On 5/17/2007 was the first time I walked into this Wendy's location. It appeared to be clean. Busy with a few of the lunch crowd. I thought I would visit the men's room and wash my hands before going to order. I walked over to the men's room, pulled at the handle and it was locked. I shook the handle a few times thinking maybe I didn't turn it hard enough. I heard someone quickly flush the toilet and the hand dryer went on. Within a flash, a male Wendy's employee emerged from the washroom and ran past me. (Hmm, wondered what he was doing in there). Walked and dispensed some soap into my hands. The faucet was one of those electronic dispensers. I held my hands there for a solid three minutes, no water?! I hit it a few times, still no water. WTF? That Wendy's employee had used the hand dryer. But why?? I looked at the sink carefully. It was DRY. Dude never washed his hands. He might've taken a dump, without washing!! OR maybe just smoked a joint and he was startled. My hands were SOAPY! Pissed. Mentioned what had happened to a manager. She was just like.. "oh" "maybe I'll check" Foo that.. I was not going to eat here. What if that guy was a preparation guy.. YUCK!!

Visited Wendy's today....Don't think I'll be going back there soon, at least not this particular Wendy's.... The fries were not fresh and to top it off I ordered a kids meal 4 pc nugget....Why when we get home there were only (2)......Mad as hell!!!! Been trying to call them since 3:30 phone is busy still and its 4:15

It's sad that I feel the need to compliment friendly service, but customer service standards, especially in fast food, are a rare pleasure. I just left the drive through, and the two young ladies working the windows offered me friendly greetings, as well as (seemingly) genuine smiles. It makes a difference. The service was quick, the food was to order and consistent, but it was the service that stood out and deserved recognition. Thank You.

I know someone that goes here constantly and every time they go here the fries are hard and cold. It happened more than once! More than 3x's. I feel like it's all the time! Also, I had someone order me a chicken wrap here and it came out all wrong! There were no lettuce ! There were like "crumbs" of lettuce like they didn't have anymore. And I swear to you I had like 3 pieces of shredded cheese. The chicken was hard with the tortilla too. I was super mad and pissed they even dare to serve this to their customer. Every single time I go here with someone that wants Wendy's, the food always come out shitty!

I love a Wendy's salad, and literally live within a few miles from this location. However, every single time I visit this location they mess up my order. I'm not sure if it is a training issue or what the problem is. The point is that I typically end up calling and complaining that they messed up my order by the time I get home. So, Wendy's take some time and invest in your people because I know I don't stutter when I speak. Thank you.

This review is for all Wendy's everywhere. I won't blame the career challenged workers of Wendy's for the puke burgers and sodium injected Chicken sammy's. I rarely eat fast food, and it seems it keeps getting worse and worse. For every step forward there are many steps back. In the past Wendy's had a salad bar, soups were a nice option, I even remember a wrap i indulged in on a solo road trip through the East. The burgers tasted kinda like beef. In a pinch, they seemed to have their shit together. Two years ago i tried one of their deli style sandwiches, the bread was enormous, the flavor strange. Unidentifiable. A mish mash of chemicals and post rigor meats. Really bad, although quite the photogenic dish. Recently, i stopped into a Wendy's from starvation and a lack of options. I took note of the saline like taste of the chicken sandwich, the coating to make it more mouth friendly was terrible. So bad I can't even call it breading, more like plasticking. I tasted my friends burger, it had a strong char flavor, but not the kind you get from meat being introduced to flame, the kind from solutions mixed into the multi animal grind. Tastes more like liquid smoke than beef. Fuckin horrendous. An after taste that kept giving and giving. While I have now quit eating at Wendy's I was still curious as to what happened to this once proud chain. The answer was given to me this morning, it seems when i wasn't looking Arby's and Wendy's fused together, as it usually goes the better business did not bring the weaker one up. I have been anti Arby's since the early nineties, how can they pass off that weird shit as beef. How can Americans continue to poison our selves with this garbage.
