I was stuck at Freeway Ford around the corner. I called and ordered a sandwich and chips. Delivery was as freaky fast as the commercials claim. I always enjoy The Vito and this one did not disappoint. And don't forget the jimmy chips.

I placed an order online for delivery earlier this month when I was stuck inside due to the blizzard. My order arrived in perfect time, which is crazy considering the fact that the roads were crap (and were only getting worse). I gave the driver an extra tip on top of the tip I already paid online as this guy brought the correct order, on time, and made it to my residence safely! That's dedication right there. Oh yeah, and the driver was pleasant! I don't think I've ever had such great delivery service. JJ's food is always good; one can never go wrong with their food. Good food, great prices, excellent customer service.

I am a big sandwich fan (especially for lunch!) and my husband and I love Jimmy John's! (Technically, I give it 3 and the hubby gives it 5 which averages out to 4, so there you go. :] ) Their freshly baked bread is outstanding and the other ingredients are tasty and fresh. Sure it's no gourmet place (it's not a sit down restaurant, what do you expect?), but for a "fast food" style sandwich, I feel they are consistently good and make my sub exactly the way I order it every time. I would take this over pretty much any other fast food joint and honestly most other sub places, too. If you want a sub sandwich, this is your place!

The only reason I gave this TWO stars is for its good location! This Jimmy John's has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Each time I have been there (again, it's the location), someone has gotten my order wrong. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the food; it's just the way it's prepared. I'm wondering if the sandwich makers even look at the ticket when they get it! If you go, keep a careful eye on your sandwich as it's being prepared. Feel free to correct them as you watch them place the largest handful of sprouts on top of your meat when you specifically said, "No sprouts!"

THey are fast. Their service is okay, not the best but its managable. I recommend their veggie sandwhich, sliced pickle or bag of chips. Great fast sub place for any occasion. They cater as well.

"Subs So Fast You'll Freak Order, Click, Deliver!" Really??? You don't deliver past Harlem or allow ordering online. I live 2.6 miles away. Not like I am in a field. I just don't get it. Turned off. The register staff is usually rude too. Only the sandwich guys are friendly. Won't be stopping in or ordering anytime soon. Many better options.

This is my first visit to a JJ's. And I think my last. They weren't that bad. But they were nothing to talk about. The freaky fast was out the window when the cashier sat on the counter and talked to the guy making the sandwich. As for the freaky good part. I'm thinking not. It was nothing short of bland. I had the Turkey Tom and when I saw the alfafa sprouts, I figured it was good for you. But at what cost? Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Maybe I came on the wrong day. But, if there is anything even close to another JJ's I will surely take that option.

Did you ever notice how this place is always dead? hmm wonder why So i ordered a turkey tom with chips and a drink .. i got to work the turkey meat was a dark grey and had this slime all over it. There wasnt cheese or the sprouts (which in my opnion make the sandwich) even though i had asked for BOTH. I called there so ANNOYED that i just wasted my lunch time and 8 bucks. The manager basically told me that the turkey was like that because of the preservatives. WAIIIIIIIIT i thought Jimmy Johns was a "gourmet" sandwich "fresh fast tasty" what a joke. So anyways he offered me a new sandwich that they would deliever but honestly at that point i was just grossed out. The manager told me he would leave a note on the regester if i changed my mind. Thats when i started thinking about it .. i literly threw $8 out the window on that other nasty sandwich might as well take advantage of a free one. Went there a few days later the OTHER manager told me he didnt know what i was talking about there was no note.. but he said he would "take my word for it" and give me a free sandwich.. ummm like its my problem you guys dont communicate. So i got my free sandwich (a plain slim 4) which was nothing special. But at least there wasnt slime all over the meat. Safe to say i will never come to this location again.
