I love this place. They have accommodated my request when it comes to ordering tofu a certain way. I once called and when I started ordering the lady already knew how I wanted my order. I'm also very happy with their vegetarian and seafood options. Every time I have ate here I'm very happy with the taste, quality, and portion sizes. I no longer live in the area but when I come around I will most certainly grab a bite from here.

Ordered $50 worth of food to be delivered. We work in a very large building. The delivery guy did NOT come in or attempt to make contact, instead he just kept calling my cell phone. We aren't allowed to answer calls and my phone wasn't on me. Instead of exercising common sense he simply decided not to delivery our lunch. I called asking where he was and he claimed he came to the building, but never stepped inside. I called the business to speak with a manager and instead got a VERY RUDE younger girl would couldn't have cared less. Found pieces of plastic in my food, ordered sesame chicken and got orange chicken instead. I'm SHOCKED this place stays in business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Me and my roommate ordered a decent bit of food from them. Overall it was good, except that the egg drop soup gave me food poisoning. And I don't mean it made me feel a little under the weather. It had me on the toilet for 3 days. The other food is fine though. I'd just stay away from the egg drop soup if I were you.

This place is awesome. I mean, before the ownership change I'd have given it 5 stars, and now... Why doesn't Yelp have anything above 5 stars? I work around this area and I love good Chinese food. Before the management change, I'd buy off of their lunch special menu and eat literally for three meals. They'd give me so much food. The food at this time was really good, much better than average, but the reason I loved it was more because of the price and quantity of food and the location of the restaurant. It just worked really well for me. After the management change, I came to love it for a different reason; The new lunch menu doesn't come with as much food, it seems, but the food tastes fresher and better. The food is brighter... It's so hard to explain, but it's a good change. Less greasy. Seems a bit healthier. They still give you a lot of food, though. Enough for two meals at least. The new owner is really nice and you can tell he is excited about his business, which somehow makes me happy for him. Last time I ordered I asked for mayonnaise shrimp. It isn't on the menu, but he was willing to make it, which I really appreciate. My first thought when I picked it up was that it was expensive, but after having a bite, I'd have to say it was the best mayonnaise shrimp I'd ever had. Completely worth every single solitary penny. So rich and delicious! First thing that came to mind was, "Now this is the how it is supposed to taste." Forget going anywhere else for walnut mayo or mayo shrimp again. This is THE place. To say I was thrilled would be an understatement. And, there was enough shrimp there for me to use for three meals. Without a shadow of a doubt I will ordering food from here again. And again. And again.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
