We do the delivery which is nice, I have not been inside. My lady and I play BEAT THE PIZZA MAN on Friday nights, sometimes Saturday night too if I'm a good boy. Beat the pizza man is a game to play with your spouse. You order a pizza, then shag and try to be done by the time the pizza man arrives. Everyone is a winner!

Pretty good pizza I must say. Went on a Saturday night, ate at the bar. Good music, good service. Bartenders were friendly, didn't feel out of place for it being a local joint. My only criticism is they advertise on Yelp about a cocktail menu, when I arrived and asked about a cocktail menu, they didn't have one. I just ordered a basic cocktail.

Wow, I really hate to write a review that disses this establishment. Hubby and I have truly enjoyed their pizza for a little over a year. I mean, its the best. But I just can't shake what they're currently doing wrong, so I'm writing this review anyway in the hopes that they'll correct the problem. Well, when deciding what's for dinner tonight, hubby shared the horrible revelation that the last time he was there to pick up the pizza, the guy making the pizza and the kitchen itself were filthy. He said the guy wasn't wearing a hair net or gloves. His hands, the floor and the bermuda shorts he was wearing were covered in flour and the kitchen, he says, was a filthy mess. This is one of those situations that is a deal breaker for us. No hair net, chef's hat or rubber gloves? Those are health code violations and we don't eat there any more. We're sad to say, from this point on, no more Waterworks. Here's to hoping they clean up their act!

Good pizza and beer joint. A little dusty and dirty with gaming and tv's. Draws a nice mid to younger crowd. Had music and friendly service. Enjoyed having a beer with the fish. Dive bar indeed!

It's a shame they have such great pizza because their customer service is horrendous. I can count at least 3 times I've tried to order from this place where I've hung up cursing at them because of their snide attitude and false superiority complex. Just down right rude and nasty. Inside is the typical scummy five bar filled with Stickney trash. Very uninviting. Over the last 2 years, they appear to put a lot of work into classing the place up by adding a dining room and carry out counter in the front. Unfortunately all that effort has been in vain since I have never seen either area in use. The prices here are typically above average of other local pizza establishments, and it's not even worth it.

Damn good tavern style thin crust home made pizza!! This place is just like an old Wisconsin bar- interior wise...good service and hospitality, the 2 buck PBRs don't hurt either!!

BEST pizza in the area. Yes, it has a dive-bar quality to it, but as someone said earlier, after about the 3rd drink, you don't notice too much. Cannot wait for the warmer months to check out the newly added/renovated Beer Garden.

I'm originally from Wisconsin, so when I heard about this place and read the Yelp reviews, I decided I absolutely had to bring my Dad here when he came to Illinois to visit me. He's a down-home, no-frills kind of guy, and after we had done the whole city thing during the day, we came here for pizza and he said it was his favorite place of the day! The pizzas were great, we got two different thin-crusts, and they definitely lived up to the hype. I can't wait til their beer garden is open for more seating options.

This pizza is not so great. Barely above Little Caesars. The bar is dive and someone needs to tell this place there is na state wide smoking ban these days. The building is old so it has some ambiance if you are looking for that in a bar drinking experience.

Bar: like Wisconsin. You feel like an outsider until beer # 3. Pizza: oh my god, why have I ever had pizza elsewhere? Because I'm a fool, that's why. Nom nom nom

Just tried their pizza alot of the locals kept raving about.I've been past this place a million times over the years and never knew they served pizza till people kept telling me about it.Sooo,I decided to try it.It was pretty good.I liked it.Place is more of a bar than a restaurant. While I was sitting there eating I noticed a few people come in for pick up.I wasnt too crazy about the service I recieved from the bartender.Im guessing she pretty much ignored me because I was drinking pop instead of beer.Which might explain why I couldnt for the life of me get a refill on my pop because she was too busy yapping away, serving beer and on her smartphone.Thats ok.I just tipped her $1.I only do that when people PISS ME OFF.I dont hold it against the establishment.Sure,I'll go back. But if she's there again I'll order a pitcher of pop so I can HELP MYSELF.And she'll get ANOTHER $1.Thats ON HER.

Kiki is nice, they have a MyTunes jukebox and the pizza is ok. It's NOT A SMOKE FREE BAR, so we left wreaking of smoke. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the smoke stench and nasty bar smell. We won't be going there again, but we did pick up some pizza to go on another occasion. The pizza wasn't as good taken out as it was when we had it there. Eh oh well.

Steffany This is THE BEST PIZZA in town. There is just enough sauce to compliment the cheese. And the toppings, they are gracious! Prices are definitely good and I'll eat this pizza over anyone else. I highly recommend this to everyone and anyone. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!!!

Waterworks is definitely a blue collar bar, though I've never sat and had a drink there I went in to get a copy of the menu. We've had Waterworks delivered numerous times and each time the pizza is really really good. The best in the Brookfield/Lyons area and better in my opinion than Ledo's. The crust is very flavorful, and the cheese and sauce are really good. We've never had a bad pizza or sandwich from them. The menu is small but that just allows them to concentrate on what they do best.

So much a dive. And mostly an older crowd but it's under new ownership. The ambience hasn't changed much. Mary, the bartender, is a whippersnapper. She is awesome and fun. And the pizza?? Oh shit, you've never had pizza like this. Its got some kind of magic to it, so good. And you can get delivered--I have had it delivered a few times with company who have swooned with how good it is. The bar also has several "parties" over a year---such as a St patty's Party or a Thankgiving Day party where they cook and all the food is free!! Incredible. And well priced booze. The new management is now building a beer garden so I am sure it will be frequented more and more by younger people.

THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!! GREAT! Loads of toppings and seasoned just right. Resonable prices also! But slow, slow delivery!!! Never ate there, does not look family friendly. BUT IF YOU TRY THIS PIZZA, YOU WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANY WHERE ELSE!!! They don't open till 4pm. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JUST HEARD THEY ARE OPENING EARLIER AND HAVE CLEANED UP FOR IN HOUSE DINNING!

Other reviews are correct - great pizza. Price was reasonable. They however do allow smoking in the bar. Cough cough.

amazing dive. stinks of cigarettes, patchy taxidermy on the wall... the owner hands out printed menus selling smoked meat to take home ... fish tank (which was swabbed out for the first time in years, according to my friends, disappointingly) ... I'm in heaven.

I've never been to the actual location, so I can't speak to that. Though I've driven past it and it has a "Live Bait" vending machine out front. I'm not sure why, but that pleases me. The pizza is the best crispy thin crust pizza I've found that delivers. Good sauce (zesty flavor, just enough sauce).
