Ahhhh , the best coffee ! I am not a coffee drinker but when the weather turns colder I really like their coffee . This store is on my way to work and the staff is very friendly and fast ! I always order a bagel , toasted with veggie cream cheese .

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and I have to feed my craving for munchkins every now and then. This location was torn down and totally rebuilt for the new and improved Dunkin Donuts. The line still goes out the doors in the morning rush, but still pretty fast and friendly service. No room to put a drive through here unfortunately, so all the patrons will just have to deal with my fresh out of bed look. Overall though it is much more inviting than the old one.

I like this place, close to college . Never waited to long for an order! I wish the employees would smile more :( . I am almost afraid to ask for an order. Otherwise really good .

Luckily (or sadly, depending on your perception), I am not someone who requires a caffeine jumpstart to get me through the day. But every once in awhile, I'll pop in for an iced coffee with a little cream and sugar. I also occasionally get one of the wake-up wraps for breakfast before I go workout. When you're ready to graduate from that clown coffee at other chains, step up to a place that sells it by the pound. And if the staff that works here in the morning isn't family, they get along great, joke around, and always make me feel welcome- even if it's rare for people to stick around here. The coffee is good, staff is friendly and orders are accurate. What else do you need?

I was just down the street from my little brother's high school. Totally had to surprise him with a hot chocolate and donut. Kind service and didn't have to wait one second. I also noticed that this is a pretty clean store (DD across the board seems to really be making an effort with store cleanliness). The donut variety was fairly satisfactory seeing as most DDs seem to be sparse by noon. The only problem is of course the parking lot. Is there one DD that has a safe lot where I won't be run over by someone making an illegal turn and careening in like an antelope, where cars are rolling down the steep, cracked and hilly pavement or mowed down by a frantic double dozen Donna? Crazy man. Overall however, good experience.

Friendly staff and very clean. I happen to be a huge fan of Dunkin coffee, and I frequent this location quite a bit. There is often a line, which isn't because the staff is slow- it's because the coffee is just that good.

This DD gets pretty busy in the mornings, but I have to say the manager does his best to remember everyone and their names! He is very friendly and if it is not busy he will talk to you for as long as he can. They always get your order right and are really quick about doing so. There is no drive thru, and not a lot of room in there- but what do you expect for a fast food morning place?

One of the worst coffee establishment experiences I have ever had. First of all, they were out of Donuts. Isn't "Donuts" in the freaking NAME of the place?!? I placed my order and was charged with a price higher than what was listed. I waited 5 minutes to be asked by another employee if I was waiting on something. I suppose they forgot about me while their non-donut-filled store was packed with 2 other customers. I then received my Iced Latte and it was 80% milk (awful). If you're going to open a place focused on donuts and coffee-oriented beverages, learn how to manage your inventory and also how to make an iced latte. Thanks. Love, me.

I have to say, I've never waited more than a minute or two to get my order. I've gotten everything from one or two donuts to 1.5- 2 dozen and I'm out in a flash. Employees are friendly and quick, and I've noticed they recognize and greet their regulars. The only hard time I've EVER had was about a year ago when I placed a phone order for donuts, egg/cheese/bacon wraps, and 2 containers of hot chocolate. Whoever took my order gave me a lecture about which Dunkin on Main Street I was calling, told me I had to prepay (..that's fine), and how if I don't show, they have to dump the hot cocoa. Mmmm'k. (Oh, and IMO that cocoa isn't worth $17 PER container...sheyuttt, I'd rather boil my own water and hand my kiddos packets of cocoa.) So yeah...aside from the lecture I got when ordering $34 worth of hot cocoa, this Dunkin is pretty great.
