This place deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Granted it is a chain pizza establishment and that always hurts one's Yelp.com rating. Being a chain always hurts the overall Yelp.com rating. Debate me. For what it is, Jets is an exceptional pizza establishment. They offer a fine assortment of ingredients and a fairly broad range of crust options. I always opt for "TURBO CRUST" for it is a delicious orgy of parmesan, romano, and garlic flavors. The pizza is well-cooked to a medium-rare. The cheese is acceptable and the sauce is good. Personally, I order extra sauce in cups and banana peppers on the Za for an extra zing in my mouth. I wholeheartedly support this place. The staff have been ever-friendly and they get the pizza cooked in the estimated time that they provide you. Try it. Love it or hate it, it is a 6 out of 5.

My job had ordered this and I was hesitant on trying it. Boy I should not have ate that pizza. It just did not taste good. The sauce had no taste the crust was hard and the cheese just was not tasty. I will never eat here again and do not recommend it.

I stopped in for a slice of pizza around 10:45 PM on a Saturday night. Cool dudes working there, and great pizza. I'll definitely be back!!!!

The first time I was introduced to Jets Pizza, I was so turned off because the manager at that particular location (Joliet) was rude and the driver was rude. It took forever for us to get a pizza and the pizza was disgusting. I will say with confidence that this Jets location is MUCH nicer than the one in Joliet. In fact every time I order, the person taking my order is sweet and the delivery driver is awesome. They are always prompt and accurate with their ETA! And for some reason this locations pizza is far more superior than any other jets I've been too! It's actually REALLY yummy. I've come to find that I don't like their square pizza at all. But I could probably eat their round pizza in one sitting -- it's that delicious. I'm not sure why! Anyway I recommend ordering their round pizza! Give it a try!

Bummer. We really wanted to like this place. We've been talking about trying Jets out for a couple of years, but before we could even get home with our food we were regretting our decision. I'll start with the good. Fast service, friendly staff. The pizza sauce was actually great, but that was the high-point of the meal. The deep dish pizza was extremely greasy and our stomachs were churning after only a couple of bites. Yikes. The deep dish breadsticks are the same as the pizza, except the sauce is on the side instead. Somehow not quite as oily, though. Mysterious indeed. The wings are pretty puny and over-sauced. We chose honey BBQ to stay on the safe side...which stunk up the car with an unidentifiable odor. Seriously, we couldn't even figure out which box it was coming from at first. They tasted fine in the end. Also their salad dressings (i.e. dipping sauces) are packets of Kraft, so you're probably better off just using whatever you have in stock at home. I hate writing negative reviews, but considering we couldn't even stomach the idea of saving our leftovers, we will not be returning here. Bottom line.

One of the best new pizza franchises around! deep pan, turbo crisp crust and fluff dough. Cant go wrong here.

Oily. Weird burnt fennel taste. Didn't remind me of pizza...more like cheesy breadsticks. There was barely any pizza sauce. We had cheese and veggie pizzas...i ate a bunch cos i was starving...but i didn't enjoy it AT ALL. I'd take Domino's or Pizza Hut over what i had. Might try their other thin crust pizza or something...but for the regular square ones thet have...just gross. Pass it up.

Jets pizza has become one of my favorite places to get pizza. My boss and I frequently order from here, and usually the wait time isn't that long. The pizza always arrives hot. I love the rectangle pizza, the crust is always buttery and delicious.

This is a 2.5 - 3 star place. The service is fine and the delivery came well within the specified 40 minutes when we called to place the order. We had a special coupon and you can't use those to order online so we had to call it in. I like online ordering. I guess for $14 delivered for a large pepperoni and an order of the bread, it's not terrible. It's just very bread-y with sweet sauce. Like think pan pizza amped up a little bit. Super thick. Not a ton of cheese or toppings. Just a bit too greasy. As for the bread, it's a thick, small, round pizza cut into sticks. It tasted a bit sour to me but it was better when dipped in the container of sauce that came with it. Not somewhere I will seek out on a regular basis, even if the husband likes it. It's just a bit too much for me.

