We love this place. They have fantastic wings. It's close to home and always a friendly local atmosphere. We had my moms 95th birthday there with neighbors and immediate family. They made sure we were well taken care of. They even took the extra effort to bake a delicious moist cake for her special day. Thanks guys your the best!

Did you ever go out for breakfast and the food is very similar to what you would make for yourself on a lazy Sunday morning? LCS only makes breakfast on Sunday. This way I save myself a lot of prep time, no dishes to wash and no cleanup. The bar area has 15 stools, 2 four tops and a backroom dining area that fill up quickly with locals, farmers, bikers, hangover remedy seekers and a cast of regulars. Comfort food at its finest served with maybe a little extra butter. Top notch breakfast sandwiches and Corned Beef Hash that is prepared as it should be, hunks of meat and bite sized moist fried potatoes served crisp and sassy! Or a better analogy may suggest that breakfast served at LCS is tasty, the complete opposite of Egg Harbor Café! That is spot on! LCS is low key and friendly so it is hard to complain about hit or miss service. Maybe I will... I really should...I just might...probably not. Just sit back and relax and enjoy a home cooked country breakfast.

A dive bar located in Millington IL. Need I say more? I bought a YELP offer online since I was in the area, so my wife and I went to check it out. At 11:00 on a Sunday morning, the bar was packed. There were three or four wait staff working, but we didn't see them until we found a seat at the bar. The bartender was not especially cheerful. We ordered drinks and a menu, but she only brought the drinks. I borrowed the menu from the lady next to me and we checked it out. Pretty typical stuff. Food was prepared quickly and was adequate. Beer selection was limited (most everyone in there was drinking Busch Light in a can). I wish the place could have had a pool table, darts or something but it didn't. My only complaint is the bartender, but everything else lived up to expectations.

Simply put, this is the Cheers of Millington and the surrounding communities. Last Chance Saloon, aka "Norms", has an excellent bar menu including daily specials, Sunday breakfast, and the ever famous crazy chicken night. Most of the staff has been here for years, you'll realize it once you step through the doors. Warm, friendly people await you inside along with excellent food and drinks. I came here with my grandparents as a child, now as an adult with friends and family. This is a great family dining establishment before 7ish, the later crowd can get rowdy and talk vulgar, but this is a bar after all! My grandmother eats here twice a week, she's picky and cheap, that says a lot. Norms also features an annual car show, testicle festival, numerous biker events and other tbd events. Located in an old bank, this isn't one to miss!

I usually hit up Last Chance when we are out with a group of friends on a bike ride or heading out to Starved Rock. The food is great, burgers are fantastic! Fried mac-n-cheese is one of my favorites and we love the bloody mary bar on Sundays. The reason I give 3 stars is the service. It seems there are a lot of "regulars" sitting at the bar every time I'm there and the bartenders are very dismissive, almost rude, if they don't recognize you.

This is by far my Favorite place to go every time I'm back in town. My parents live just across the river and it's a short walk on over to the bar. Best prices around and the food is good. The "cheap chicken" nights are as good as they sound from other reviewers and I often order it even if it's not Tuesday because I have missed it since I moved away. Im willing to wait however long it takes on a normal night to get me some of that chicken! The staff is Super fun and friendly, their whole menu is great and for a price you just can't beat! I say if you are in the area stop in. You'll be glad you did. If you do go to crazy chicken night, plan to arrive early and be ready to wait a bit if your after 5:30. They sell out fast so get there early or order out! :)

As my dad said, "We spent about $15 on gas in order to drive to a place to get $2 chicken." Tuesdays are Crazy Chicken Days at the Last Saloon. You can get a 1/4 dark for $1.75 or 1/4 white for $2.75 and for $4 you get a 1/2 order which you can get mixed. The deal starts at 5pm and the place can get crowded. We placed our order while we waited for a seat. Now this place is sort of in the middle of nowhere-- definitely a very local dive. A lot of people from Morris come out to joint for the chicken deal. But just because it's local doesn't mean they don't welcome new people with a warm smile and a cold beer (the beer was really cold!). You will definitely see some characters in and around this place-- which used to be an old bank-- including the including the 80 year old woman driving her riding lawn mower down the street out front... I kid you not.

Great little place in a small town. I ordered the "Floyd" and it was excellent. Can't wait to go back for "Crazy Chicken Night!"

I second everything from Kelly, except that I have never seen grandma on a lawn mower. My dad coined the nickname, "Cheap Chicken" (nickname for the bar), & has actually been asked by people if he's been there. Haha! I have only been there on Tuesday, but I guess they have good specials every night.

I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for homestyle food, a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, & impressive specials- you really can't beat Last Chance. I've been going to the legendary Tuesday night fried chicken special since I was in college. We call it "Chicken Tuesday"; and we drive about 25 miles to get that bird. Its worth it!!
