I really like this location - the parking lot can get a little crazy especially in the early morning, but the staff is quick so you never end up waiting for too long.

Worst. Dunkin. Donuts. Ever. I just went through the drive-thru and tried to order one chocolate frosted donut to which the woman on the system replied "oh no, we are all out of donuts, how about a muffin instead?" What??? This is Dunkin DONUTS right? This wasn't the first time I had issues here. Bout a month ago, I was asked to "pull around" when I ordered a chocolate frosted donut and an onion bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. I waired 12 minutes only to find out when I get home that I got a plain bagel with strawberry creamcheese. Really? This place is 24 open hours yet can only seem to operate well in the late morning/early afternoon hours. If you want donuts, just drive West on Ogden and buy them from Jewel- much better there. You really want DUNKIN DONUTS, drive south east and go to the Dunkin Donuts on Naper and Hobson in the Market Meadows shopping center. Avoid this Dunkin Donuts.

Pretty much screwed up my whole order. But, he did discount the price which is ok, I guess.

I've come here a couple times but have never been impressed with the service. I think they must be understaffed, especially in the late afternoon. They also messed up my drink the last time I was there. But what can you say? It's Dunkin. I avoid the food 99% of the time and just stick to coffee.

This Dunkin' location has speedy drive-thru service. I've stopped here for bagels and coffee. The Pumpkin Crème Brulee latte is far superior to Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice. You're going to have to trust me on this one, and try it yourself. It tastes like a warm, fall dessert. Surprisingly, it's not that difficult to get in or out of here. Since it's right on Ogden Avenue, I've been tempted to avoid it, but never have I regretted a stop here.

Run of the mill dunkin donuts. Like Angela said it's biggest pro is location. If you want better coffee Caribou is right there. If you want better service, a nice conversation with your favorite barista, or you're a coffee and cigarette guy like myself I'd hit the Starbucks down the street. If you want doughnuts, well let's face it summer is coming soon so skip that. ;) That being said if DD delicious mix of cream and just strong enough coffee (with turbo please) has grown on you as it has me then this is your spot. Check out my tips they will save you 10 minutes. Lol.

WHO.T.F. writes a review about Dunkin? The guys who's been getting shafted at places "like these" for a while. The owner has this snide smile before I order my medium decaf coffee. He says it's a fresh pot. My change due is $2.75. He gives me (2) dollar bills, (1) quarter, and (5) nickels - trying to short me a quarter. Now when I say places "like these" I mean 7-11s, Shells, Citgos, and Subways, that try to overcharge you for your footlong or don't even hand you the correct change you are due. This guy thinks the jumble of coins will cause the customer to not bat an eye before they put it in their pocket. I notice it, he tells me "...THEY'RE MEXICAN QUARTERS!" Being an East Asian born in Chicago, I'm supposed to take the Western Hemispheric designation in stride? And because I looked like I just stepped foot north of Texas, this magical Mexican currency I was just handed has multiplied in value in Naperthrill, Illinois? You don't punch douchebags in the face that have shorted others and probably netted $23 in coins for the day ... you use the power of the Internet and cripple their business on Yelp. Why do I sound bitter after being only shafted $0.25? Imagine how many other times people have gotten shafted while they were in a rush to get out of here. Plus the fool said he gave me decaf actually had stale caffeinated coffee on the warmer - I'm still wired and have the angst to write this review.

Worst. Dunkin. Donuts. Ever. I've been coming to this location for 10 years, and it's really gone downhill in the last 5. Now that Caribou is open a block away, this Dunkin Donuts is my last resort. They seem to be chronically understaffed - which I realize is a fault of ownership/management, not the front-line employees. But if they're not screwing up your order or taking forever to heat something up, they're telling you "I can't ring anything up for another 4 minutes. Do you want to wait?" If you really want Dunkin Donuts, go to 59 & Brookdale. Don't waste your time here.

Fast and awesome if there's no long car line at the drive thru on busy workday mornings! Everyone has been very nice, and the manager is more often than not the one handling the transactions at the pick up window. I really like their iced coffee, donut holes, and cheesy grilled flat. Excellent for breakfast or a quick drive by after work for a caffeinated pick-me-up. I just miss the 99cent sale they had in the afternoons so I could drop by after work! Oh well.

Congratulations! This is to notify you that you have won the prestigious "Deborah E Death Row Food Award." For your cleanliness. For the cute young Indian man who waited on me with a friendly attitude. For a good cup o' Joe (which is not necessariy a DD standard). For a fresh, fresh, fresh Chocolate Long John. But most importantly - because you had the elusive, much-sought-after Chocolate Cream-Filled donut! Harder to find than Sasquatch, this particular donut is on the endangered species list in Chicago proper. You simply cannot find them in the city or, if you do, they are not fresh and/or you need a magnifying glass to find the cream. Yours were perfection! My arteries thank you. And so does my butt - both of them.
