They have chocolate therapy. Sure it's more expensive than a pint at the grocery store for a cone or cup, but when walking around the glen or adjoining park you probably need ice cream. It serves it's purpose. I've never had a problem with freshness or service. Would return.

THE WORST COOKIE SUNDAE I'VE EVER HARD IN MY LIFE... I wish I had read the YELP reviews before I came... Keep reading The cookie was stale, hard and I couldn't even eat it! So I went up and asked him if he could warm it up for me because I like to try and find alternatives instead of tossing the cookie... he said he didn't have a microwave. So then i went back to my table and tried to eat some more of the cookie but just couldn't (I forcefully ate like half of one). I was very upset that I was sold $7 worth of food that I couldn't even eat. So I went up and asked him if I could just get the money back because it's impossible to eat it. And this dude straight up said NO! He claimed I ate half of it already?!?! He must need glasses or forgot his contacts because I didn't even touch the ice cream at all, and there was a full cookie + half another cookie left. It was just a half cookie that was broken into pieces because I tried to eat some of it but it kept breaking! It was so hard and disgusting... my friend got the brownie special as well, and she said it was okay. it wasn't as bad as mine, so that's a plus.

It was okay, nothing spectacular. We had the caramel chunk and peppermint ice cream. Service was adequate but the older man behind the counter wanted to know why I was taking pictures and followed me around. A bit creepy and unnerving.

Never had a bad thing to say about B and J's. They make my favorite ice cream and I love it. This particular location has some really nice people working for them, and they do a great job when I cheat on my diet haha.

What should be a run of the mill B&J is ruined by an older (50+) gentleman behind the counter who is rude to small children and parents, which are like half the customers in the Glen. He literally snatched a small sign on the counter out of my 21-month old daughter's hand. We're done with that place.

Very hostile service. Also, I'm not cheap, but when I want a small scoop of ice cream as a treat, I don't expect a ginormous scoop and a $4.25 bill! Weird experience overall.

Ice cream is good, but only one guy working on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Cheapskates. No wonder they have to sell Goupons to get people in here.

Came in fun time with my family 4 kids all happy until old man working there with a crappy attitude very bad negative energy he should not work there! He act like he is so annoyed from the kids having a good time

Do not go here for ice cream. Ever. The manager (owner) is very rude and does not know how to treat or talk to his customers. I would give them zero stars if I could. If you're in the mood for delicious ice cream, go to Dairy Bar (amazing and great customer service!!!) or anywhere else.. just not here!!!

Two kids working. One on her phone, the other, gave me mediocre service and was looking super bummed to be working so late. When handing me my change he included a dollar bill covered in dry chocolate. The dollar is drying on my sink (had to wash it).

My stars are directly related to the product... not the service. You can't really go wrong with Ben & Jerry's ice cream, which makes it so great. Even flavors with stuff I don't usually like, taste pretty damn good. I tried a new flavor today, Peanut Brittle. It was very yummy. However, the service here is why I deducted points. The kid working seemed irritated that we came in and was VERY SLOW. I mean, I'm not expecting lightening fast service but how hard is it to scoop a baby size scoop for me? Also, after I got my lil baby scoop, my boyfriend ordered his ice cream and the guy never even asked what size. So my poor baby got stuck with a lil baby scoop also. I am always a huge fan of tipping whenever I can... And even had a dollar in my hand to put in their jar.. but the kids attitude at the register was so rude that I put the dollar away. I don't think I've ever done that before. It didn't totally ruin my experience.. but I had to question how a kid who works in an ice cream shop could be so miserable. 5 star ice cream... 1 star service.. = 3 stars for this location.

I live in the area. We NEVER go here for Several reasons 1. The owner is rude. 2. He prices are atrocious. 3. You can get much better home made gelato across the street

I am not sure if this is just me, but there are fewer Ben and Jerry's than I thought? We've been here several times before/after dinner/movies on the Glen and it has been pleasant every time. Of course, they have your usual suspects on the flavor list. Cherry garcia, man, cherry garcia. The staff here is excellent in serving quickly and patiently. Hint: read all the flavors on the right hand side wall to help when you are stuck in line. As a note, I just noticed that they had hot drinks (I know I am writing this in the summer..shoot me), and there was a new coconut almond hot chocolate. Things that make you go hmmm....

Outstanding experience! The friendly girl behind the counter let me sample the ice cream and I ended up getting a delicious coconut one. They have a ton of choices for scooping but what is great is that they have an entire cooler filled with other flavors for sale. Will definitely be going back soon!

One star knocked down due to service - I agree with other posters about that. It can get very loud and crazy when there are alot of kids running around. But their ice cream is wonderful. No complaints about that! Plus, it's located right next to the Kerasotes Glen theaters.....I usually buy the ice cream and bring it right into the theaters.

Yay Ben & Jerry's!! Thanks for holding in there---you are like the only remaining Ben & Jerry's in the area!! Not sure why seeing as BJ's serves up THE best ice cream...but...I love this place: this location always has the best flavors (many delicious "shop only" flavors), making it SO worth the drive to get here. **ATTENTION: If anyone reading this post has not yet tried their Chocolate Therapy flavor, you simply must get in your car and drive here and get it!!!! The ultimate ice cream flavor!** I never leave here disappointed! YUM :)

Pricey but good. Coffee coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz is delicious. theres real coffee or espresso pieces in the pieces of chocolate surrounded by creamy, velvety coffee ice cream. cotton candy is also really good for the little ones. has real cotton candy in it and its not like so sweet it'll put you in a diabetic coma. but it'll raise glucose levels for sure. good location, hard to find parking, good service.

In the Glen, Ben and Jerry's is always a solid choice. You got all your standard flavors like chunky monkey and Americone dream. But this shop has some flavors you cannot buy at a store, which is more reason to come by and get a couple scoops

I love Ben and Jerry's, but this location seems a little pricy and unpleasant. The older gentleman behind the counter was very grouchy. How can you be cranky around all that ice cream? We went there for my friend's son's birthday for a scoop. She asked if they do anything for children's birthdays, and the guy looked at her and said "Like what?" She obviously meant a free mini scoop, 1/2 off, email club or something. She explained that and he just looked at her. He didn't add to the joy in our day. But the ice cream did! We'll probably visit the gelato place a few doors across next time we want something sweet.

I have always been a fan of Ben & Jerry's - their ice cream is so tasty, the flavors are unique, and although it's not healthy it's worth every calorie. The shop is cool in the fact that they have some different flavors that you can't buy. I also love how they promote fair trade, and that many of their flavors contain fairly traded items. However, the inside is small, the service was slow, and even somewhat rude. They should have more people working, and a smile would be nice. They are also really expensive - besides the unique flavors in the shop, I would be better off buying a pint from the grocery store. I would end up getting more for my money. I'm a Ben & Jerry's lover, but not necessarily a fan of this location.

Today is Free Cone Day at most Ben & Jerry's across the country! This means a few things: 1) Everyone has about an hour and 11 minutes to haul ass to your nearest B&J's for your free scoop. 2) You can do your part by donating to a charity at your local B&J's AND get some calcium a la mode while you're at it. 3) Staffs must handle the masses expertly in order to keep customer turn around flowing, and the employees at the Glen did not fail to keep the line moving. Props!

I love Ben and Jerry, but the combination of the high price and less than stellar service at this place makes me okay with skipping it next time. Also, the few tables inside were dirty and we avoided the tables outside because there were several people smoking. The place across from it is better and less expensive.