Cue the Italian background music please! This is my first experience with Jet's Pizza. My neighbor's grandson (who had been puking for 3 days) announced that he was good to go and wanted food! Which food did he pick? Jet's Pizza. Not being sure exactly how "good to go" he was, she asked me to pick up 2 slices for him. Jet's is located in a small strip mall and when I pulled up it was loaded with people. The waiting area is extremely small, but what I initially was enamored with was the fact that everyone who worked there was smiling, animated, and happy. Had these people been drinking? Eating too much pizza? Were they wonderfully overpaid? Or ... were they actually enjoying their jobs and helping customers? Bingo! The counter was wo-maned by a nice girl who took by order: 2 decent sized pieces were $4.00. Even though it was standing room only on my side of the counter, you could see the kitchen and it's staff. Very busy and very, very clean. The manager was moving between the kitchen and ordering area; not only assisting his staff, but talking to the customers. The mantra seemed to be that they prepare when you arrive ... no sitting on the shelf or turn-style kind of stuff. Also bingo! What I also learned is you can choose your crust options ... i.e. garlic, butter and garlic, or the turbo crust. Hmmmm. When my order was ready, the manager brought it out. He apparently had been paying attention when I asked the girl how large the slices were. I mean, these were for a 4 year old. Well, not only did I return with the 2 good to go pizza slices as ordered. But I was also "armed" with tattoos, a red wrist band, and an iron on decal of the Jet's pizza pizza man. He looks like an overweight superman, wearing the colors of Italy, with a jet pack on his back, carrying a pizza. He is also wearing tights. The pizza slices were very ample and look similar to square french bread pizza; bread had a nice flavor, as did the gravy. Jet's Pizza also delivers, and I'm sure I will try them again, their menu is pretty big. It was a very nice experience and I hope their pro-service ways will continue. My only concern is if their delivery men jettisons to earth with a black mustache and red and green tights!

I'm having a shit day at the office and in walks my boss with Jet's Pizza. These gooey, fresh, perfectly cut squares of pizza were delicious. The crust is buttery and crunchy, and compliments the well portioned cheese and toppings. It's not too greasy, and it doesn't compare with other local pizzerias. The only complaint I have is that it could have used an extra dab of sauce. Otherwise, if you're stomach is yearning for something warm and filling, stop by Jet's.

lets get jets. Delivery and in-store experiences have been great. The pizza is amazing and reasonably priced. I recommend taking advantage of the flavored crust, it's decadent. Jet's takes thick crust to a whole new level. My favorite pizza place in the world. I am not joking. The famous deep dish pizza of Chicago hasn't ever lived up to my expectations- so I settle for a basic thick crust. Why don't I try the thin crust? you may wonder... I can buy one in the freezer section at Jewel that likely tastes just as good. Jet's is actually tasty. The toppings are great, they use real flavorful meats, and what tastes like fresh vegetables. I tried many of the other pizza places in Lombard, and my ranking is this order from best to not best: Jet's; My pizza; old town; dominoes; little caezers.

This place is so popular- I stopped by and ordered a thin crust pizza made to order and so many people were in and out! Their lunch special of two slices and a drink for $5 is a great deal and clearly popular. I kept my word from my original review and came back to try the thin crust pizza since I'm not a big thick crust fan. We had the Hawaiian Pizza and it has mozzarella, ham, bacon and pineapple on it and it was very flavorful (sometimes other restaurants' Hawaiian pizzas can taste a little bland) and we liked it. The toppings slid off the pizza and it was pretty messy, but it had great taste. The thin crust was pretty good- not as crisp as we expected but still good. We'd order it again. They do a lot with coupons which is appreciated. I hope they do well.

I love Jet's. I just do. Let's get that out of the way first. I wouldn't call it deep dish, but it is amazing. The turbo crust is sooo great. It's not like any other pizza you'll get, and I have never tried the thin crust... I think because I just stick with what I know... and I know I like turbo crust thick crust. It is very very thick. It's sort of a pan pizza on steroids. But I love it. They deliver too, and quite late...if you know, you are sitting around playing video games with your sister and brother in law and have a hankering for pizza at 11 pm, but just don't want to get in the car and drive the three blocks to Jet's. It's cheap pizza, and it's great IF you know what you're getting. Don't expect a chicago style pizza. Think pizza hut, if pizza hut tasted good. The people who have delivered, or that I've picked up from have always been pleasant to deal with. And there is often coupons that make the pizza a really really good deal.

I love their pizza and usually order the Cajun crust. The pizza bread is also good. I have tried a sub sandwich from there and it was pretty bad. It was all bread and hardly any filling. That really is my only complaint. I also enjoy ordering their Greek salad.

We received a free pizza coupon from Jet's, so we decided to try them out last night. They have online ordering, which is nice. It was easy to navigate the web site and put in our order. Pizza was ready to go in 15 minutes, and it was free! The deep dish pizza is rectangular, and the large was enough for our family of four. The crust was crisp and delicious, and the cheese was tasty. We would go back!
