to what I used to eat back in jersey.

We ordered the penne al la vodka for our Christmas Eve dinner. Luckily I ordered the full tray, so we had leftovers for Christmas Day, because everyone loved it! We are Italian, so we are pretty picky when it comes to Italian food. The week before we ordered pizza, spaghetti & meatballs, chicken parmesan, the garlic knots, everything was so good. You can tell this is all homemade. We really wish you offered the penne al la vodka in single dinner portions. Great food, we will be back!!

We got a slice of pizza and they called it "fresh". It was actually pizza that had been sitting out for I don't know how long and then they put it in the oven to warm it up. It tasted old, the sauce was bland and the customer service was awful. When the cashier was ringing was up after we ordered the slice we told her we were going to get a bottle of coke too. She didn't respond, and then after she put the pizza in the oven and came back to the counter she saw us drinking the coke she got this mean look on her face and said "I didn't ring you up for that". I said really we ordered it, but no harm done you can ring us up now, and then she said "When I asked you is you wanted anything else you said no". In not so many words she was accusing us of lying and stealing when in reality it was really just an issue with her not listening to the customer. We will not be returning.

Have had Little Pops Pizzeria twice now. The first was only the garlic knots, some cheese slices and Tiramisu. Everything was excellent, spot on for NY pizza. This made us want to try more. Our last meal, we had Chicken Parmigiana sandwich, Spicy Chicken Roll, a couple more slices and a little dessert - Cannoli and Cheesecake to go. Everything but the Chicken Parmigiana was really good. The Chicken Parmigiana sandwich had some issues. One, the chicken was paper thin and was like leather. Second, the water from the sauce made the bread soggy and inedible. The sandwich completely fell apart. A better quality piece of chicken would have helped not to mention a different approach to the way to go order was prepared to reduce the moisture and sogginess. That being said, we are so happy they are in our neighborhood and we wish them success. We will be back for more.

We stopped by for lunch today and it was great service and good food. We had a couple of slices of Pepperoni pizza and a cup of a special "homemade" soup based on a family recipe. Pizza was quite good and the soup was alright. On the whole we enjoyed sitting outside and having a relaxed lunch. I wish they offered glasses of water, we had to buy bottles of water instead. And, their pizza slice were priced almost as much as a whole pizza from "little Cesar" which is probably not a fair comparison when comes to taste. On the whole they offer a very wide variety of items on their menu, especially considering how small they are and how new they are. Once they have some more experience in this new location, I hope they specialize and narrow down their choices instead of trying to serve everyone's tastes all the time. we will be back and hope they are around for a long time.

Ho-ly WOW! I never thought I'd say this, but this pizza - this NEW YORK pizza - is amazing! As a Chicagoan, raised in Bridgeport and in the suburbs of Chicago, I never thought I'd ever utter those words about any kind of east coast pizza. But wowwowwow, does Little Pops impress! The crust is crispy, but soft and chewy at the same time. Each slice of pizza has just the right amount of cheese and sauce on it. And oh the garlic knots! Those blessed little clouds of dough, butter, and garlic. Drooooool. There are also the brownies and the cookies, which are both cooked to perfection and have just the right amount of chocolate and sweetness in them to finish a meal off. I've recommended Little Pops to all my friends who live or work within the area, and any time I visit my parents, you can bet they can count on a visit from me!

I swung bye today for a slice of NY ZA and was happy to find out it really is Brooklyn style. A Crispy crust is the difference between the two. Anyway, very good pizza and even a nicer owner(s). Had a very nice conversation with Mike the owner (and his wife), a former New Yorker...now a Napervillian. I look forward to trying the other types of pizza and dishes they have on their expansive menu . Do yourself a favor and try a slice. You'll be glad you did!

Little Italian Pizza on Bailey Rd. is still the best in the area. This pizza has plenty of crust (if you like a lot of bread), and a strange sausage....they seem to take pre-cooked Italian sausage links and run them across a lunchmeat slicer lengthwise creating a gyros meat shape that is dry and flat. The cheese and sauce were ok but there is little of it on this pizza

I'm usually a Chicago deep-dish kinda guy, but Little Pops is something incredible! If you've never tried NY Style Pizza, you've got to give this place a try. Their chicken, bacon & ranch was awesome!

I really like Little Pops, sometimes its nice to mix up the Chicago style with Neopolitan or NY pizza. I actually like it better than the New York style pizza in New Jersey as the crust isn't too soggy. A good addition the the pizza scene in Naperville.

Excellent NY style pizza! Small place but very busy with locals on a Saturday night so you know it's good. Friendly staff that took the time to walk the tables and make sure everything was ok. We'll be back.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch and we were transported back to NY. Since moving out here several years ago we've tried many"NY style" pizza places, but this is the only one that has hit the mark. The garlic knots are soooo good and the zeppoles are little puffs of perfection. We're definitely heading back with the rest of the family very soon.

Welcome to the neighborhood! Love the pizza by the slice, garlic knots (new for us) and the soup. More to try!

Over priced! $20 for a large pizza is crazy and it is not even good. They skimp on the toppings. We only got cheese and it was literally crust and nothing else. This was our second attempt. The first time, we called and they said one hour and 15 min wait for pickup and I then canceled my order and they didn't even care or apologize.

We ordered Little Pop's for our school's New Family Orientation and to our personal dinner table. The pizza was not only delicious and the best thin crust NY style pizza in Chicagoland but the owners are extremely personal and take pride in their business. I feel like I'm entering a real NY Pizzeria but in Illinois.

Closest thing to New York style pizza I've had in all my years in the Midwest! The atmosphere and location are terrific. A few tables set up outside with Italian style checkered table cloths and all. They even serve Zeppoles!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
