Felt like home (Chicago). Ordered a burger, and to my delifht it came on pressed panini bread. The option to subsitute pasta salad for fries was also a welcome surprise.

Came for their brunch. Don't do it!! Filled food on buffet on top of old food in serving trays. Never saw temperature checked. Found a hair in food. Tried to give feedback to a lady who works here, she walked away. The health department needs to check this place out!

Sometimes we order the pizza as take out 80% of the time the pizza is good other times the crust may be burned or you end up with a huge bubble in your pizza and at others it tastes like there's alcohol in the pizza sauce that wasn't properly cooked down. Hit or miss in other words. The reason I am writing this review today is that my family dined there this afternoon and quite frankly I hope we are not sickened. 5 of us 2 had entrees 3 of us had the pizza buffet. The entrees were decent the buffet was the WORST I've ever had. Advice if you don't want to make a fresh pizza towards the end of your lunch buffet hours don't sell the buffet. The worst however was the flies that's right flies swarms of them crawling and buzzing on the food and us. Told them about the gross pizza and they did finally make another but by then with flies so thick on your head crawling in your shirt and up your legs nobody felt like eating. Mentioned this to them and they said it was because of the new atrium they had just added. I recommended they get some bug zappers. Overall service not bad but quite frankly I will not risk food poisoning or ever dine in a place that has more flies in it than a garbage dump. NASTY & DISSAPOINTING !!! This is the only review I have ever written and felt compelled to do so not so much because of the food but the sanitation issues that come from eating in a fly infested environment. The 1 star I gave them may be over generous.

  • Consumer Review ..

I ordered the Seaworthy Pasta with alfredo sauce. Instead, the dish brought to the table had marinara sauce over the pasta. I informed the waitress about the mistake and she checks with the kitchen. She returned and offered alfredo sauce on the side. Really now? If I could have filmed it, it would have been sent to the World's Dumbest Videos for the grand prize! It doesn't end there... The waitress spoke to the cook again after I declined their ingenious offer to mix two different pasta sauces on my seafood dish comprised of gulf shrimp, delicate scallops and mussels. They may have initially mistaken me to be the type of person to eat pasta with ketchup or BBQ sauce. But my palette is just slightly more refined than that. In a humble attempt to demonstrate their resourcefulness, they offered to wash the pasta under running water to eliminate the original sauce. Gee, what a novel idea! The subtle seafood flavors would have been lost during the process. I cook a lot of seafood at home and know that fresh water pulls flavor from seafood. Not even McDonalds does something like that. They toss the item out and give you a fresh replacement. That said, Cimino's Little Italy lost a customer and receives a poor review. I sent the dish back, paid for our appetizer and drinks, and walked out. They have no concept of Italian cooking, and apparently, lack the most fundamental skills of food preparation. This place may be a decent pizza joint, but fails miserably as an Italian restaurant. Don't let the decor and ambience fool you into thinking otherwise.

It's really not so bad. Cute decor, able staff and the food was pretty good. We had a pizza which was the second best I've ever had and I also had the chicken marsala, which weirdly enough, didn't come with any type of pasta. It was good, but I would have preferred some pasta.
