I am sad to hear they are closing. We hosted a birthday party here for my 4 year old last month and had a great experience. The kids had a blast and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. She let us set up a half hour early and did not complain or charge us extra when the party went a little over. I think the business hours may have hurt them, as they were only open on weekdays until 4pm and sometimes even 2pm. Working parents are not able to enjoy their services. Weekends are closed. The location is also a bit hard to find. I had a few guests arrive very late because they couldn't find it. Overall, we are disappointed to lose this facility after having just discovered it. The prices were very reasonable and my children had tons of fun!

I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. I first went here for a party for a family I am extremely close with. My sister and I went early to help set up for the party and first off we got there a half hour before the party to set up everything and to our surprise no one was there to open the place. So we sat in the car for 20 minutes and then a woman finally came in to open it. With only 10 minutes before the party to start the place was DISGUSTING!!!! Literally had to ask the lady to help clean the place and bathroom and make it presentable for the guests. With the guests starting to attend we still were trying to make the best of this place in embarrassment. It seems as if this place is not well taken care of. Toys are broken, dirty, and old. The huge chalkboard looks as if it has not been cleaned since the day the place probably opened. I was completely taken back by this place and could not see how anyone would want to bring their kids there. Lastly, just by looking at the prices all I could think was EXPENSIVE...for what you get. I don't recommend this place to anyone for parties or just to play. The pictures shown must be of the old one because it looks nothing like that!!!!!

Great place!!! Super fun and my kids 5 and 3 love the place. They always want to keep going back. The prices are okay. Its hard for me to take them a lot due to money issues. But they've recently lowered the sibling price and offer multiple visit pass on occasions. They also they have on occasion a parents date night on a Saturday for 3 hours..that can be pricey also but i understand how they need to make money. I'd definitely recommend this place to others. Its a large room with multiple little staging areas where my children can play. It was nice to have a small little break to read or play on my lap top. I originally said we'd stay for an hour and ended up over 2 hours there. They also have a small food selection, great for a little snack. They also do coffee!.. Like i said great place and would go back often if it wasn't so pricey. It adds up with multiple kids...

We recently found this hidden little gem in Gurnee. If you can find the Golden Corral, you can't miss it! We stopped in today while doing errands with the kiddos (ages 2 & 4). I thought that we would just pop in and look around, but decided to let the kids play in the large activity room. It was quiet as its pretty new, I think, so the kids had the place to themselves almost! Art room, big gym type room that they could run around in and more. Me and the wife had a great cup of coffee and shared a decently priced sandwich, while the kiddies played for nearly 2 hours. Time flew by as we chatted up the owner Michelle and a couple of her employees. We will be back...as soon as we need a lil vacation again!

Stay 2 Play is a perfect place to let my kids play and give myself a break! The snacks and coffee are good for me and my kids LOVE playing there! It's all the fun of playing at someone else's house- New toys, new friends, and someone else cleans up! :-) I wish they had a slightly better deal, or a family rate or something since it gets a bit pricey with my 3 kids. But the people there, and the whole place, are Great!

I cannot tell you enough how much we love this place. From day 1, they have always used our names and have provided us with the most comfortable atmosphere imaginable. We take advantage of the Parents Night Out events as well. My son is always asking to go. What a fantastic establishment!
