Great experience. The games were all working. Food was pretty good. Facility was clean. Staff was polite and friendly.

This is the last day that this location was open. We were lucky enough to not drive all the way out here only to find out that they have moved. I like this Chuck E. Cheese location. If you've ever been to other Chicagoland Chuck E. Cheese locations then you will understand why I'm sad this one is moving farther away. Usually all of the games are up and running. Today was not one of those days. A few of the popular games were out of order and that was a bit disappointing. I attribute it to the fact they they are moving tomorrow. The food for a Chuck E. Cheese is pretty tolerable. I was pleased the last time when we ordered a pizza. It was actually decent. The workers are pleasant and whoever plays Chuck E. Cheese is great with the kiddie mob. The best part: Check in and check out stamps for the whole family. I rest a little bit easier knowing that in the blink of an eye my little road runner won't be whisked off by Stranger Danger. My almost-4-yr old loves this place and I only hope that the new location is this good or even better.

Come on, stop being so pretentious everybody. This is freaking Chuck E. Cheese's after all!! Did you know that they used to be Showbiz pizza place??? Freaking Showbiz pizza place man!!! Okay, so maybe occasionally it smells like some kid let loose in the tubes, or something isn't quite as clean as it should be, but have you ever taken your kids to the Zoo??? The place is totally dirty and it even smells like a zoo?!?! But I don't see anybody knocking the Flipping Penguins or the fluffy cuddly Bears!!! Actually, I have to give one set of props to these guys. I was there for a birthday party the other day with my three kids and they did quite a good job of entertaining everybody. They put a decent effort into the show and all the staff members were really helpful despite the fact that they're doing three or four birthdays all at once, they pulled it off without a hitch! Yeah okay, so it's a really basic crappy pizza, but again, who cares, you're there to play video games and screw around for an hour or so and then leave with a killer plastic Snake and a slinky that will provide you at least a bonus hour of de-tangling later!!! Hey, it could be worse, you could go to Legoland!!!!

Chuckie Cheese is what it is and to except more is silly. The place is entertaining, kids have a blast and if you allow it , you will too. Again, the food is what it is, don't expect the world and you will not be disappointed. I am going to give a shout out to ARONZO! He greets you at the door and is great, but when he is playing Chuckie for the kids, well that is when he really shines. I have never seen a better kid playing for kids in a costume. He is impressive to say the least. So, when going in, make friends with him and you will be rewarded with a show put on by him that will feel great! Your child will be thrilled. Good job to the whole staff, esp. ARONZO! It is a rough job and you pull it off.

We just had our son's 5th birthday party here and had a great time! The facility was clean and the food was good. It was rather slow for a Sunday, but that was better for us. The entertainment was good, but not like the old Showbiz Pizza. The only disappointment was that several games were not working. Nonetheless, it was a good time!

I was very disappointed that they messed up my daughter's bday party today. I booked the party online, i was charged the $50 deposit. On the day of the party we drove there and came to find out that they were closed. I tried to call the number but nobody answered. I was left scrambling to reroute my guests. I was panicking and tried to book a party at the Darien location but for some reason I ended up booking it for a week later. I spoke with the manager at The Darien location and explained my dilemma but she said that I couldn't book for the same day and besides they were already fully booked for the day. On top of this, they were not able to give me a refund or at least a credit that I could have used for that day. I have to call the number for their guest relations in order to try to get a refund of my 2 wrong bookings. I wanted to cry but I stayed strong for my daughter. So I decided to just walk in and took 4 tables on the non party side. The manager at the Darien location was nice enough to let my daughter go in the ticket blaster. The party ended up to be fun for my daughter anyway, I guess she didn't notice that we were not in a party table. I was very thankful to the guests for being accepting and understanding of the situation, but a few guests did not come to the party anymore d/t the confusion. Hopefully the management will consider to compensate the inconvenience that it had caused or at least will give my 2 deposits back without any hassle. I have always had my kids' party at this location before and this was the first time it was messed up.

Kids like it. You are there for them. Going in the door you know what you are getting, so stop complaining about it. Look to see if the place is clean - yes. Is someone at the door at all times - yes. Is the staff helpful and friendly - yes. Are the washrooms clean - yes. Is the salad bar clean and fresh - yes. Is the pizza hot and fresh when it reaches the table - yes (in fact I think their pizza is pretty good). Overall still a decent store.

