This used to be a top-notch DD in my book, but lately the quality of their customer service seems to depend on the whims of the person who happens to attend to you. Some of the younger helpers in particular are lacking in this area. Also, if you want any chocolate creme-filled donuts on the weekends (my favorite item and main reason for coming here), you need to get there by 9:00 am or so before they are all gone. Lastly, the narrow parking lot usually gets quite crowded on weekend mornings, as the drive-thru line is backed up all the way to the lot entrance. Some customers end up parking along the side street and have to walk over.

Oddly, I only received my email from Dunkin at 7:04pm inviting me to celebrate National Donut Day TODAY with a free donut with any beverage purchase. I usually try to eat healthy, so I tend to be a DD frequent flier for coffee only, but in honor of the day, I thought why not treat myself to a free donut with my coffee on my way home at 10pm. But when I walked in and asked for the special, I was told they had "no donuts". Zero. Nothing of any flavor or kind, and the place was deserted, so it is not like there had just been a run on the place. And no "the next batch is due out in...". I find that hard to comprehend. They obviously just decided they were tired of giving away free donuts to honor the chain's program, and shut down the kitchen. So I didn't buy a coffee. I went home and made myself one for about 2 cents and kept the 10,000% profit in my pocket. Next time I really want that cup of coffee (which I bought at this same DD you've earlier this week), I will drive a little further before stopping at a less shady Dunkin.

This is legitimately 24 hours - 7 days a week. I have tested it. You can actually show up at 2 am and get a doughnut. I don't know what other restaurant in Naperville lets you do that. It's nothing fancy but they have everything on the DD menu. Also, they accept payment by phone if you have the DD App. I have tested that too.

Sometimes I stop at this location on my way to work in the morning. They have a drive thru, which is great because some of the other locations in the area do not. The parking lot can get a bit congested because of the set up, but whenever I go through the drive thru they are very quick.

I've been to this location twice - both walk in experiences. The donut ball things are good, there's a limited bagel selection, and the #6 egg meal was really tasty. Major major flaw, and the sole reason for 2 stars - no soy milk for lattes #fail

While I have come here on some occasions and not been as satisfied as I would have liked to be, all in all I'm pretty pleased with the service and the quality of my iced coffee. It definitely depends on who is making the coffee, but this location has never left bits of sugar floating around in my iced coffee (unlike other DD locations). Let's put it this way - it's good enough that I come here every day for my iced coffee.

This is my fave DD in Naperville. I am really surprised at the other reviews. I love their 99 cent any size hot coffee after 3pm. Mostly, I adore the amazing young people who are there at that time, so friendly and terrific. I actually drive out of my way each day to go to this location.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! I have been here twice through the drive thru. Both times when I have ordered they did not give me a total at the ordering speaker. I pulled around and paid not thinking I should know my total, but when I get my receipt, it does not add up! Everything is listed that I ordered at the correct price, but both times the "sub total" has been off by a dollar or two! It is like they are adding something that is not on the receipt. Most people, including myself assume because I was getting a receipt I am not being ripped off, but it's not true! I will never go back here and I am telling everyone I know not to. There are plenty of criminals in this world and I will not support them.

My order: small iced coffee with butter pecan, black. This DD did a fine job, the syrup was mixed in the coffee instead of floating at the bottom which seems to happen more often than not at other locations. Drive-thru service is fast, but there was some confusion with the employees whether or not another coffee at the window was mine. They argued among themselves for awhile which was funny to watch. I'm just happy that my beagle didn't jump into the front seat to steal my bagel.

They do not honor the mug refill . Will take my business to the one on 95th and rte 59, who does honor DD refill program. The owner was really rude about the refill- I will not revisit

I ordered coffee which was delicious however I watch the drive-thru worker prepare a bacon and cheese bagel with no gloves on. I'll definitely never order actual food from this location.

Everytime I come here the people are so rude it's unbelievable (been coming for 2 years). I am such a nice understanding person cause I work in two customer service jobs. And I applied here but for some reason they only hire rude people. I went through the drive thru and asked what bagels they had and the woman replied "we have them all..." I said well what flavors are there? " all of them" I had to ask her four times before I got the options. And then when I did get my food and drink it was wrong. These people suck, have better hospitality if your going to own a business

Good place to stop for food and coffee. The prices aren't a total bargain, but they sure beat the prices of a certain coffee retailer which shall not be named that recently moved in right across the street. Either way, they're always fast and friendly here, and the donuts and sandwiches are fresh every time. The drive-thru moves very fast, unless you're unfortunate enough to be stuck behind someone who orders three dozen donuts, then asks that each box have 5 chocolate frosted, 2 Bavarian cream, 2 plain frosted, 2 of the boxes with one cruller each, and a Key lime donut in the 3rd one, then a chocolate frosted donut in the box with the Key lime donut and one in one of the boxes with the cruller, and the rest something else as long as it's not powdered, in addition to four medium hot coffees (one black, one with one packet of sugar and two of Half & Half, one with three packets of sugar, one with two packets of Sweet & Low), two large coffees, and three extra-large coffees....
