Terrible, awful, bad service! I ordered nearly $50.00 worth of food from this location and I assure you, I will NEVER order from there again. My food took 93 minutes to arrive and was ice cold when it was delivered, an item was forgotten and one of the pizzas was wrong... You would think that a refund or some sort of compensation would be given after several complaints were made... Wrong. They refused to give me any kind of refund or credit towards a future order... Maybe some lessons in customer service or customer retention should be taken. Overall experience? Big fat F

Pizza there is inconsistent. Last straw happened when I paid for my pizza and waited....and waited and waited. After asking how much longer, they realized it was in the warmer. Needless to say, when I got home, it was dried out. I called and the manager argued with me about it. I WILL NOT return!!

Unimpressive service. Mediocre food. Bad leftovers. We ordered from them for delivery--we had a variety of things--Ravioli, Banana Pepper Pizza, couple salads, couple sandwiches. We had it read back to us, it was perfect. So we get the food. The pizza is missing. I call back right away to find out where our banana pepper pizza is. This guy (different from the first woman) says they don't even have banana peppers. Whaaa? So we wait 30 minutes for our pizza to finally get re-delivered. My poor, hungry husband. And the food wasn't even that good. I will not be ordering from them again...

They deliver to Cambridge Lakes. Pizza is very good, but its been burnt on one side more than once. It's usually our go to place because it's quick. The delivery driver short changed me once... Said he didn't have enough for $10 worth of change. He gave me $7, so instead of a $5 tip, he walked away with $8. I only ordered a $17 pizza and paid the deliver fee on top of the tip. He insisted I'd have a $3 credit for the trouble, but no such luck. I'm sure he just forgot to report that, but I pick up or pay with a card now.

I've ordered pizza here and other stuff many times. I've always liked their product for the money. My son would have the Italian Beef and I would have the combo (Italian beef and Italian sausage) sandwich with giardiniera. Yummmy!.. There's another Rosati's in Elgin (Big Timber Rd.) and I prefer this one in Gilberts. I've also ordered stuff here for my daughter's birthday and my son's birthday and each time they've produced very good tasting food. We love their fried chicken, roasted chicken, italian sausage, italian beef, and, of course, the pizza. Thin crust pizza is very good, if you haven't tried it. Sometimes we'd go for the thicker pizzas. The calzone's as big as your head!.. It looks like a folded 12-inch or 14-inch pizza! It's good for two people. I'll try the wings here next time. We'll come back to you, Rosati's!.. :-) Keep up the quality!..
