Good east coast pizza in the Midwest. Pasta is very good also. Chicken wings are some of the best in St Louis.

I do not like to give any place a single-star review, but....this place is a DUMP! I went to their location in O'Fallon (IL) several years ago and it wasn't that bad. So I was expecting the same in the sleepy college town of Lebanon. It got my attention that it had a lunch buffet, so I was hungry and went in. Before I walked in, the waitress (who was smoking a cig) warned me that their credit/debit machine wasn't working that day, so I wasted 10-15 minutes trying to get cash. I understand these issues happen at times. Anyway, so as I went in there I noticed I was the only person eating there and two people were on duty including the waitress. Everything on the buffet looked gross as if it had been sitting there for awhile. There was only one pizza on the bar and the grease looked like it was swimming on top of the cheese. (Wish I could have taken a picture). The waitress ended up making another pizza and she didn't make any more. It became evident that they hardly get any business during lunch time since only one other person came in after I did. They could have made more pizzas and/or at least had other items on buffet besides the salad bar and side dishes. The bathroom was disgusting, as well as their old bar area (you have to walk through it to get to the restroom). Everything was out of place and some in boxes, which made me ask if they were closing. Waitress was like, 'No, why would you ask that?!'. Anyway, I didn't express my disgust verbally. So instead, I paid a full $11 for the buffet and didn't give the waitress jack squat back. I hope she and the place learn from this.

I was so excited to try pizza that wasn't from a chain, but not real impressed. It wasn't bad just not worth the money. $20 for a 16" pizza. I should have gone to pizza hut.

I stopped in while passing through this small town. It was very unusual for me to stop in a place like this without checking for reviews but I was hungry and needed a place to stop and rest. I had the Italian sausage and a salad and both were fantastic. I originally stopped because of the small sign saying that they had a buffet. The buffet didn't appeal to me so I opted for something safe. The sauce was great the bread roll was great and so was the salad. It may have been the best sausage sandwich that I've ever had. I didn't want to give it 5 stars based on a simple sausage sandwich. The waitress was also great. She gave me some ice tea to go which I thought was very nice.

Not bad. I give the sauce an A- and the crust a C+. If I could just get them to leave the pie in the oven until the cheese gets a little toasty they'll get another star. Way better than any chain and a better deal, too. I prefer carry-out - dining in is something less than charming. I once dined with a friend who asked for hot tea, they nuked some iced tea and put it in a cup. That's real problem solving!