I'm a little puzzled by the one star reviews. The situation is analogous to the rare occasion when we opt to have lunch at a local dive bar and my friend Mark complains that the NY strip that he ordered is tough. What do people expect from Chuck E Cheese's? Beef Wellington with Foie Gras and 1999 Opus One? Yes, It's one of my least favorite places in the world, and yes, it's something of a clip joint, and yes, the food is of markedly low quality. But the kids love it, it's safe, and I found the staff to be courteous and attentive. It's not about us folks, It's about dem Kids (as the late great mayor of Chicago once said).

Comparing this store to all the other ones this CEC in Naperville is by far the best. Great management and friendly staff; I was surprised with their willingness to help their guests. Of course Chuckecheese's isn't a 5 star restaurant and parents don't like this place very much but what more can kids ask for, kids always leave happy unless they just don't want to leave. Even the birthday parties are amazing!! You get your moneys worth for sure and if not they'll fix it. It's a great CEC and i'll always come back! :)

It's Chuck E Cheese, don't expect your child's mind to be expanded. I came here to meet up with my brother, sister in law, and (adorable) nephew after slamming back a few at Mullin's. That is what made this experience that much better, working off of a buzz before entering here. The entrance forces you to get stamped with the same people that you came in with to protect you from kidnapping a child. +1 star for that. They have video games galore. They applied to the QuanityOverQuality magazine of doing business I guess cos there's one game that dishes out tickets based on how long you hold two vibrating joysticks. If you hold onto em for 1 minute, you get 4 tokens on medium difficulty. Your hands'll be buzzed for about five minutes though. There's other games that are dumb like the roller coaster one that you lay down and watch yourself go through loops. Lame. Now, the major ticket winner for the nephew, there's a coin operated game that operates like a slot game. Actually, it's slots and Plinko in one. You put in your token, it goes in a catapult, you pull back a lever to fly it to a canal. If the king's bucket catches it, you get a bonus. If not, Plinko it is with 2 or 10 being the ticket range. If you patience, you can get the bonus every time. Like I did. errrr, like my nephew did. The prizes are crap. 1000 tickets for a fuzzy ball that you can pick up at Target for 10 bucks. Yes, the prizes suck. Yes, the prizes will be disposed of after a day or two. But, you expect it coming into the place. Though I didn't purchase it, they do offer beer for 3.50 a pop. In a plastic cup. But don't be the old creepy parent drinking beers in this establishment. Especially with a mustache. After parking your windowless van. And having an open shirt with chest hair protruding out. Not that I'm judging or anything, but that made me hold my nephew's hand THAT much tighter.

My daughter got so scared of the lifesized rodents at this place that she temporarily thought it was cool again to sit on our laps. Then she climbed into the tubes overhead and I didn't see her for a half hour and got slightly nervous. I can't stand the places that encourage little kids to play arcade games in which they win tickets, to be exchanged for shit. I'd rather just take them to the bookstore and pay for a new book or toy. Otherwise, they redeem their 250 tickets for rubber insects, or metal jewelry that leaves green dye on their bodies. Worse yet, they might want to save the tickets and come back again, in hopes of reaching that goal of 16,000 tickets for a CD player. No ipods. Oh yeah, the food sucks.

Someone kill me please. My son loves the place. But, really can you get over that funky smell from the play area? That smell like (I hate to say this) sweat and urine. You are not eating here because you want to. The only way that I will eat here is if I lose a bet or as a major bribe for my son.

It's just like every other Chuck E Cheese in the world. The food is not great but the kids can climb-n-slide, play games, etc.

Dirty, bad clientele (my son has been assaulted several times here) smelly, terrible staff. I need not say anymore.

What are you really looking for when you go to Chuck E. Cheeses? You want your kids to have fun and be safe. I think this place does a pretty good job of both. You know what you are walking into, it's not for adults it's for kids, let them have their fun! The girl who stamped us as we came in was very nice and helpful. Mostly everyone seemed happy while working. I love Chuck E. Cheese s and will bring my nieces and nephews her until they don't want to come anymore! Plus, I love the sketches you can get with them that print automatically!
